Background
The product packaging is an important process before the product leaves a factory, and a main machine, accessories and a lining part of the product are required to be put into a packaging box in the product packaging process. The key point of the invention is that the host feeding mechanism 5 of the invention is arranged at one side of the assembly line 100 for producing the host and the transmission mechanism 1 for conveying the packing boxes, when the host is packed, the host flows to the front end of the host feeding mechanism 5 along with the assembly line 100, then the fourth manipulator 54 moves to the assembly line 100, and the host is grabbed and moved into the bagging module 53, and is packed into the packing bag by using the bagging module 53; after the packaging is finished, the fourth manipulator 54 grabs and transfers the packaged host machine into the packaging box on the transmission mechanism 1; the host feeding mechanism 5 can replace manual feeding, so that automatic packaging is realized, the demand of workers is reduced, the labor cost of product packaging is reduced, and the packaging efficiency and the productivity are high.
The bagging module 53 comprises a bag feeding assembly 531, a bag opening assembly 532, a bagging assembly 533 and a fifth manipulator 534; an upper bag unit 531 is mounted on the fourth frame 51 for stacking and lifting the packing bags; the bag opening assembly 532 is arranged on the mounting table 52 and is used for opening the bag mouth of the packaging bag; the bagging assembly 533 is mounted on the mounting table 52 and is used for placing the main machine into a packaging bag; a fifth robot 534 is mounted on the mounting table 52 and moves to and from the bag loading assembly 531 and the bag opening assembly 532. When the host is loaded into the packaging bag by using the bag sleeving module 53, the packaging bag is firstly stacked in the upper bag component 531, the upper bag component 531 can lift the packaging bag by a certain height, so that the fifth manipulator 534 can grab the packaging bag, then the fifth manipulator 534 can move the grabbed packaging bag into the bag opening component 532 of the mounting table-board 52, then the bag opening component 532 can unfold the bag opening of the packaging bag, the host is loaded into the packaging bag by matching the bag loading component 533, and then the host loaded into the packaging bag is grabbed by the fifth manipulator 534 and is moved into the packaging box of the transmission mechanism 1.
The upper bag assembly 531 comprises a placing frame 5311, a lifting device 5312, a second cross arm 5313 and a photoelectric sensor 5314; the placing frame 5311 is mounted on the fourth frame 51; the lifting device 5312 is installed on the fourth frame 51 and located at one side of the placing frame 5311; the second cross arm 5313 is movably matched in the placing frame 5311 and connected to the lifting device 5312; the photosensor 5314 is fitted on the upper portion of the placement frame 5311. When the packaging bag lifting device is used, packaging bags are placed in the placing frame 5311 and stacked on the second cross arm 5313, the inner wall of the placing frame 5311 has limiting and guiding effects on the packaging bags, then the second cross arm 5313 is lifted through the lifting device 5312, when the packaging bags are lifted to the position where the photoelectric sensors 5314 trigger, the lifting stops, the fifth manipulator 534 can move to the position to grab the packaging bags, and when the uppermost packaging bag is taken away, the lifting device 5312 lifts the packaging bags to the position where the packaging bags trigger the photoelectric sensors 5314 again for the fifth manipulator 534 to grab next time.
