示例性车辆座椅组件500包括钩528,该钩528在枢转点530处枢转地附连到座椅靠背框架506。通常,钩528在重力的拉动下从枢转点530自由地向下摆动。钩528包括向前延伸的下部,当车辆座椅组件处于座椅靠背直立配置时,该下部选择性地接合后框架枢轴536。在直立配置中,钩528与后框架枢轴536的接合将后框架枢轴536牢固地保持在固定位置。以这种方式,座椅座垫504被牢固地保持在适当的位置,并且显著地减少和/或完全消除任何轻微的移动。利用示例性车辆座椅组件500,当座椅靠背502向下和向前旋转时,钩528将后框架枢轴536从固定就位释放。
利用示例性联动系统510,当座椅靠背502向下旋转时,座椅座垫504下降并向前移动。联动系统510的前腿512包括向下和向前成角度的狭槽518,这使得座椅座垫框架508的前端516在向前移动时向下移动。此外,联动系统510包括后腿联动件520,该后腿联动件520在中央枢转点522处枢转地连接到后腿514,并且还在枢转点536处枢转地连接到座椅座垫框架508的后部,该枢转点536在处于折叠扁平配置时位于中央枢转点522前方和上方,并且在处于座椅靠背直立配置时通常位于中央枢转点522上方。以这种方式,当座椅靠背502从座椅靠背直立配置旋转到折叠扁平配置时,座椅座垫504的后部也向下和向前移动。
座椅靠背框架506和后腿联动件520都枢转地附连到后腿514。联动系统510的主联动件528在下部范围在下枢转点524处枢转地连接到后腿联动件520,并且还在上部范围在上枢转点530处枢转地连接到座椅靠背框架506。当处于折叠扁平配置时,下枢转点524和上枢转点530通常位于相应地最靠近的后腿枢转点的后方。此外,当处于座椅靠背直立配置时,下枢转点524和上枢转点530通常位于最靠近的相应后腿枢转点的下方。

Claims (20)
1.一种车辆座椅组件,包括:
座椅靠背,其由座椅靠背框架支撑;
座椅坐垫,其由座椅坐垫框架支撑;
前腿,其固定到车辆底板并包括滑动地接纳所述座椅坐垫框架的前部的狭槽;
后腿,其固定到所述车辆底板,其中所述座椅靠背框架枢转地连接到所述后腿;
后腿联动件,其枢转地连接到所述后腿和所述座椅坐垫框架的后部;以及,
主联动件,其枢转地连接到所述后腿联动件和所述座椅靠背框架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,所述前腿中的所述狭槽向上和向后成角度,使得所述座椅坐垫框架的前部在向后移动时向上移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,所述前腿中的所述狭槽还包括位于上部的水平着落部分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,当处于座椅靠背直立配置时,所述座椅靠背框架与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接在所述座椅靠背框架与所述后腿之间的枢转连接下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,当处于折叠扁平配置时,所述座椅靠背框架与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接位于所述座椅靠背框架与所述后腿之间的枢转连接后方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,当处于折叠扁平配置时,所述座椅坐垫框架与所述后腿联动件之间的枢转连接相对于所述后腿联动件与所述后腿之间的枢转连接位于前方。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,当处于折叠扁平配置时,所述座椅坐垫框架与所述后腿联动件之间的枢转连接位于所述后腿联动件与所述后腿之间的枢转连接上方。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,当处于折叠扁平配置时,所述后腿联动件与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接位于所述后腿联动件与所述后腿之间的枢转连接后方。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,当处于座椅靠背直立配置时,所述后腿联动件与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接位于所述后腿联动件与所述后腿之间的枢转连接下方。
10.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅组件,还包括在枢转点枢转地连接到所述座椅靠背框架的钩。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,所述钩在重力的拉动下从枢转点自由地向下摆动。
12.根据权利要求10所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,所述钩在所述座椅靠背框架上的与所述座椅靠背框架与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接相同的位置处枢转地连接到所述座椅靠背框架。
13.根据权利要求10所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,所述钩包括下部,当处于座椅靠背直立配置时,所述钩的下部选择性地接合座椅靠背框架枢轴。
14.一种具有车辆座椅组件的车辆,所述车辆座椅组件包括:
座椅靠背,其由座椅靠背框架支撑;
座椅坐垫,其由座椅坐垫框架支撑;
前腿,其固定到车辆底板并包括狭槽,所述狭槽滑动地接纳所述座椅坐垫框架的前部;
后腿,其固定到所述车辆底板,其中所述座椅靠背框架枢转地连接到所述后腿;
后腿联动件,其枢转地连接到所述后腿和所述座椅坐垫框架的后部;以及,
主联动件,其枢转地连接到所述后腿联动件和所述座椅靠背框架。
15.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中,所述前腿中的所述狭槽向上和向后成角度,使得所述座椅坐垫框架的前部在向后移动时向上移动。
16.根据权利要求15所述的车辆,其中,所述前腿中的所述狭槽还包括位于上部的水平着落部分。
17.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中,当处于座椅靠背直立配置时,所述座椅靠背框架与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接在所述座椅靠背框架与所述后腿之间的枢转连接下方,并且其中当处于折叠扁平配置时,所述座椅靠背框架与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接位于所述座椅靠背框架与所述后腿之间的枢转连接后方。
18.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中,当处于折叠扁平配置时,所述座椅坐垫框架与所述后腿联动件之间的枢转连接相对于所述后腿联动件与所述后腿之间的枢转连接位于前方,并且其中当处于折叠扁平配置时,所述座椅坐垫框架与所述后腿联动件之间的枢转连接位于所述后腿联动件与所述后腿之间的枢转连接上方。
19.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中,当处于折叠扁平配置时,所述后腿联动件与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接位于所述后腿联动件与所述后腿之间的枢转连接后方。
20.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中,当处于座椅靠背直立配置时,所述后腿联动件与所述主联动件之间的枢转连接位于所述后腿联动件与所述后腿之间的枢转连接下方。
