Abstract
本发明公开了一种对表平面进行表面涂覆的方法,其中在具有表平面的材料上涂覆两层湿性涂料,即无氯涂料和大漆材料,一层干燥之后再涂覆另一层,总的涂层厚度为40-300微米,然后直接在热的涂料表面上通过层压施加塑料片。
Description
本发明涉及一种以卷材涂层方式对具有通常表平面的金属基质进行连续表面涂覆的方法,采用这种涂覆方法能够使金属表面具有经久耐用的防蚀涂层。
在本发明方法中,将涂料和大漆分两层涂覆在具有通常表平面的金属基质上。这些涂层是以湿性涂料层涂覆的,其干燥状态将具有一定程度的热塑性。
第一层是无氯底漆,例如丙烯酸涂层、环氧树脂涂层或聚酯涂层。
在底漆之上是第二层涂料层,涂覆的是无氯的丙烯酸树脂或聚酯的塑性溶胶。涂覆后使所说的湿性涂料层干燥,该涂料层在干燥状态下具有一定程度的热塑性。
涂料是按照常规技术涂覆的,例如辊涂、喷涂和幕涂等。干燥也是按照常规方法进行的,如红外管加热、感应加热或对流加热。
待涂料层已经干燥到一定的热塑性程度状态后,直接在该热的涂料表面上施加无氯塑料片或薄片。
塑料片可以通过层压法如利用一个压辊直接施加到热的涂料表面上,所说的塑料片是由各种适宜的无孔和无氯薄片材料制成的,例如碳氟聚合物如PVF、PVF2片,丙烯酸树脂片,聚酯片或聚氨基甲酸乙酯片。
塑料片和第二层涂层材料与底漆合在一起构成了一阻隔层,该阻隔层为金属基质提供了非常好的防蚀保护,底漆和第二层涂层的总厚度应当为40-300微米。因此,采用本发明的表面涂覆方法可以获得具有超常硬度和耐磨性的表面涂层,该表面涂层能够为其下的基质材料提供卓越的防腐蚀保护。
目前已知的处理金属板材,如来自卷材的金属板材的方法是先用底漆涂覆所说的金属板材,然后再在该底漆上面涂覆面漆。但是,如此涂覆的金属板材由于在其涂层材料上有一定的孔隙度,所以其防腐蚀性能是有限的。
目前已知的处理如金属板材表面的另一种方法是先在其上施加一层5-10微米的粘合层,然后再加一层塑料片。但既使在这种情况下,由于粘合层很薄,其防腐蚀性能也是有限的。
另外,从EP0223179得知,在金属板材上可以采用PVC增塑溶胶作为涂层,PVC薄片作为面层。然而,当含氯材料在使用或再循环过程中发生分解时,会引起污染问题,并且,一段时间之后,由于增塑剂如邻苯二甲酸酯迁移到金属基质与涂层之间的界面上,整个涂层对其下层金属基质的粘着力也会削弱。
作为具有通常表平面的可以用本发明的表面涂覆方法处理的金属材料,诸如冷轧钢、喷镀金属钢、不锈钢、镀锌钢、铝等之类的材料是适用的。
在金属板材涂覆过程中,金属板优选先用常规方法进行化学预处理,如酸洗、磷化处理、铬酸盐处理等等。
涂料和大漆材料层是由一层底漆和第二层涂料层组成的,所说的涂料层可以是着色或未着色的。
在层压过程中,金属板的温度为150℃至高达300℃。
在本发明方法中,无需使用任何专门的粘合剂即可实现层压,并且该方法同时可以借助第二层涂料层和第一层底漆使耐磨和防蚀涂层牢固地粘合在金属基质上。
下面的实施例将进一步详细地说明本发明。实施例1
按照常规的卷材涂覆方法,如下所述,在0.8毫米热的镀锌钢上进行涂覆,所说的镀锌钢是用“Bonder1303”(一种磷化处理剂,Metallgesellschaft Gmb H生产,德国)预处理过的;
第一层:通过逆向辊涂法涂覆环氧树脂底漆(Becker Industrifrg AB的“KE215-1003 Coilon primer”,Mrsta,瑞典),涂覆厚度为6-8微米干膜,在225℃P MT(最高板温)干燥/固化,冷却。
第二层:用逆向辊涂法在上述第一层上涂覆丙烯酸塑性溶胶(Becker IndustrifrgAB的68815-12 Coilon Plastisol,Mrsta,瑞典),涂覆厚度为80微米干膜,在240℃P MT干燥/固化。
第三层:直接在上述热层上施加一层厚度为50微米的丙烯酸树脂塑料片(Polymer Extruded Products Inc.的Korad73002,newark N.J.,美国)。
如此获得的涂层提供了良好的防蚀性、高的硬度以及卓越的耐磨性。实施例2
除如下所述外,与实施例1相同:
采用镀铝-锌钢,而不是经“Bonder 1303”预处理的热镀锌钢。第一层使用环氧树脂底漆(Becker Industrifrg AB的KE216-1003,Mrsta,瑞典),而不是KE215-1003。
如此获得的涂层提供了良好的防蚀性、高的硬度以及卓越的耐磨性。实施例3
除如下所述外,与实施例1相同:
第三层采用的是聚酯树脂塑料片(HoechstAktiengesellschaft的Hostaphan RNH 50,德国),而不是Korad。
如此获得的涂层提供了良好的防蚀性、高的硬度以及卓越的耐磨性。
Claims (5)
1、一种以卷材涂层方式对板材和卷材的通常的金属表平面进行连续表面涂覆的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
将无氯底漆涂覆在通常的板状金属表平面上,干燥所说的底漆;
涂覆第二层含聚合物的湿性涂料层;
加热干燥所说的湿性涂料第二层使之达到一定程度的热塑性状态,以便在所说的金属表面上提供厚度为40-300微米的阻隔层;
直接在所说的仍然热的涂料层上面施加无孔塑料片,由此形成耐磨和防蚀涂层;
其特征在于,作为第二层,涂覆的是无氯的丙烯酸树脂或聚酯的塑性溶胶,作为无孔塑料片,施加的是丙烯酸树脂、碳氟聚合物、聚酯或聚氨基甲酸乙酯的无氯塑料片或薄片。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于第二层中的聚合物树脂是丙烯酸树脂。
3、根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于塑料片或薄片是丙烯酸树脂片或薄片。
4、根据权利要求1-3之一的方法,其特征在于作为第二层涂覆的塑性溶胶含有颜料,塑料片是透明的塑料片。
5、根据权利要求1-3之一的方法,其特征在于塑料片是着色的。
