缺钙是世界性的营养问题,要解决缺钙问题必须同时从两方面着手,一为增加钙的摄入量,二为提高钙的吸收利用率。目前国内市场上有200多种补钙剂,大多着眼于增加钙的摄入量,而提高钙的吸收、利用率的产品种类很少,近年来,一些营养食品和保健食品生产厂家已在其产强化钙的同时也对维生素D进行强化,目的是提高钙的吸收利用率,这是到目前为止解决钙吸收利用率而采用的惟一办法。
钙只有离子形态存在时才易被吸收,而在中性和弱酸性环境中又容易与酸根离子形成不溶性盐流失。而酪蛋白磷酸肽的作用,是在人体肠道内pH呈中性到弱碱性的环境中,酪蛋白磷酸肽能螯合钙、铁、锌离子,保护其不被膳食中的磷酸、草酸、植酸等阴离子沉淀,从而有效促进对钙、铁、锌等的吸收和利用。酪蛋白磷酸肽与传统的钙吸收剂维生素D相比,具有以下特点:1.酪蛋白磷酸肽除了促进钙吸收功能外,还可促进铁、锌等二价矿物营养素的吸收。铁和锌是除了钙以外中国人最易缺乏的矿物质,若单纯、过度补钙,会对铁和锌的吸收造成一定的影响。补充酪蛋白磷酸肽,则不仅可提高钙的吸收,同时还可提高铁和锌的吸收利用率,从而有效克服一般补钙剂对铁、锌吸收的潜在不利影响,这一点是任何其它补钙剂都不具备的特性。2.维生素D的作用是促进机体对钙的主动吸收,这种吸收受年龄和钙摄入量的影响;而酪蛋白磷酸肽,是促进机体对钙的被动扩散吸收,这种吸收不受年龄和钙摄入量变化的影响,且钙的被动扩散吸收远大于主动运输吸收。3.过量摄入维生素D对人体有一定的毒副作用,而酪蛋白磷酸肽即使超量服用,也没有任何毒副作用。
骨胶原蛋白肽,是从牛骨中提取的胶原蛋白制成的小分子肽。人体骨骼主要由钙和胶原蛋白两部分构成,其中钙盐占2/3,胶原蛋白占1/3。胶原蛋白在骨质中呈网状结构,能够增加骨密度,使骨的硬度和韧性增强。骨胶原蛋白特有的羟脯氨酸具有将血液中的钙输送到骨细胞的运载功能,而小分子活性胶原蛋白肽则是羟基磷酸钙的粘合剂,所以单一的补钙而不补充胶原,无法很好固定住钙质,补充胶原蛋白肽能够有效的补充骨骼中的胶原蛋白含量,从而促进钙质的沉淀和骨骼的形成,增加骨强度,提高骨密度。同时由于胶原蛋白肽的特有生物活性,服用胶原蛋白肽能有效的减缓关节疼痛,对关节炎症等骨病都有一定的效果。美国FDA经过研究得出结论:水解胶原蛋白对骨关节炎和骨质疏松症有着很好的治疗作用,长期服用是非常安全有效的。

制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述的配比,通过电子秤称取原料;
(2)将上述的各种原料过筛后混合,混合通过三维立体混合机混合,转速60转/min,混合时间25min;
(3)混合后经过后续加工成固体饮料、压片糖果、液体饮料、营养棒与饼干。

Claims (6)

1.一种辅助改善骨骼和脑部健康的食品组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,按照重量配比,包括以下原料:
核桃低聚肽1-40份,骨胶原蛋白肽1-20份,DHA1-10份,牛磺酸0-10份,酪蛋白磷酸肽0-5份,调节风味和辅助加工的成分0-100份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述的配比,通过电子秤称取原料;
(2)将上述的各种原料过筛后混合,混合通过三维立体混合机混合,转速60转/min,混合时间25min;
(3)混合后经过后续加工成固体饮料、压片糖果、液体饮料、营养棒与饼干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善骨骼和脑部健康的食品组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,按所述原料过筛时为60目筛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善骨骼和脑部健康的食品组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述调节风味或辅助加工的成分包括调节风味成分为药食同源植物、水果、蔬菜、甜味剂、酸味剂、香精、糖醇类,辅助加工成分包括水、淀粉、糊精、硬脂酸镁等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善骨骼和脑部健康的食品组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述原料根据最终的食品可以选取固态原料也可以为液态原料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善骨骼和脑部健康的食品组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述液体饮料在称取原料时候包含水0-100份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善骨骼和脑部健康的食品组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述菌菇类包括香菇、金针菇、蛹虫草和银耳。
