Abstract

Claims (11)
1.一种跨步锻练设备,它包括:
一个底架,包括两条以一连续弧度向上弯曲的延伸平行轨道,所述的连续弧一般是相应于人腿在绕他的臀关节旋转时腿的自然摆动弧;

一个底架,包括一在平支持表面上支撑所述底架的底面和一靠模的上表面,所述的靠模上表面包括两条延伸平行轨道,它们的一连续弧向上弯曲,所述的连续弧一般地相应于当人腿绕他的臀关节旋转时腿的自然摆动弧。
两块可各自运动地支持在所述的平行轨道的踏板,其用于在轨道上作往复运动。
使所述踏板沿着所述的轨道在相反的方向协调运动的装置,用于使所述踏板运动的所述装置包括两个在所述底架的前端和后端各自安装在所述平行轨道之间的滑轮和沿着所述轨道延伸并绕所述滑轮同所述踏板一起形成一连续回路的绳带装置,结果,当一个踏板在所述轨道上向前运动时,相对的踏板在所述轨道上向后运动。

11.根据权利要求9所述的锻练设备,所述的连续弧包括一不变的半径弧。
