本发明公开了一种焊接螺母表面清洗流水线,包括机架、平移导轨、行程滑块、升降机械臂、旋转电机、旋转限位盘、螺母限位盘、螺母限位柱、导流凹槽、圆套口、酸洗槽、排酸泵、排酸管、水洗槽、喷水网板、涂油槽、喷油泵和喷油管。本发明能够在流水线上自动连续对螺母进行酸洗和上油,达到除去螺母表面的四氧化三铁和防锈的效果,设备自动化程度高,生产效率高,清洗彻底,利于提升螺母的后续焊接质量。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及螺母加工设备的技术领域,特别是一种焊接螺母表面清洗流水线的技术领域。
【背景技术】
焊接螺母是一种在螺母外适合焊接的螺母,一般是可焊接的材料制成的而且较厚适与焊接,焊接是相当于把两个分离件变成一个整体,用高温将金属融化后混合到一起再冷却,中间会加入合金,内部是分子力的作用,强度一般比母体强度大。焊接螺母经过热处理后表面会产生黑色的四氧化三铁,表面黑色的四氧化三铁会影响焊接质量。因此需要设计一种焊接螺母表面清洗流水线来除去螺母表面的四氧化三铁达到表面为金属本色状态。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种焊接螺母表面清洗流水线,能够在流水线上自动连续对螺母进行酸洗和上油,达到除去螺母表面的四氧化三铁和防锈的效果,设备自动化程度高,生产效率高,清洗彻底,利于提升螺母的后续焊接质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种焊接螺母表面清洗流水线,包括机架、平移导轨、行程滑块、升降机械臂、旋转电机、旋转限位盘、螺母限位盘、螺母限位柱、导流凹槽、圆套口、酸洗槽、排酸泵、排酸管、水洗槽、喷水网板、涂油槽、喷油泵和喷油管,所述机架顶部设置有平移导轨,所述平移导轨底部通过行程滑块安装有升降机械臂,所述升降机械臂的底端设置有旋转电机,所述旋转电机底部安装有旋转限位盘,所述旋转限位盘的底部通过长杆螺栓可拆卸安装有螺母限位盘,所述螺母限位盘上环绕设置有若干顶部向外倾斜的螺母限位柱,所述螺母限位柱的顶端与旋转限位盘的底部相卡接,所述螺母限位柱的直径小于螺母工件的内直径,所述螺母限位柱上开设有若干导流凹槽,所述螺母限位盘的中心位置沿轴心线贯穿设置有圆套口,所述螺母限位盘的下方设置有酸洗槽,所述酸洗槽的底部中心位置设置有排酸泵,所述排酸泵顶部竖直设置有排酸管,所述排酸管的直径小于圆套口的内直径,所述酸洗槽右侧设置有水洗槽,所述水洗槽的侧壁下部竖直对称设置有喷水网板,所述水洗槽的右侧设置有涂油槽,所述涂油槽的底部中心位置设置有喷油泵,所述喷油泵顶部竖直设置有喷油管。
作为优选,所述螺母限位柱的数量为奇数,所述螺母限位柱至少有三根,所述螺母限位柱均匀环绕分布在螺母限位盘上。
作为优选,所述导流凹槽为螺旋形凹槽,所述导流凹槽的数量至少有两条,所述导流凹槽呈螺旋形均匀环绕分布在螺母限位柱的外侧面上。
作为优选,所述螺母限位柱斜向外侧的倾斜角度为45°-60°,所述螺母限位柱与螺母限位盘的轴心线位于同一平面上。
作为优选,所述螺母限位盘的顶面为向内凹陷的圆弧面。
作为优选,所述排酸管的侧面均匀环绕设置有多个喷酸孔,所述喷油管的侧面均匀环绕设置有多个喷油头。
作为优选,所述旋转限位盘的底部中心位置设置有距离感应器,所述距离感应器正对排酸管和喷油管。
作为优选,所述水洗槽的侧壁上部对称设置有多个热风机,所述热风机位于水洗槽的液面上方。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将机架、平移导轨、行程滑块、升降机械臂、旋转电机、旋转限位盘、螺母限位盘、螺母限位柱、导流凹槽、圆套口、酸洗槽、排酸泵、排酸管、水洗槽、喷水网板、涂油槽、喷油泵和喷油管结合在一起,经过试验优化,能够在流水线上自动连续对螺母进行酸洗和上油,达到除去螺母表面的四氧化三铁和防锈的效果,设备自动化程度高,生产效率高,清洗彻底,利于提升螺母的后续焊接质量。
