Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shampoo, and particularly relates to a maintenance shampoo containing tea bran essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Shampoo, also called shampoo, shampoo or shampoo cream, is a shampoo product which is most widely applied, is one of the most commonly used hair cosmetics, is used for cleaning grease, sweat stain, cells which are shed from the scalp, foreign dust, microorganisms, residues and bad smell of a setting product and the like which are secreted by a human body and are attached to the scalp and hair, and keeping the scalp and the hair clean and attractive, and the modern society has more and more rapid pace of life, brings a plurality of problems of irregular work and rest, high mental stress, frequent insomnia and the like, and the hair health problem, especially the problem of more dandruff and scalp itching, which are difficult to solve by people for a long time, so that in order to facilitate the use of people with different hair qualities, various types of shampoo are produced;
with the increasing variety of shampoos, people have continuous requirements on the performances of the shampoos. However, the shampoo in the current market has the following problems:
1. the effect of relieving itching and removing dandruff after use is poor;
2. it has no sterilizing ability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a care shampoo containing tea bran essence and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems in the background art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, in one aspect, the invention provides a care shampoo containing tea bran essence, which comprises the following raw materials: 15-30% of tea bran essence, 10-35% of surfactant, 0.3-0.5% of conditioner, 0.5-1.5% of pearling agent, 0.1-0.5% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.5% of preservative, 0.3-0.7% of essence, 0.1-0.5% of neutralizer and the balance of deionized water.
The tea bran contains tea saponin in the liquid juice directly mashed with the tea bran and soaked with water, has good scale removal effect, is commonly used for washing hair and clothes, can keep the hair black and bright, repair damaged hair and supplement nutrients for the hair when being used for washing the hair, does not have dandruff when being used for washing the hair, relieves itching, can prevent alopecia and hair loss, has hair growth effect, does not contain any chemical raw material, is nontoxic and safe, and is the best choice for the pregnant woman to wash the hair.
As a further improvement of the present technical solution, the surfactant includes a primary surfactant and a secondary surfactant;
the main surface active agent is one or more of K12, AES, AESA, K12A and AESS, the main surface active agent is K12 and AESS, the dosage is 10-25%, and the main surface active agent mainly plays roles of foaming, cleaning hair and the like;
the auxiliary surfactant is one or more of CAB, SHD, APG, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, imidazoline and amino acid, the auxiliary surfactant is CAB and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, the dosage is 1-10%, and the auxiliary surfactant mainly plays a role in auxiliary foaming, thickening, foam stabilization and reduction of stimulation of the main surfactant.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the conditioner is cationic guar gum, cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose and emulsified silicone oil, the cationic guar gum can show excellent antistatic property and conditioning effect after being adsorbed on hair, the wet combing property of the hair is improved, the hair can keep luster, softness and elasticity for a long time, the softness is extremely mild to skin and eyes, the irritation of a surfactant in a formula product can be relieved, the cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose has excellent conditioning property and antistatic property, damaged hair quality is repaired, the hair is soft, smooth and elastic, in addition, the irritation of a detergent to the skin can be relieved, the cationic effect enables the hair to be adsorbed on the hair to improve the conditioning property after the hair is dried, and the emulsified silicone oil focuses on improving the combing property during the wet hair.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the thickening agent is salt and borax, the thickening principle is that after electrolyte is added, micelle on the surface swells, the movement resistance is increased, the viscosity on the surface is increased, the borax is weak alkali and has weak bacteriostasis effect like boric acid, a culture medium contains 10% of borax by using a flat plate method, and the borax has inhibition effect on escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus anthracis, shigella flexneri, shigella, typhoid bacillus, paratyphoid bacillus, proteus, staphylococcus and candida albicans, and has good effects on eliminating scalp itching and reducing scurf after salt is added into a small amount of borax and put into a basin and a proper amount of clear water is added to dissolve the borax and wash the hair.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the preservative is DMDM hydantoin, has a preservative effect on the shampoo, and prolongs the shelf life of the shampoo.
As a further improvement of this solution, the neutralizing agent is citric acid, which is required for some of the highly alkaline ingredients used in shampoo.
On the other hand, the invention provides a preparation method of a care shampoo containing tea bran essence, which comprises any one of the above care shampoos containing tea bran essence, and the operation steps are as follows:
s1, adding a main surfactant into a stirring kettle, adding a proper amount of deionized water, and heating;
s2, adding the auxiliary surfactant into a stirring kettle, and uniformly stirring to completely dissolve the surfactant;
s3, adding the thickening agent into the solution, and uniformly stirring to form a consistency;
s4, reducing the temperature, adding a conditioner and a pearling agent, and uniformly stirring to completely dissolve;
s5, adding the tea bran essence, and uniformly stirring to completely dissolve the tea bran essence;
s6, reducing the temperature, adding the preservative and the essence, and stirring uniformly;
s7, adding a neutralizer to adjust the pH value of the solution, and stirring at a low speed;
s8, standing overnight for defoaming, and finishing the preparation.
The preparation method of the invention has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation, low cost and easy industrial production, and the prepared ginseng effervescent tablet has uniform components and stable quality.
