Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides: a plant shampoo for restoring damaged hair comprises the following raw materials: 25-35% of plant essence, 8-10% of surfactant, 0.3-0.5% of conditioner, 0.5-1.5% of pearlizing agent, 0.1-0.5% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.5% of preservative, 0.3-0.7% of essence, 0.1-0.5% of neutralizing agent, 1.2-2% of vitamin, 0.5-1.5% of wool fat and the balance of deionized water, wherein the shampoo has better effect on recovery of damaged hair by comparing the raw material compositions for many times, firstly, 8% of main surfactant is taken and added into a mixing tank, a proper amount of deionized water is added, the deionized water is heated to 70-80 ℃, 2% of auxiliary surfactant is taken and added into the mixing tank, the auxiliary surfactant is uniformly stirred and is stirred until the surfactant is completely dissolved, 0.3% of thickening agent is added into the solution, the solution is stirred for 1-2 hours to generate consistency, and the main surfactant is sodium laureth sulfate, is an anionic surfactant with excellent performance, and has excellent decontamination, emulsification and foaming performances. The surfactant has high stability, good biodegradability and water solubility, and good emulsifying, wetting, penetrating, dispersing and solubilizing capabilities.

The conditioner is at least one of quaternary ammonium salt, hydrolyzed collagen and protein conditioner, polysiloxane derivative, fat-endowing agent and hydrophilic moistening agent, and the quaternary ammonium salt contains hydrophobic long hydrocarbon chain tail and positively charged acute end. It dissociates into ions in aqueous cosmetic formulations, the ions linked to the hydrocarbon chains are partially attracted by the negative charges of the keratin structure of the hair, and by electrostatic attraction of the ions, the hydrocarbon chains, which are fatty in nature, are also occluded on the hair surface and are not easily rinsed off, and the hydrolysed proteins generally contain a certain amount of free amino acids, which are generally used for skin care and are believed to contribute to the conditioning and protection of the hair. The properties of hydrolyzed protein are determined primarily by its average relative molecular mass and the composition of the amino acids, and silicones can impart certain dry conditioning properties to the hair. The molecular structure and flexibility of some silicone polymers can make hair particularly lubricious, soft, and smooth. Its low surface tension and high refractive index improve the shine of the hair. The deposition mechanism is that the siloxane is combined with anionic surfactant in shampoo to form cationic polymer, and the cationic polymer is deposited on the hair surface in the rinsing process, and the conditioning effect of the fat-endowing agent comprises deposition on the hair, improvement of hair rough feeling, hair softening and lubrication and the like.
The thickening agent is cocamidopropyl betaine, and the cocamidopropyl betaine has the characteristics of small irritation, high water solubility, stability to acid and alkali, more foams and strong detergency, and has excellent thickening property, softness, bactericidal property, antistatic property and hard water resistance.
