Abstract
The invention discloses an underground flowing type curing kiln system for precast concrete members, which comprises member storing and taking equipment and an underground curing kiln, wherein the member storing and taking equipment is arranged on the underground flowing type curing kiln; the underground curing kiln comprises a plurality of curing units which are arranged in M rows and N columns, and each curing unit comprises a plurality of layers of independent curing stations; the component storing and taking equipment is at least two and is respectively arranged at the inlet end and the outlet end of the underground curing kiln. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the maintenance station is arranged under the ground, so that the ground assembly line has no operation blind area, the plane area of the precast concrete component production line is fully saved, and the productivity of the assembly line in unit land area is improved; meanwhile, the transverse moving driving module and the transverse moving roller wheel corresponding to each curing station enable the concrete member in the underground curing kiln to carry out flowing type curing operation along the flow line direction or other specific directions, and the requirement of running type production of the concrete member is met.

The underground flowing type curing kiln system for the precast concrete members shown in the figures 1 to 5 comprises member storing and taking equipment 1 and an underground curing kiln 2;
the underground curing kiln 2 comprises a plurality of curing units 3 which are arranged in M rows and N columns, and each curing unit 3 comprises a plurality of layers of independent curing stations 4; wherein M, N is respectively equal to or greater than 1. The number of the component storing and taking devices 1 is at least two, and the two component storing and taking devices are respectively arranged at the inlet end and the outlet end of the underground curing kiln 2 and are used for realizing the position switching of the concrete component 11 between the ground production line and the underground curing kiln 2. As shown in FIG. 1, M, N are 3 for this embodiment, wherein the second row of the first and third columns are replaced by a mechanical access device. The component access equipment 1 located on the left side as shown in fig. 1 is the entrance end of the underground curing kiln 2, and the component access equipment 1 located on the right side is the exit end of the underground curing kiln 2. The component access device 1 and the plurality of maintenance units 3 in this embodiment are arranged along the ground assembly line direction, which is the left-to-right direction as shown in fig. 1 in this embodiment. A plurality of curing units 3 may be suitably extended in a direction perpendicular to the ground line to enlarge the area of the underground curing kilns 2.
The component access device 1 comprises a device frame 6, a lifting mechanism and a component carrying frame 10; the member carrying frame 10 is used for carrying a concrete member 11; the lifting mechanism is connected to the component carrying frame 10 for driving the component carrying frame 10 to move in the height direction of the maintenance unit 3.
The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting reel module 7, a lifting roller 8 and a lifting guide rail 9 which are matched with each other. The lifting guide 9 is disposed along the height direction of the maintenance unit 3, and the equipment frame 6 and the component bearing frame 10 are connected by the lifting guide 9. The lifting roller 8 is arranged at the upper end of the equipment frame 6 and is matched with a lifting steel wire rope; the hoisting drum module 7 is arranged at the upper end of the equipment frame 6 and connected with a hoisting steel wire rope for driving the component bearing frame 10 to ascend and descend.
The maintenance unit 3 includes a maintenance frame 5; the maintenance frame 5 is provided with a plurality of interlayer along the height direction; each interlayer is a layer of maintenance station 4. Each layer of the maintenance station 4 comprises a traverse driving module 12 for driving the concrete elements 11 into or out of the maintenance station 4. Each curing station 4 also includes a plurality of translation rollers 13 for supporting the concrete elements 11 or providing a guide for the concrete elements 11. The concrete elements 11 flow between adjacent curing units 3 or between a curing unit 3 and the element storing and taking device 1 through the action of the translation rollers 13 and the translation driving module 12.
When a concrete member 11 needs to enter the underground curing kiln 2, the lifting drum module 7 drives the lifting roller 8 on the member bearing frame 10 through a lifting steel wire rope, the lifting roller 8 drives the member bearing frame 10 to move upwards along the lifting guide rail 9, the member bearing frame 10 rises to be level with the ground (a ground production line), the concrete member 11 is moved onto the member bearing frame 10, then the lifting drum module 7 drives the member bearing frame 10 to descend, the member bearing frame 10 descends to the height corresponding to the empty curing station 4, the concrete member 11 on the member bearing frame 10 is located on one side of the empty curing station 4, and the transverse driving module 12 on the empty curing station 4 drives the concrete member 11 to leave the member bearing frame 10 and enter the empty curing station 4. When the concrete members 11 on the adjacent curing stations 4 need to flow, the corresponding transverse moving driving module 12 drives the corresponding concrete members 11 to move.
When a certain concrete member 11 needs to leave the underground curing kiln 2 after being cured, the concrete member firstly flows to one side of the member storing and taking equipment 1 corresponding to the outlet end of the underground curing kiln 2 through the transverse moving driving module 12; the component access equipment 1 drives the component carrying frame 10 to descend to a corresponding height, and the traverse driving module 12 on the maintenance station 4 to which the concrete component 11 to be separated belongs drives the concrete component 11 to move to the component carrying frame 10 on one side of the concrete component 11; the lifting reel module 7 corresponding to the component storing and taking device 1 drives the component bearing frame 10 to rise to be level with the ground (ground production line), and the component bearing frame is merged into the ground production line to complete the next process of the concrete component 11. And realizing the flowing type underground maintenance of the concrete prefabricated part.
