s3, after inoculating the lucid ganoderma bag material, controlling the temperature to be 24-26 ℃ in the first 10-12 days; then adjusting the temperature to 21-23 ℃, maintaining the temperature at 21-23 ℃ for 15-20 days, and then adjusting the temperature to 20-21 ℃;
removing the fungus bag when the hypha grows to 14-16cm in the hypha growth period; and (3) after the hyphae are fully distributed, moving the hyphae into a cheese-out shed, placing the cheese-out shed on a three-dimensional cultivation fungus rack, covering each layer with a nutrient medium after arrangement is finished, keeping the humidity in the cheese-out shed at 80-88%, and harvesting after the pileus grows until the white point disappears.

The method for three-dimensional soilless organic cultivation of ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S1, the mass ratio of the branch of paper mulberry, the vine of sweet potato, the rotten wood, the powder of sweet potato, the bagasse, the powder of tea, the powder of gypsum, the powder of lime, the calcium carbonate, the glucose and the magnesium sulfate is 100: 10-20: 5-12: 5-10: 1-5: 2-6: 0.5-1.2: 0.5-1.5: 1-2: 1-2: 0.1-0.6.

5. A three-dimensional soilless organic cultivation method for ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S2, a high pressure polyethylene bag tube with a folded width of 12-14cm, a length of 10-13cm and a thickness of 0.002-0.005cm is used as a fungus bag.

The method for the three-dimensional soilless organic cultivation of the ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the preparation process of the nutrient medium of S3, the cottonseed hulls, the waste coal residues and the dry pigeon droppings are uniformly mixed, water is added until the water content is 30-40 wt%, the mixture is sent into a high-pressure steam explosion device, the explosion pressure is 7.2-8MPa, the fermentation microbial inoculum is added to ferment until the pH value of the system is 7.1-7.4, and the bentonite particles are added to be uniformly stirred to obtain the nutrient medium.

The method for the three-dimensional soilless organic cultivation of ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 7, wherein the mass ratio of the cotton seed hulls, the waste coal cinder, the dried pigeon manure, the fermentation bacteria agent and the bentonite particles is 30-40: 10-18: 2-6: 0.1-0.15: 30-70.
9. The method for three-dimensional soilless organic cultivation of ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 7, wherein the concentration of bacillus subtilis in the fermentation inoculum is 1-1.5 × 109cfu/g, the concentration of the bacillus licheniformis is 1.3-2.2 × 109cfu/g。
