当前市场上所用的防尘海绵一般都是再生海绵,属于聚氨酯类产品工业下脚料回收在利用加工而成,而且在加工过程中海绵小块废料是无法直接抛向大自然的,大自然也无法吸收这些工业废料,即使可以吸收,也需要很长时间。如果采取燃烧的方式处理废料,则会产生有毒气体,如:一氧化碳、氰化氢、甲醛等有害物质,这些有害物质对环境和人体都会造成很大的影响,严重还会发生中毒甚至死亡。
为了保护环境各国研究机构和企业都在开始研发更合适的方式来生产防尘过滤棉,目的是为了提高物质有效利用率的需要也是为了防止污染和保护环境的要求。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉制品及制备方法。
本发明提供的过滤材料具有弹性好、抗压力强、滤尘、滤水、虑油,速率高、阻力低、通风性能好、耐酸碱等化学性能良好。
能满足精密机械设备的防尘、过滤使用等要求。
并且开孔式橡塑发泡海绵具有优越的耐冷热水、耐磨擦性能和过滤性能,生产可一次发泡成型。可根据要求将产品加工成长方形、圆形等其它的特殊形状。并且清洗后再次使用效果都不会劣化。
本发明提供的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉是以1号料为基础料,辅助添加2号料和3号料,经过开炼机辊压均匀后裁切成15cm宽15米长的胶条,胶条在经过挤出机真空吸附,塑化、挤压成型、发泡、降温、裁切后包装而成。
基础料1号料是由天然橡胶、聚丙烯、三氧化二锑、丁腈橡胶、石蜡油、三氧化二锑、液蜡、氧化锌,苯二甲酸二辛脂、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硼酸锌、炭黑、滑石粉、氢氧化铝、氯化聚乙烯按先后顺序投入到密炼机中进行密开炼而成。
辅料2号料是由丁腈橡胶、硬脂酸钙、EVA促进剂、滑石粉、粉色母、按先后顺序投入到密炼机中进行密开练而成。
辅料3号料是由丁腈橡胶、pp聚丙烯开孔发泡剂、石蜡油、硼酸锌,滑石粉,黄色母、按先后顺序投放到密炼机中进行密开炼而成。
辅料2号料和3号料在基础1号料中的添加量不作具体限定,可根据所生产的1号料的检测结果以及对最终的产品的品质需求来确定二者的添加量。
所述聚丙烯是指PP(聚丙烯)开孔发泡剂,是一种白色半结晶的热塑性塑料。具有较高的耐冲击性,机械性质强韧,抗多种有机溶剂和酸碱腐蚀。在工业界有广泛的应用,是最常见的分子材料之一。聚丙烯发泡剂具有较高的表面活性,能有效降低液体的表面张力,排列而包围空气,形成气孔,再由单个气泡边缘不规则聚合。
PP(聚丙烯)开孔发泡剂具有质轻、隔热、缓冲、绝缘、防腐、价格低廉等优点,因此在日用品、包装、工业、农业、交通运输业、军事工业、航天工业得到广泛应用。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中所述基础1号料是天然橡胶、聚丙烯、三氧化二锑、丁腈橡胶、石蜡油、液蜡、氧化锌,苯二甲酸二辛脂、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硼酸锌、炭黑、滑石粉、氢氧化铝、氯化聚乙烯质量比组分为: 22:10.5:8:16:11.5:9:12:14.5:16:17:9.5:6:14:8。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中,基础1号料密炼机温度到达135℃时,密炼机温度在135℃±1℃时,配方内的所有原材料能够全部处于熔点以上,这样才能使原料互相融合更加充分,提高各原料发挥其应有的性能,开炼俗称压胶,在压胶过程中控制一定时间有利于防止胶片辊压的不均匀,造成过软或过硬。造成起泡或早熟现象,所以在密开炼时要控制好时间才是关键。1号料以135℃的温度和15分钟的开炼时间为最佳。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,所述基础1号料经过密开炼后,自然硫化时间不低于24小时,如果胶片自然硫化时间大于24小时,才能够有效的降低生产中废品出现率。其中以24小时最佳,既能完成硫化过程又能节约生产时间。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中,所述辅料2号料丁腈橡胶、硬脂酸钙、 EVA促进剂、滑石粉、粉色母、的质量比为:10:8.5:7:13:1。2号料在配比上除了考虑各原料性质及融合性等问题外还要考虑对1号料的调节功能。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中2号料密炼机温度为100℃±1℃。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中,所述辅料3号料丁腈橡胶、pp聚丙烯开孔发泡剂、石蜡油、硼酸锌,滑石粉,黄色母、质量比为:14:7:16:9.5:6:18.5。3号料的配比也要考虑到对1号料和2号料在硫化过程中所起到的补强作用。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉辅料3号料所述密炼机温度为100℃±1℃出料,出料后在进行开炼辊压10分钟。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中,所述挤出机温度设定为:喂料段40℃;塑化段40℃;机头挤出段40℃。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中,所述发泡是将挤出成型的产品置于带有滚轮的发泡炉中,然后依次经过八个发泡区进行发泡处理,其中一区的传输速度为1-1.2m/min,二区传输速度为1.25-1.4m/min,三区传输速度为1.5-1.75m/min,四区传输速度为 2.4-2.9m/min,五区传输速度为3.5-4.3m/min,六区传输速度为5-6.2m/min,七区传输速度为 6.2-7.6m/min,八区传输速度为8-9m/min。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中,所述发泡炉温度设定为一区110℃± 1℃,二区120℃±1℃,三区130℃±1℃,四区140℃±1℃,五区150℃±1℃,六区185℃±1℃,七区190℃±1℃,八区195℃±1℃。
整条生产线是由八个烤箱区段组成,温度也不近相同,越靠后温度越高,胶片要以逐渐的形式由滚轮慢慢带动,在生产前首先要将发泡炉温度提升到预先设定的热值后,才能进行生产。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中,如果不将烤箱提前设定好温度,不但生产不出好的产品,还会造成废品。
作为优选方案,上述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉中,将发泡成型的制品在经过回凉降温段进行风冷降温。回凉降温段全长100米。在经过裁切机裁成一定长度尺寸,包装入库。
与当前现有过滤棉生产技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果。
本发明在原材料配方中精心设计,主要通过聚丙烯开孔发泡剂与苯二甲酸二辛脂,协同使用。形成一种全新的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,因为应该用了特殊的配方和工艺,不但使材料透气发泡率更高,同时耐酸碱性更强。,应用到防尘过滤设备中能起到很好的过滤性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体优选实施例,对本发明做进一步说明,以助于理解本发明的内容。
实施例1。
将天然橡胶22kg、聚丙烯10.5kg、三氧化二锑8kg、丁腈橡胶16kg、石蜡油11.5kg、液蜡9kg、氧化锌8.5kg,苯二甲酸二辛脂12kg、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌14.5kg、硼酸锌16kg、炭黑17kg、滑石粉9.5kg、氢氧化铝6kg、氯化聚乙烯8kg,按先后顺序投入到密炼机中不断搅拌,待密炼机温度升至135℃±1℃时出料,然后运送到开炼机上进行混炼15分钟。最后在裁成厚度为10mm,宽度50cm,长度700cm的胶片冷却后码放,存放24小时后使用。
将丁腈橡胶10kg、硬脂酸钙8.5kg、EVA促进剂7kg、滑石粉13kg、粉色母1kg、按先后顺序投入到密炼机中进行搅拌,待密炼机温度升至100℃±1℃时出料,输送至开炼机上,辊压10分钟后裁切成厚10mm,宽500mm,长500mm的2号料胶片,待冷却后码放备用。
将丁腈橡胶14kg、pp聚丙烯开孔发泡剂7kg、石蜡油16kg、硼酸锌9.5kg,滑石粉6kg,黄色母1kg,按先后顺序投入到密炼机中进行搅拌,密炼机温度达到100℃±1℃时出料,出料后在输送到开炼机辊压10分钟,裁切成厚10mm,宽500mm,长500mm 3号料的胶片,冷却后码放整齐备用。
分别获得1号料、2号料和3号料后,投入到密炼机中将其混合,然后在通过料斗传送机输送到开炼机辊轧均匀,在开炼机辊轧的时间5分钟后切成胶条;辅料2号料和3号料,依据基础1号料的检测数值和成品品质计算进行添加。
基础1号料和辅料2号料,3号料,同时混合密炼后裁成厚为8mm,宽度为100mm,长度为15米的胶条。
将上述胶条在挤出机中挤出成型,挤出机参数设定如下。
挤出机通常温度为40℃±1℃,具体为:喂料段40℃±1℃;塑化段40℃±1℃;机头段40℃±1℃;挤出机真空吸附负压力通常设为0.9MPa,。挤出机转速为40转/min。
经过挤出机挤压成型的胶条送入到发泡炉,炉内滚轮速度设定为:一区的传输速度为 1-1.2m/min,二区传输速度为1.25-1.4m/min,三区传输速度为1.5-1.75m/min,四区传输速度为 2.4-2.9m/min,五区传输速度为3.5-4.3m/min,六区传输速度为5-6.2m/min,七区传输速度为 6.2-7.6m/min,八区传输速度为8-9m/min,实际生产过程中发泡炉各区滚轮运行速度可通过各区观察孔视发泡情况进行微调节。
上述发泡炉总共由八段烤箱组成,各区温度分别为:一区110℃±1℃,二区120℃± 1℃,三区130℃±1℃,四区140℃±1℃,五区150℃±1℃,六区185℃±1℃,七区190℃±1℃,八区195℃±1℃。
将发泡成型的制品经回凉降温段进行风冷降温,回凉冷却段的距离为100米。
冷却后的制品送至裁切机,裁切机的速度可根据发泡炉及回凉冷却段滚轮速度设定,对裁切后的制品进行包装入库。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于1号料为基础料,经密开炼后辊压均匀成胶片,胶片在经过24小时的自然硫化后添加辅料粉色2号料和黄色3号料,再次辊压均匀后裁条、挤出成型、发泡、降温、裁切包装而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于原材料是由天然橡胶、聚丙烯、三氧化二锑、丁腈橡胶、石蜡油、三氧化二锑、液蜡、氧化锌,苯二甲酸二辛脂、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硼酸锌、炭黑、滑石粉、氢氧化铝、氯化聚乙烯按分先后顺序投放到开密炼机中进行密开炼而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于,基础料1号料密炼机温度达到130~135℃时,在进行开炼辊压15分钟,裁成厚15mm,宽500mm,长700mm的胶片码放整齐后备用。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于,1号料胶片必须自然硫化,存放24小时以上方能使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于,辅料2号料里的丁腈橡胶、硬脂酸钙 、EVA促进剂、滑石粉、粉色母、按先后顺序投入到密炼机进行密炼,密炼机温度达到95℃±1℃出料,然后在开炼机辊压5分钟,裁成厚10mm,宽500mm,长500mm的胶片码放整齐后备用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于,辅料3号料里的丁腈橡胶、pp聚丙烯开孔发泡剂、石蜡油、硼酸锌,滑石粉,黄色母、按先后顺序投入密炼机,密炼机温度95℃±1℃出料,然后在进行开炼辊压5分钟,裁成厚10mm,宽500mm,长500mm的胶片码放整齐后备用。
7.根据权利要求1所述的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于,所有原材料质量份为:天然橡胶25~28份、pp聚丙烯开孔发泡剂31~37份、三氧化二锑6~9份、石蜡基油26~32份、液蜡27~32份、氧化锌26~31份,苯二甲酸二辛脂29~32份、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌19~22份、硼酸锌19~21份、炭黑8~10份、滑石粉29~33份、氢氧化铝17~21份、氯化聚乙烯19~21份、硬脂酸钙14~16份 、EVA促进剂21~24份、粉色母0.8~1份、黄色母0.8~1份。
8.根据权利要求1所述开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于,挤出机温度设定为:喂料段40℃;塑化段40℃;机头段40℃,挤出机的挤出口出料后开启真空泵,真空泵压力为0.8~0.9MPa。
9.根据权利要求1所述的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于,所述发泡是在带有滚轮的发泡炉中进行,发泡炉总共分为八区,一区110℃±1℃,二区120℃±1℃,三区130℃±1℃,四区140℃±1℃,五区150℃±1℃,六区185℃±1℃,七区190℃±1℃,八区195℃±1℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的开孔式橡塑发泡过滤棉,其特征在于,所述回凉降温段为100米长。
