本发明公开了为了一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料及其制备方法,所述固体饮料包括以下重量份的组分:竹盐3‑5重量份、益生元10‑20重量份、蛋白粉20‑30重量份、低聚糖10‑20重量份和调味粉10‑15重量份。本发明提供一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料及其制备方法,将竹盐、益生元和固体饮料结合起来。

本发明涉及固体饮料领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
固体饮料具有携带方便,食用方便的特点,因此是很多消费者的选择。不过,其也有一定的局限性,例如冲调之后因为是液状,所以口感方面不够丰富,若产品对口感要求高,想增加口感,则可能需要通过香精来达到效果,不符合消费者的期望。
竹盐是将日晒盐装入三年生的楠竹中,两端以天然黄土封口,以松树为燃料,经1000℃~1300℃高温煅烧后提炼出来的物质。竹盐中锰、钙、锌、铁、硫等多种微量元素和矿物质成分,其含量比纯食盐或者粗盐要高。夏天时人们出汗较多,需要补充盐分。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料及其制备方法,将竹盐、益生元和固体饮料结合起来。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料,包括以下重量份的组分:
竹盐3-5重量份、益生元10-20重量份、蛋白粉20-30重量份、低聚糖10-20重量份和调味粉10-15重量份。
优选的是,所述的一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料中,还包括以下重量份的组分:
干牡蛎5-10重量份和干海参5-10重量份。
优选的是,所述的一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料中,所述低聚糖为低聚果糖、低聚甘露糖和低聚半乳糖中的一种或任意几种的组合。
优选的是,所述的一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料中,所述调味粉为果粉或茶粉。
优选的是,所述的一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料中,所述调味粉为果粉时,其为苹果粉、橘粉、柠檬粉和草莓粉中的任意一种。
优选的是,所述的一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料中,所述调味粉为茶粉时,其为绿茶粉或抹茶粉。
本发明还提供一种上述添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方量的竹盐、低聚糖、干牡蛎和干海参依次粉碎,并过100-120目筛后混合,得到第一混合粉,备用;
S2、将配方量的益生元、蛋白粉和调味粉混合均匀,得到第二混合粉,备用;
S3、将S1得到的所述第一混合粉和S2得到的所述第二混合粉混合均匀后,即制得所述固体饮料。
本发明的添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料在固体饮料中添加了竹盐和益生元,通过竹盐可补充身体所需的盐分,而益生元能够刺激人体内有益菌群的生长。

一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料,包括以下重量份的组分:
竹盐3重量份、益生元10重量份、蛋白粉20重量份、低聚糖10重量份、调味粉10重量份、干牡蛎5重量份和干海参5重量份。
其中,低聚糖为低聚果糖。
其中,所述调味粉为苹果粉。
本实施例还提供一种上述添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方量的竹盐、低聚糖、干牡蛎和干海参依次粉碎,并过100目筛后混合,得到第一混合粉,备用;
S2、将配方量的益生元、蛋白粉和调味粉混合均匀,得到第二混合粉,备用;
S3、将S1得到的所述第一混合粉和S2得到的所述第二混合粉混合均匀后,即制得所述固体饮料。
<实施例二>
一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料,包括以下重量份的组分:
竹盐4重量份、益生元15重量份、蛋白粉25重量份、低聚糖15重量份、调味粉12重量份、干牡蛎8重量份和干海参8重量份。
其中,低聚糖为低聚甘露糖。
其中,所述调味粉为橘粉。
本实施例还提供一种上述添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方量的竹盐、低聚糖、干牡蛎和干海参依次粉碎,并过110目筛后混合,得到第一混合粉,备用;
S2、将配方量的益生元、蛋白粉和调味粉混合均匀,得到第二混合粉,备用;
S3、将S1得到的所述第一混合粉和S2得到的所述第二混合粉混合均匀后,即制得所述固体饮料。
<实施例三>
一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料,包括以下重量份的组分:
竹盐5重量份、益生元20重量份、蛋白粉30重量份、低聚糖20重量份、调味粉15重量份、干牡蛎10重量份和干海参10重量份。
其中,低聚糖为低聚半乳糖。
其中,所述调味粉绿茶粉。
本实施例还提供一种上述添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方量的竹盐、低聚糖、干牡蛎和干海参依次粉碎,并过120目筛后混合,得到第一混合粉,备用;
S2、将配方量的益生元、蛋白粉和调味粉混合均匀,得到第二混合粉,备用;
S3、将S1得到的所述第一混合粉和S2得到的所述第二混合粉混合均匀后,即制得所述固体饮料。

竹盐3-5重量份、益生元10-20重量份、蛋白粉20-30重量份、低聚糖10-20重量份和调味粉10-15重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份的组分:
干牡蛎5-10重量份和干海参5-10重量份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述低聚糖为低聚果糖、低聚甘露糖和低聚半乳糖中的一种或任意几种的组合。

7.一种如权利要求2-6任一项所述的一种添加竹盐的益生元的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方量的竹盐、低聚糖、干牡蛎和干海参依次粉碎,并过100-120目筛后混合,得到第一混合粉,备用;
S2、将配方量的益生元、蛋白粉和调味粉混合均匀,得到第二混合粉,备用;
