Abstract

本发明公开了一种以卷材涂层方式对金属基质进行连续表面涂覆的方法,其中第一层是涂覆具有粘合特性的涂料,并干燥该层,直接在第一层热的涂料表面上施加透明的无氯塑料片或薄片,然后使其冷却,在冷却后的塑料片或薄片上再涂覆无氯涂料,并使其固化。

Description

表面涂覆方法
本发明涉及一种以卷材涂层方式对具有表平面的金属基质如卷材和板材进行连续表面涂覆的方法,采用这种涂覆方法能够使金属表面具有经久耐用的防蚀涂层。
第一层是具有粘合特性的涂料。这类适宜的涂料的实例为聚酯、乙烯基涂料或乳胶漆。
涂覆第一层涂料并在其干燥后,直接在该热的涂料表面上施加透明的无氯的丙烯酸塑料、聚酯或一种类似的聚合物的塑料片或薄片,然后使其冷却。
在冷却后的塑料片或薄片上涂覆作为第三层的有色的无氯的湿性涂料,如乳胶、聚酯、碳氟聚合物如PVF2,或聚氨基甲酸乙酯(PUR)。涂覆后使所说的湿性涂料固化(干燥)和冷却。
涂料是按照常规技术涂覆的,例如辊涂、喷涂和幕涂等。干燥也是按照常规方法进行的,如红外管加热、感应加热或对流加热。
待第一层涂料已经干燥到一定的热塑性程度状态后,直接在热的涂料表面上施加无氯塑料片或薄片。塑料片可以通过层压法如利用一个压辊直接施加到热的涂料表面上。
通过本发明的方法,可以获得一种使金属基质具有非常好的防蚀性的三层表面涂层。
第二层,即无氯塑料片或薄片其厚度为10-300微米。
第三层,即有色的无氯涂料的涂层厚度为10-150微米干薄膜,优选10-50微米。
目前已知的处理金属板材,如来自卷材的金属板材的方法是先用底漆涂覆所说的金属板材,然后再在该底漆上面涂覆面漆。但是,如此涂覆的金属板材由于在其涂层材料上有一定的孔隙度,所以其防腐蚀性能是有限的。
目前已知的处理如金属板材表面的另一种方法是先在其上施加一粘合层,然后再加一层塑料片。但既使在这种情况下,由于粘合层很薄,其防腐蚀性能也是有限的。
另外,从EPO 233 179得知,在金属板材上可以采用PVC增塑溶胶作为涂层,PVC薄片作为面层。然而,当含氯材料在使用或再循环过程中发生分解时,会引起污染问题,并且,一段时间之后,由于增塑剂如邻苯二甲酸酯迁移到金属基质与涂层之间的界面上,整个涂层对其下层金属基质的粘着力也会削弱。
通常具有表平面的可以用本发明的表面涂覆方法处理的金属材料如下所列:冷轧钢、喷镀金属钢、不锈钢、镀锌钢、铝等。
在金属板材涂覆过程中,金属板优选先用常规方法进行化学预处理,如酸洗、磷化处理、铬酸盐处理等等。
下面的实施例将进一步详细地说明本发明。实施例1
按照常规的卷材涂覆方法,如下所述,在0.8毫米热的镀锌钢上进行涂覆,所说的镀锌钢是用Bonder 1303(一种磷化处理剂,Metallgesellschaft GmbH生产,德国)预处理过的。
第一层:通过逆向辊涂涂覆水性丙烯酸涂料(Becker Industrifrg的68760-34,Coilon laqua,瑞典),涂覆厚度为10-25微米干膜,在180℃P MT(最高板温)干燥/固化。
第二层:通过层压法直接在上述热层上施加一层厚度为75微米的透明热塑性丙烯酸片(PolymerExtruded Products Inc.的Korad,美国),层压压力为3.5公斤/厘米2
第三层:在第二层冷却后,用逆向辊涂法涂覆水性丙烯酸面漆(Becker Industrifrg AB的EJ 644-9302,CoilonAcrylic latex,瑞典),涂覆厚度为20微米干膜,在180℃P MT干燥/固化。实施例2
与实施例1相同,但采用的是镀铝-锌钢,而不是经“Bonder 1303”预处理的热镀锌钢。实施例3
与实施例1相同,但第三层是用聚酯面漆(Becker Industrifrg的DJ216,Coilon polyester,瑞典),而不是EJ644。

Claims (7)

1、一种以卷材涂层方式对通常的板材和卷材金属表平面进行连续表面涂覆的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
涂覆作为第一层的具有粘合特性的涂料,干燥所说的第一层;
直接在第一层热的漆料表面上施加透明的无氯塑料片或薄片,然后使其冷却;
在冷却的塑料片或薄片上涂覆作为第三层的有色的无氯涂料,固化。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于无氯塑料片或薄片是丙烯酸塑料。
3、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于无氯塑料片或薄片是聚酯。
4、根据权利要求1-3之一的方法,其特征在于作为第一层所用的无氯涂料是乳胶漆。
5、根据权利要求1-3之一的方法,其特征在于第三层所用的无氯涂料是聚酯。
6、根据前述权利要求任意之一的方法,其特征在于作为第二层所用的无氯塑料片或薄片的厚度为10-300微米。
7、根据前述权利要求任意之一的方法,其特征在于作为第三层所用的涂料其涂覆厚度为10-150微米干膜。
