Example 4: the present embodiment differs from embodiment 3 in that: the residual film furling and straw smashing and collecting combined machine further comprises a conveying belt 13-3 which is arranged below the residual film baling mechanism 9 and is perpendicular to the traveling direction of the combined machine, one end of the conveying belt 13-3 is provided with a rotating shaft 13-2, the rotating shaft 13-2 is provided with a hydraulic motor 13-1, the rotating shaft 13-2 is fixedly connected with the frame 2, after the residual films are bundled, the front auxiliary roller shaft 9-1 and/or the rear auxiliary roller shaft 9-6 adjacent to the front auxiliary roller shaft 9-1 are controlled by the hydraulic oil cylinder I12 to move towards opposite directions, so that the residual film bundle falls onto the conveying belt 13-3 from an opening in front of the front auxiliary roller shaft 9-1 and the rear auxiliary roller shaft 9-6, then the hydraulic control valve 3 is controlled to control the hydraulic motor 13-1, and the hydraulic motor 13-1 can control the rotating shaft 13-2 to rotate, the rotating shaft 13-2 can drive the conveying belt 13-3 to work, the residual film bundles 19 are conveyed to the end of the conveying belt 13-3 in time and fall to the field, the conveying and film unloading of the residual film bundles 19 are realized, and the residual film bundles 19 falling from the conveying belt 13-3 can just fall to two sides of the operation machine due to the fact that the conveying length of the conveying belt 13-3 is consistent with the walking width of the operation machine, so that on one hand, the subsequent recovery is facilitated, and in addition, the normal walking of the operation machine cannot be influenced.

b. the power is transmitted to a rear driving roll shaft 9-4 of the residual film bundling mechanism 9 through a chain transmission I14, and then is transmitted to a front driving roll shaft 9-3 through the rear driving roll shaft 9-4, the rotating directions of the front driving roll shaft 9-3 and the rear driving roll shaft 9-4 are consistent, and because the front belt 9-2 and the rear belt 9-5 are respectively driven by the front driving roll shaft 9-3 and the rear driving roll shaft 9-4 to move, the front belt 9-2 and the rear belt 9-5 simultaneously rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, the acting forces of the front belt 9-2 and the rear belt 9-5 on the residual film 18 between the front belt 9-2 and the rear belt 9-5 are just opposite, if the front belt 9-2 drives the residual film 18 to move downwards, the rear belt 9-5 on the other side drives the residual film 18 to move upwards, and the residual film 18 thrown in the step a gradually forms a residual film bundle 19 through the up-down rubbing action of the belts, when the volume of the residual film bundle 19 is continuously increased, the pressure on the rear belt 9-5 is gradually increased, the hydraulic oil cylinder II 16 is enabled to contract and drive the rear auxiliary roller shaft 9-6 connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder II to move so as to change the space shape formed by the rear belt 9-5, and the hydraulic oil cylinder II 16 is automatically adjusted by the hydraulic control valve 3 to keep the pretightening force all the time, so that the rear belt 9-5 keeps a certain pressure on the residual film bundle 19 all the time.
Example 6: the present example differs from example 5 in that: the film unloading is carried out through the film unloading mechanism 13 after the residual film bundling is finished, and the method comprises the following specific steps: when the residual film bundle 19 reaches the rated size, the machine is stopped to unload the film, the hydraulic oil cylinder I12 drives the front auxiliary roll shaft 9-1 and/or the adjacent rear auxiliary roll shaft 9-6 to move oppositely, so that the openings at the lower ends of the front belt 9-2 and the rear belt 9-5 are enlarged enough to enable the residual film bundle 19 to fall down, the residual film bundle 19 directly falls to the ground, the film unloading of the residual film bundle 19 is realized, after the film unloading is finished, the hydraulic oil cylinder I12 and the hydraulic oil cylinder II 16 are adjusted and restored to the state of unbundling through the hydraulic control valve 3, and the rear belt 9-5 is restored to the original shape.
Example 7: the present embodiment is different from embodiment 6 in that: when the residual films are bundled, the front auxiliary roller shaft 9-1 and/or the rear auxiliary roller shaft 9-6 adjacent to the front auxiliary roller shaft are controlled to move towards the opposite direction by the hydraulic oil cylinder I12, so that the residual film bundle falls onto the conveying belt 13-3 from the opening position in front of the front auxiliary roller shaft 9-1 and the rear auxiliary roller shaft 9-6, then the hydraulic control valve 3 is controlled to control the hydraulic motor 13-1, the hydraulic motor 13-1 can control the rotating shaft 13-2 to rotate, the rotating shaft 13-2 can drive the conveying belt 13-3 to work, the residual film bundle 19 is conveyed to the end of the conveying belt 13-3 in time and falls into the field, the conveying and film unloading of the residual film bundle 19 are realized, and because the conveying length of the conveying belt 13-3 is consistent with the traveling width of the operating machine, the residual film bundle 19 falling from the conveying belt 13-3 can just fall onto two sides of the operating machine, on one hand, the subsequent recovery is convenient, and in addition, the normal walking of the operation machine is not influenced. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept of the present invention, and these changes and modifications are all within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The residual film winding device is characterized by at least comprising a residual film bundling mechanism (9), wherein the residual film bundling mechanism (9) comprises a front driving roll shaft (9-3), a front auxiliary roll shaft (9-1), a front belt (9-2), a rear driving roll shaft (9-4), a rear auxiliary roll shaft (9-6) and a rear belt (9-5), the front belt (9-2) is arranged on the front driving roll shaft (9-3) and the front auxiliary roll shaft (9-1), at least two rear auxiliary roll shafts (9-6) are arranged, the rear belt (9-5) is arranged on the rear driving roll shaft (9-4) and the rear auxiliary roll shaft (9-6), and a horn-shaped space with a large top and a small bottom is formed between the adjacent front belt (9-2) and the rear belt (9-5), the rotating directions of the front belt (9-2) and the rear belt (9-5) are the same, the rear belt (9-5) is stretched by the rear driving roll shaft (9-4) and the rear auxiliary roll shaft (9-6) to form a space, an oil cylinder II (16) capable of changing the shape of the space by controlling the movement of the rear auxiliary roll shaft (9-6) is arranged on one rear auxiliary roll shaft (9-6), one end of the oil cylinder II (16) is fixed, and the other end of the oil cylinder II (16) is a movable end and is connected with the rear auxiliary roll shaft (9-6).

The residual film furling and straw smashing and collecting combined machine as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a conveyer belt (13-3), wherein the conveyer belt (13-3) is arranged below the residual film baling mechanism (9), one end of the conveyer belt (13-3) is provided with a rotating shaft (13-2), and a hydraulic motor (13-1) is arranged on the rotating shaft (13-2).
5. The residual film furling and straw smashing and collecting combined machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein a residual film pickup device (17) is arranged on the rear side of the residual film furling device.
6. The combined machine for rolling up residual film and crushing and collecting straws as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a straw crushing and collecting device, a transmission system, a hydraulic system and a traveling mechanism (11) arranged on the frame (2), wherein:
the straw smashing and collecting device comprises a straw smashing machine (5), the straw smashing machine (5) is arranged below a rack (2), a straw collecting box (4) is arranged above the straw smashing machine (5), a straw smashing machine screw conveyor (5-1) is arranged in the straw smashing machine (5), a fan (7) is arranged at the output end of the straw smashing machine screw conveyor (5-1), and a straw conveying pipe (6) is arranged at the upper end of the fan (7);
the transmission system comprises a universal joint transmission shaft I (1), a universal joint transmission shaft II (8), an intermediate transmission gearbox (10), a chain transmission I (14) and a chain transmission II (15);
the hydraulic system comprises an oil cylinder I (12), an oil cylinder II (16) and a hydraulic control valve (3).

The residual film bundling method is characterized by using the residual film bundling mechanism (9) and specifically comprises the following steps: the rotating directions of the front driving roll shaft (9-3) and the rear driving roll shaft (9-4) are set to be consistent, so that the acting forces of the front belt (9-2) and the rear belt (9-5) on the residual film (18) are opposite, the residual film (18) forms a residual film bundle (19) through the up-and-down rubbing action of the belt, and as the volume of the residual film bundle (19) is increased, the pressure on the rear belt (9-5) is also increased, the oil cylinder II (16) is enabled to contract and drives the rear auxiliary roll shaft (9-6) connected with the oil cylinder II to move to change the shape of the rear belt (9-5) and keep the pressure of the rear belt (9-5) on the residual film bundle (19) all the time.
8. The remnant film binding method according to claim 7, wherein the remnant film (18) is picked up by the remnant film pick-up device (17) and transported to the tip end thereof and then thrown into the trumpet-like space between the front belt (9-2) and the rear belt (9-5).

The residual film bundling method according to claim 7, wherein the film unloading is performed by a film unloading mechanism (13) after the residual film bundling is finished, and the method comprises the following specific steps: and after the residual film bundle (19) reaches the rated size, stopping the machine to unload the film, driving the front auxiliary roll shaft (9-1) and/or the rear auxiliary roll shaft (9-6) adjacent to the front auxiliary roll shaft to move in the opposite direction by the oil cylinder I (12) to enable the residual film bundle (19) to directly fall to the ground to finish film unloading, and after the film unloading is finished, adjusting the oil cylinder I (12) and the oil cylinder II (16) by the hydraulic control valve (3) to recover to the state when the residual film bundle is not bundled.
