A cutting scrap recycling and preprocessing device comprises a support (1) and is characterized in that two rotating shafts (2) which are horizontal and arranged at intervals are rotatably arranged on the support (1), the two rotating shafts (2) can synchronously and reversely rotate, a plurality of supporting plates (3) are uniformly distributed on each rotating shaft (2) along the axial direction at intervals, the supporting plates (3) on the two rotating shafts (2) correspond to each other and are symmetrically arranged front and back, a disc (4) is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the lower end of each rotating shaft (2), the rotating directions of two adjacent discs (4) on the same rotating shaft (2) are opposite, a turntable (5) is coaxially arranged on the inner side of each disc (4), the discs (4) and the turntable (5) are fixedly connected through a plurality of first electric cylinders (6), the electric cylinders retract to enable the turntable (5) to be close to the discs (4), a sleeve (7) arranged between the discs (4) and the turntable (5) is coaxially fixed on each disc (4), a plurality of steel rods (8) which penetrate through and are hinged on the turnplate (5) are uniformly distributed on the circumference of each turnplate (5), the tail part of each steel rod (8) is close to the corresponding sleeve (7) and is fixed with an inclined rod (9) with a free end inclined towards the axis of the sleeve (7) and arranged in the sleeve (7), the tip part of each steel rod (8) moves towards the axial direction far away from the turnplate (5) when the turnplate (5) approaches towards the disc (4), the steel rods (8) rotate to be vertical to the turnplate (5) when the turnplate (5) resets, two turnplates (5) corresponding to the front and the back are coaxially arranged when the supporting plates (3) on the two rotating shafts (2) rotate to be vertical, a vertical second electric cylinder (11) is arranged between the two corresponding supporting plates (3) corresponding to the front and the back, the lower end of the second electric cylinder (11) is provided with a scissors (10), and the scissors (10) move downwards and enable the cutting part to be occluded when the second electric cylinder (11) extends, when the second electric cylinder (11) retracts, the scissors (10) move upwards and the blade parts of the scissors are opened.

The cutting scrap recycling and preprocessing device according to claim 1, wherein each rotating shaft (2) is coaxially sleeved with two bilateral symmetrical gears (12), a rack (13) is arranged inside each gear (12), a third electric cylinder (14) fixed on the support (1) is arranged above each rack (13), the output end of each third electric cylinder (14) is fixed at the upper end of the corresponding rack (13), the third electric cylinder (14) drives the racks (13) to move up and down to be meshed with the gears (12) to drive the rotating shaft (2) to rotate, and the four third electric cylinders (14) synchronously control extension and retraction.

A cutting scrap recycling and preprocessing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first sprocket (15) coaxial with the discs (4) is provided on the outer side of each support plate (3), the first sprocket (15) is connected with the corresponding disc (4) through a fixed shaft, the fixed shaft is rotatably mounted on the support plate (3), a second sprocket (16) is provided above each first sprocket (15), a plurality of first sprockets (15) and second sprockets (16) are connected through the same chain, the chain is engaged with the first sprockets (15) in an engagement position alternating up and down on the adjacent first sprockets (15), and one of the plurality of second sprockets (16) on the same shaft (2) is driven by a motor fixed on the support plate (3).

The cutting scrap recycling and preprocessing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of mounting grooves (17) corresponding to the steel chisels (8) one by one are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the rotary table (5), the steel chisels (8) are hinged in the mounting grooves (17), a torsion spring (18) capable of restoring the steel chisels (8) to be perpendicular to the rotary table (5) is arranged on a hinged shaft of the steel chisels (8), and a limiting block (19) capable of limiting the steel chisels (8) which rotate to be perpendicular to the rotary table (5) is further arranged in the mounting grooves (17).

The cutting scrap recycling and pretreating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the hinge axis of the scissors (10) is perpendicular to the rotating shaft (2), the left and right sides of the cylinder body of the second electric cylinder (11) are respectively hinged with a connecting rod (20), the free end of the connecting rod (20) is hinged with the scissors (10) on the corresponding side, and the second electric cylinder (11) is a multi-stage electric cylinder.

The cutting scrap recycling and preprocessing device according to claim 1, wherein a cross bar (21) is arranged on the outer side of a plurality of support plates (3) on the same rotating shaft (2), the cross bar (21) is fixed on the support plates (3) through a connecting rod, a plurality of arc hooks (22) are uniformly distributed below the cross bar (21) along the axial direction of the cross bar (21), the arc hooks (22) of the two cross bars (21) are mutually staggered, when the support plates (3) rotate to be vertical, the arc hooks (22) on two sides are completely meshed, and when the support plates (3) are far away from each other, the arc hooks (22) on two sides are opened.
