本发明涉及甲壳素技术领域,特别涉及一种去除甲醛的甲壳素粉剂。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对于室内装修越来越注重。但是,装修材料过程中使用的胶合板、大芯板、中密度纤维板、刨花板的粘合剂遇热、潮解时就释放出甲醛,是室内最主要的甲醛释放源。甲醛对眼、鼻、喉的黏膜有强烈的刺激作用,最普遍的症状就是眼睛受刺激和头痛,严重的可引起过敏性皮炎和哮喘。由于甲醛可与蛋白质反应生成氮次甲基化合物而使细胞中的蛋白质凝固变性,因而可抑制细胞机能。因此,去除装修材料中的甲醛,是人们亟待解决的问题。
甲壳素 (chitin) 又称壳聚糖、几丁质,是一种特殊的纤维素,也是自然界中少见的一种带正电荷的碱性多糖。在特定的条件下,壳聚糖能发生水解、烷基化、酰基化、羧甲基化、磺化、硝化、卤化、氧化、还原、缩合和络合等化学反应,可生成各种具有不同性能的壳聚糖衍生物,从而扩大了壳聚糖的应用范围,同时,也制约了其去除甲醛的能力。
发明内容
因此,本发明正是鉴于上述的问题而做出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种去除甲醛的甲壳素粉剂,能够充分吸附和分解装修材料中的甲醛。
一种去除甲醛的甲壳素粉剂,其由如下原料制备而得:甲壳素粉末、三氯甲烷、三氧化二铁、二氧化硅、活性炭和凹凸棒土;
上述甲壳素粉剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:将甲壳素粉末溶于置于装有冷凝回流管和温度计的三颈瓶中,缓慢加入30mL的三氯甲烷液体,使甲壳素粉末充分溶胀,其中甲壳素粉末与三氯甲烷的重量比为2:87;
S2:待上述甲壳素粉末充分溶胀后,向三颈瓶中加入30mL含有水杨醛的无水乙醇溶液,充分混合后,加入NaOH溶液调节三颈瓶中的反应物的PH值,搅拌回流反应一段时间后取出,用无水乙醇洗涤反应物,并将其放入烘箱中进行干燥,得到甲壳素纤维;
S3:从烘箱中取出甲壳素纤维,将甲壳素纤维置于烧杯中,加入含有硼氢化钠的无水甲醇溶液,反应一定时间后将其进行过滤,并用去离子水充分洗涤;
S4:将三氧化二铁、二氧化硅、活性炭和凹凸棒土混合并研磨成粒径为10um的粉末,并将粉末加入到甲壳素纤维的水溶液中充分搅拌;
S5:将所得的甲壳素纤维混合液移入装有冷凝回流管和温度计的三颈瓶中,加入碘甲烷及氢氧化钠和碘化钠的无水乙醇溶液,在预设温度下反应一定时间后取出,用无水乙醇充分洗涤,再用去离子水充分洗涤;
S6:将上述的混合物进行烘干,温度控制在85℃,形成块状物;对块状物充分研磨,形成粉末状即可。
在一个实施例中,将最终生成的粉末添加到乳胶漆中,充分混合搅拌。
本发明有益效果:
本发明能够对装修材料中的甲醛进行吸附和分解,保证室内空气质量,成本低,效果好,环保无污染。

S3:从烘箱中取出甲壳素纤维,将甲壳素纤维置于烧杯中,加入含有硼氢化钠的无水甲醇溶液,反应一定时间后将其进行过滤,并用去离子水充分洗涤;
S4:将三氧化二铁、二氧化硅、活性炭和凹凸棒土混合并研磨成粒径为10um的粉末,并将粉末加入到甲壳素纤维的水溶液中充分搅拌;
S5:将所得的甲壳素纤维混合液移入装有冷凝回流管和温度计的三颈瓶中,加入碘甲烷及氢氧化钠和碘化钠的无水乙醇溶液,在预设温度下反应一定时间后取出,用无水乙醇充分洗涤,再用去离子水充分洗涤;

优选的,作为一种可实施的方案,将最终生成的粉末添加到乳胶漆中,充分混合搅拌,在装修的时候,乳胶漆涂覆在装饰材料上,能够吸附和分解装饰材料产生的甲醛。

1.一种去除甲醛的甲壳素粉剂,其特征在于:其由如下原料制备而得:甲壳素粉末、三氯甲烷、三氧化二铁、二氧化硅、活性炭和凹凸棒土;
上述甲壳素粉剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:将甲壳素粉末溶于置于装有冷凝回流管和温度计的三颈瓶中,缓慢加入30mL的三氯甲烷液体,使甲壳素粉末充分溶胀,其中甲壳素粉末与三氯甲烷的重量比为2:87;
S2:待上述甲壳素粉末充分溶胀后,向三颈瓶中加入30mL含有水杨醛的无水乙醇溶液,充分混合后,加入NaOH溶液调节三颈瓶中的反应物的PH值,搅拌回流反应一段时间后取出,用无水乙醇洗涤反应物,并将其放入烘箱中进行干燥,得到甲壳素纤维;
