Background
The current stamping production flow of component semiconductors comprises: 1. manually placing the lower furnace frame on a sheet arranging machine, and arranging products by the sheet arranging machine according to a stamping process; 2. manually putting the upper furnace frame on the sheet arranging machine to be matched with the lower furnace frame, and stably clamping the product; 3. placing the rubber columns into the arranged rubber column machine by using the patted positioning frame, taking out the positioning frame after the rubber columns are placed, and starting a punching machine to work; 4. and after the stamping is finished, putting the upper and lower furnace frame belt products on a degumming machine together, and carrying out degumming treatment to obtain a final finished product. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional furnace frame robot clamp which has simple and reasonable structure, reliable performance, reduced labor intensity and high working efficiency and can simultaneously clamp an upper furnace frame and a lower furnace frame and rubber columns so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.
The multifunctional furnace frame robot clamp designed according to the purpose comprises a clamp frame, wherein a flange used for connecting a robot is arranged on the clamp frame, and the multifunctional furnace frame robot clamp is characterized in that: the fixture frame is provided with a furnace frame clamping mechanism for clamping the upper furnace frame and the lower furnace frame and a rubber column clamping mechanism for clamping the rubber column; the furnace frame clamping mechanism comprises more than two clamping cylinders and clamping claws, the clamping claws are distributed on two sides of a clamping station, and the first clamping cylinder is provided with more than one clamping cylinder and at least drives one clamping claw to reciprocate, so that the clamping claws on two sides are close to or far away from each other; the glue column clamping mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the clamping station and comprises more than one group of glue column clamping assemblies, each glue column clamping assembly comprises a second clamping cylinder and two clamping blocks, and the second clamping cylinder drives one or two clamping blocks to reciprocate so that the two clamping blocks are close to or far away from each other.
The fixture frame is provided with a reciprocating sliding movable support, the furnace frame clamping mechanism and the rubber column clamping mechanism are respectively arranged on the movable support and slide in a reciprocating manner relative to the fixture frame along with the movable support, and the clamping station is positioned below the movable support.
The rubber column clamping assembly further comprises a lifting cylinder used for driving the second clamping cylinder to move up and down, and the cylinder body of the first clamping cylinder and the cylinder body of the lifting cylinder are respectively fixed on the movable support.
The fixture frame is provided with a fixing part used for pressing the upper furnace frame on the lower furnace frame, the bottom of the fixing part is bent and pressed to act on the upper furnace frame, and the bottom of the clamping claw is provided with a clamping opening used for clamping the upper furnace frame and the lower furnace frame simultaneously.
Two clamping blocks in the rubber column clamping assembly are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, more than one profiling clamping opening is formed in each clamping block, and the profiling clamping openings corresponding to each other in the two clamping blocks are combined to form a clamping position for clamping the rubber column.
A first clamping cylinder and a clamping claw are mutually matched and combined and are provided with even groups, the clamping claws at two sides of a clamping station are symmetrical in pairs, and the first clamping cylinders work simultaneously; the glue column clamping assemblies are symmetrically arranged in pairs and are provided with even groups, and the second clamping cylinders in the glue column clamping assemblies simultaneously drive the two clamping blocks to reciprocate.
According to the invention, the furnace frame clamping mechanism and the rubber column clamping mechanism are integrated on the same clamp, so that the upper furnace frame and the lower furnace frame and the rubber column can be clamped simultaneously, manual work is not required, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is greatly improved, the loading position of a workpiece is accurate, and the use safety is high; after the clamp is used, the effect that one person can watch a plurality of devices and the devices are unattended can be achieved, and labor cost is greatly reduced.

Referring to fig. 1-7, the multifunctional furnace frame robot clamp comprises a clamp frame 2, wherein a flange 1 for connecting a robot is arranged on one side of the top of the clamp frame 2; the bottom of the clamp frame 2 is provided with a furnace frame clamping mechanism for clamping an upper furnace frame A1 and a lower furnace frame A2 and a rubber column clamping mechanism for clamping rubber columns A3; the furnace frame clamping mechanism comprises first clamping cylinders 6 and clamping claws 7, wherein the first clamping cylinders 6 and the clamping claws 7 are mutually matched and combined and are provided with even groups, the clamping claws 7 are distributed at two sides of a clamping station b and are symmetrical pairwise, and each first clamping cylinder 6 simultaneously drives the clamping claw 7 matched with the first clamping cylinder to reciprocate so that the clamping claws 7 at the two sides are close to or far away from each other to achieve the purpose of clamping or unloading the upper and lower furnace frames; the glue column clamping mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the clamping station b and comprises four groups of glue column clamping assemblies, each glue column clamping assembly comprises a second clamping cylinder 9 and two clamping blocks 10, the second clamping cylinder 9 drives the two clamping blocks 10 to reciprocate simultaneously, so that the two clamping blocks 10 are close to or far away from each other, and the purpose of clamping or unloading the glue column A3 is achieved. The upper furnace frame and the lower furnace frame and the rubber column A3 can be clamped simultaneously by the clamp, frequent work of workers can be cancelled, the labor intensity of the workers is effectively reduced, the work efficiency is improved, the work quality is improved, in addition, due to the high automation degree of the clamp, multiple devices can be watched by one person, even no person can be watched, the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the automation requirement of industrial 4.0 is met.
Further, the bottom of the clamp frame 2 is provided with a movable support 5 which slides in a reciprocating manner, in order to improve the smoothness of sliding, a sliding guide rail 3 and a sliding block are arranged between the clamp frame 2 and the movable support 5, the sliding guide rail 3 is fixed on the clamp frame 2, the movable support 5 is fixed on the sliding block, and the sliding block slides on the sliding guide rail 3, so that the sliding of the movable support 5 relative to the clamp frame 2 is smooth and reliable; the furnace frame clamping mechanism and the rubber column clamping mechanism are respectively arranged on the movable support 5 and slide back and forth along with the movable support 5 relative to the fixture frame 2, and the clamping station b is positioned below the movable support 5. the fixture frame (2) is provided with a movable support (5) capable of sliding in a reciprocating manner, the furnace frame clamping mechanism and the rubber column clamping mechanism are respectively arranged on the movable support (5) and slide in a reciprocating manner relative to the fixture frame (2) along with the movable support (5), and the clamping station (b) is positioned below the movable support (5);
