As shown in fig. 8-10, the waste liquid collecting box 8 comprises a box body 8-1, the top of the box body 8-1 is open, and a cover 8-2 is installed, a partition plate 8-3 is vertically arranged in the box body 8-2, the partition plate 8-3 is fixedly connected with the box body 8-2, the box body 8-1 is divided into two grids, one is an oil-water impurity precipitation grid 8-4, the other is a recoverable grid 8-5, the lower part of the partition plate 8-3 is open, the oil-water impurity precipitation grid 8-4 is communicated with the recoverable grid 8-5, a filter screen 8-6 is arranged on the upper part of the oil-water impurity precipitation grid 8-4, the filter screen 8-6 is fixedly connected with the box body 8-1 and the partition plate 8-3, and the oil-water impurity precipitation grid; a plurality of liquid inlets are arranged on the box body 8-1 side by side, the liquid inlets are communicated with an oil-water impurity precipitation grid 8-4, a quick connector 8-7 is arranged on the box body 8-1, the liquid outlets are communicated with the lower part of a recoverable grid 8-5, a ball valve 8-8 is arranged on the box body, and a liquid level switch 8-9 is fixedly arranged in the recoverable grid 8-5; the bottom of the box body 8-1 is fixedly connected with a support 8-10; a waste liquid collecting tank of the cake pressing machine 3 is quickly connected with a liquid inlet of a waste liquid collecting tank 8 in an inserting way through a hose and a quick connector 8-7; the frame 1-1 and the crushing bin 1-2 are integrated and formed by connecting an internal frame mechanism and an external coaming; two ends of the crushing bin 1-2 are obliquely opened and are provided with a crushing roller shaft mounting opening 1-15; the discharge port is an inclined port, the front end of the crushing bin 1-2 is provided with a baffle plate 1-16, and the baffle plate 1-16 is fixedly connected with the crushing bin 1-2 to jointly form a discharge channel communicated with the discharge port; and a plurality of division plates are fixedly connected in the discharging channel to divide the discharging channel into a plurality of small discharging channels which are arranged side by side.

Claims (10)
1. The production line for metal chip crushing and cake pressing is characterized by comprising a crusher, a feeding bin, a cake pressing machine, a first chip removal machine, a second chip removal machine and a block discharging machine, wherein the first chip removal machine is connected with the crusher and the feeding bin, the second chip removal machine is connected with the feeding bin and the cake pressing machine, and the block discharging machine is connected with the cake pressing machine; the cutting chips are crushed into granular metal chips by the crusher, the granular metal chips are conveyed to the feeding bin by the first chip discharging machine to be cached, the feeding bin outputs the granular metal chips at a certain speed, the granular metal chips are conveyed to the cake pressing machine by the second chip discharging machine to be pressed into cake blocks, and the cake blocks are output by the cake discharging machine;
the breaker includes broken frame, the square broken storehouse of fixedly connected with in the broken frame, broken storehouse stretches out the outer one section of broken frame to be provided with the discharge gate in its lower part, broken storehouse top is provided with the charge door, slidable mounting has the ejector pad in broken storehouse, and the ejector pad is relative with the discharge gate, does with discharge gate relative movement, broken roller is installed to broken storehouse internal rotation, and broken roller is located the discharge gate, the outer peripheral face distribution of broken roller is provided with a plurality of serrated knives, evenly distributed is provided with the tooth's socket that a plurality of confession serrated knives pass through on the discharge gate, fixedly connected with semicircle filter screen cover on the discharge gate, filter screen cover are on broken roller.

The metal chip crushing and cake pressing production line according to claim 1, wherein the pushing block is formed by connecting an upper plate, a left plate, a right plate and a front four plates, the front plate is opposite to the discharge port, guide rails are fixedly connected to the bottom and two sides of the crushing bin respectively, slide blocks are fixedly connected to the front plate, the left plate and the right plate respectively, slide blocks are fixedly connected to the top of the crushing bin, the guide rails are fixedly connected to the upper plate, the guide rails are in sliding fit with the slide blocks, and the crushing bin and the pushing block are connected in a sealing manner; the cylinder is hinged in the crushing bin and connected with the front plate, and the pushing block is driven to move relative to the discharge hole.

The metal chip breaking and cake pressing production line according to claim 1, wherein said front plate is inclined forward and provided with teeth uniformly distributed thereon; the upper plate extends forwards out of one section of the front plate, and a plurality of tooth sockets for the tooth knives to pass through are uniformly distributed on the upper plate.

The metal chip crushing and cake pressing production line according to claim 1, wherein the crushing bin is provided with a speed reducer, one end of the crushing roller shaft extends out through the crushing bin and is connected with the output end of the speed reducer, the crushing frame is fixedly provided with a motor, and the motor is connected with the input end of the speed reducer through a belt wheel and a belt.

The metal chip crushing and cake pressing production line according to claim 1, wherein the speed reducer is fixedly connected to the speed reducer mounting plate, the side wall of the crushing bin is fixedly connected with the seat plate, the seat plate is provided with a connecting rod, the connecting rod penetrates through the seat plate, the upper end of the connecting rod is provided with a pin, the lower end of the connecting rod is hinged to the speed reducer mounting plate, the lower portion of the connecting rod is provided with a step, the upper portion and the lower portion of the connecting rod are respectively sleeved with a damping block and a gasket, the upper damping block and the gasket are clamped between the pin and the seat plate, and the lower damping.

The metal chip crushing and cake pressing production line according to claim 1, wherein a hopper is mounted on the feeding port, the hopper is fixedly connected to the crushing bin, the upper end of the hopper is open, and the lower end of the hopper is communicated with the feeding port; the metal chip crushing and cake pressing production line further comprises a lifter, and the lifter is mounted on one side of the crusher; and the material on the trolley is poured into the hopper by the hoister.

The metal filing crushing and cake pressing production line of claim 1, further comprising a waste liquid collecting box, wherein the waste liquid collecting box comprises a box body, the top of the box body is open, a cover is installed on the box body, a partition plate is vertically arranged in the box body and fixedly connected with the box body, the box body is divided into two grids, one is an oil-water impurity settling grid and the other is a recoverable grid, the lower part of the partition plate is open and communicated with the oil-water impurity settling grid and the recoverable grid, a filter screen is arranged on the upper part of the oil-water impurity settling grid and fixedly connected with the box body and the partition plate, and the oil-water impurity settling grid is divided into an upper part and a lower part; the box body is provided with a plurality of liquid inlets side by side, the liquid inlets are communicated with the oil-water impurity precipitation grids, quick connectors are mounted on the oil-water impurity precipitation grids, the box body is provided with a liquid outlet, the liquid outlet is communicated with the lower parts of the recoverable grids, a ball valve is mounted on the liquid outlet, and a liquid level switch is fixedly mounted in the recoverable grids; the bottom of the box body is fixedly connected with a bracket;
and the waste liquid collecting tank of the cake pressing machine is in quick plug-in connection with the liquid inlet of the waste liquid collecting tank through a hose and a quick connector.
8. The metal chip crushing and cake pressing production line according to claim 1, wherein the crushing frame is integrated with the crushing bin and is formed by connecting an inner frame mechanism with an outer coaming.
9. The metal chip crushing and cake pressing production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two ends of the crushing bin are obliquely opened and are mounting openings of the crushing roller shaft.
10. The metal chip crushing and cake pressing production line according to claim 1, wherein the discharge port is an inclined port, a baffle is arranged at the front end of the crushing bin, and the baffle is fixedly connected with the crushing bin and forms a discharge channel communicated with the discharge port; and a plurality of division plates are fixedly connected in the discharging channel to divide the discharging channel into a plurality of small discharging channels which are arranged side by side.
