The assembling method of the automatic rubber ring assembling device for the heat exchanger plate is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the steps that a worker firstly puts a plate which is not provided with a rubber ring and a rubber ring to be assembled on a plate feeding station and a rubber ring feeding station respectively, the plate which is not provided with the rubber ring and the rubber ring to be assembled are positioned through a positioning column, then an adsorption device at the bottom of a plate feeding manipulator adsorbs the plate onto a sliding table and positions the plate, then the sliding table slides rightwards, an adsorption device at the bottom of the rubber ring feeding manipulator adsorbs the rubber sealing ring and moves the rubber sealing ring to the position above the plate on the sliding table to clamp the rubber sealing ring in a groove of the plate, then the adsorption device of the rubber ring feeding manipulator stops adsorbing and returns to the position above the rubber ring feeding station forwards, then a support manipulator drives a clamping jaw support to move right above the sliding table, all pneumatic clamping jaws shrink towards the outer side of the clamping jaw support, the clamping jaw support descends until the pneumatic clamping jaws fall to the outer side of clamping feet of the rubber sealing ring, the clamp presss from both sides tight every card foot, pneumatic clamping jaw is to the shrink of clamping jaw support outside area card foot outwards draw, it is flexible to the inboard of clamping jaw support again after pneumatic clamping jaw descends, and then take the card foot to detain inwards, the clamp is loosened and just can make the card foot catch on the outward flange of slab, accomplish the fixed of single rubber seal on the slab, the sliding stand area is taken the single slab of accomplishing the assembly and is slided to the right side, finished product unloading manipulator removes the sliding stand top, the adsorption equipment of its bottom adsorbs the slab of accomplishing the assembly, finished product unloading manipulator removes again on the finished product unloading station, and place the slab and put on placing the bench, take away by the manual work after the slab of accomplishing the assembly piles, thereby accomplish whole assembly action.
