技术领域
本发明涉及防火保温板加工技术领域,具体为一种保温板高精度高效率边角和分段裁切装置。
背景技术
泥发保温板的主要原料是水泥和粉煤灰,外加少量的集料、掺合料、外加剂和水,经混合搅拌、浇注成型,使其在模具中通过化学反应而使浆体内部产生封闭气孔,经养护、切割而成的保温板材。
保温板在经过定型制作后,需要对整个的保温板进行切边工作,在进行相应尺寸的裁切工作,而传统的切割,就是人工利用量尺测量,配合对齐的直线板,然后用裁刀裁切,所耗费的时间长,切割的降低也较低,并且需要较多的人工,生产的效率很低。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种保温板高精度高效率边角和分段裁切装置,解决了保温板传统的切割耗费时间长,生产效率低,人工需求量大,操作复杂的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种保温板高精度高效率边角和分段裁切装置,包括底座,所述底座的内部设置为空腔,底座的内底壁开设有滑槽,底座的左侧壁中部贯穿有可活动的支板,支板底部的右端通过滑块与滑槽滑动设置,支板的左端延伸出底座的外部并固定有竖板,竖板的右侧面设置有定位启动机构,底座的顶部转动设置有多个贯穿的辊轮,底座的前侧壁上贯穿有螺纹连接的螺栓,且螺栓位于底座内部的一端抵触在支杆侧壁上;
所述底座的顶部固定安装有倒立的U型架板,U型架板左侧正面为裸露的面,底座的顶部固定安装有气缸和液压缸,气缸的输出端固定安装有固定架,固定架的外侧固定安装有第一电机,固定架上转动连接有送料辊,送料辊的一端贯穿固定架并与第一电机的输出轴固定,液压缸的输出轴通过安装座固定有切断刀,U型架板的前外侧壁上固定安装有第二电机,第二电机的输出轴固定安装有转轴,且转轴的一端与U型架板的后内侧壁转动连接,转轴的外圆面上套接有两个切割轮,U型架板的前后内壁上转动连接有两个传送棍,且两个传送棍的外圆面上套接有同一个传送带,U型架板的前侧壁中部和后侧壁中部均开设有贯穿的废料出槽;
所述底座的前后侧壁均固定安装有接料箱,且底座的前侧壁上固定安装有斜制的引板座。
所述定位启动机构包括连接架和两个铜触片,连接架固定在竖板上,连接架的侧壁上贯穿有可活动的支架,且支架的一端固定有抵触板,且抵触板的侧壁与连接架的侧壁件固定有两个弹簧,两个铜触片分别固定在竖板侧壁上和支架的左端侧壁上。
所述底座的顶部固定安装有两个切割废料引板和两个引向板。
优选的,所述支板的表面设置有刻度条。
优选的,所述底座的顶部设置有一个切割槽。
优选的,所述传送带的外表面上设有一层橡胶层。
优选的,所述引向板的右端为外向延伸的圆弧形。

(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种保温板高精度高效率边角和分段裁切装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置的两个切割轮,能够从两侧对保温板的侧边进行快速的切割,定位好的切割轮,能够直接精准快速的切割,也保证了切割后的边角平整性,提高产品质量,并且通过设置的切割废料引板,能够将切割后的废料直接带出U型架板外部的接料箱收集,实现了快速的废渣分离,方便了后续清理,也避免废料对后续切割的影响。
2、本发明通过设置的送料辊和传送带,配合切割废料引板,能够自动的移动引导工件进行切割,操作方便,效率高。
3、本发明通过设置在支杆上的刻度条,能够精准的调节竖板的位置,从而能够实现对切割尺寸的改变,一是操作非常便捷,只需松紧螺栓,拉动支杆移动,便可实现调节,二是更加方便观察,提高了加工使得工作人员的舒适性。
4、本发明通过设置的连接架、铜触片、支架、抵触板和弹簧,能够在工件挤压抵触板移动到位后,到达切割位置,此时的铜触片接通液压缸电路,推动切断刀进行切割工作,更加的自动化,操作效率更高,更加便捷。
5、本发明通过设置的送料辊,第二电机带动其转动,再配合气缸推动送料辊接触工件,高速转动的送料辊能够将切割好的工件从U型架板裸露处移出,快捷又方便的进行下料,同时也不会造成手部疲劳损伤。

如图1-6所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种保温板高精度高效率边角和分段裁切装置,包括底座1,底座1的内部设置为空腔,底座1的内底壁开设有滑槽,底座1的左侧壁中部贯穿有可活动的支板2,支杆2的侧面横截面为矩形,支板2底部的右端通过滑块与滑槽滑动设置,支板2的表面设置有刻度条,便于直接观察支杆2调节的位置,更加便于操作,也提高调节的精准度,支板2的左端延伸出底座1的外部并固定有竖板3,竖板3的右侧面设置有定位启动机构4,底座1的顶部转动设置有多个贯穿的辊轮5,底座1的前侧壁上贯穿有螺纹连接的螺栓6,且螺栓6位于底座1内部的一端抵触在支杆2侧壁上;
底座1的顶部固定安装有倒立的U型架板7,U型架板7左侧正面为裸露的面,底座1的顶部固定安装有气缸8和液压缸9,气缸8的输出端固定安装有固定架10,固定架10的外侧固定安装有第一电机11,固定架10上转动连接有送料辊12,送料辊12的一端贯穿固定架10并与第一电机11的输出轴固定,液压缸9的输出轴通过安装座固定有切断刀13,底座1的顶部设置有一个切割槽,与切断刀13对应,保证保温板切割彻底,U型架板7的前外侧壁上固定安装有第二电机14,第二电机14的输出轴固定安装有转轴15,且转轴15的一端与U型架板7的后内侧壁转动连接,转轴15位于传送带18的中部,且转轴15与传送带18之间留有间隙,避免工作时互相的影响,转轴15的外圆面上套接有两个切割轮16,U型架板7的前后内壁上转动连接有两个传送棍17,且两个传送棍17的外圆面上套接有同一个传送带18,传送棍17上设置有驱动电机,驱动传送棍17工作,传送带18的外表面上设有一层橡胶层,增加与保温板表面的摩擦力,保证有效的传送工作,U型架板7的前侧壁中部和后侧壁中部均开设有贯穿的废料出槽;
底座1的前后侧壁均固定安装有接料箱19,且底座1的前侧壁上固定安装有斜制的引板座20。
定位启动机构4包括连接架41和两个铜触片42,连接架41固定在竖板3上,两个铜触片42与液压缸9之间通过导线电性连接,连接架41的侧壁上贯穿有可活动的支架43,且支架43的一端固定有抵触板44,且抵触板44的侧壁与连接架41的侧壁件固定有两个弹簧45,两个铜触片42分别固定在竖板3侧壁上和支架43的左端侧壁上。
底座1的顶部固定安装有两个切割废料引板21和两个引向板22,切割废料引板21为圆弧形,且切割废料引板21位于废料出槽的侧面,能够实现有效的将切割后的废料引导出去收集,引向板22的右端为外向延伸的圆弧形,方便引导保温板摆正位置,从而在后期的切割时保温板不会歪斜,避免切割材料的浪费。
工作原理:工作时,根据所加工防火保温板的尺寸,观察刻度条,调节支杆2位置,启动第一电机11和第二电机14,将模具成型的防火保温板从右侧放置在传送带18和辊轮5之间,经过引向板22引导,摆正保温板位置,随后随着传送带18带动,传送保温板经过切割轮16进行切割,切割后的废料通过切割废料引板21引导,穿过废料出槽导出收集,而切割后的保温板随着移动抵触在抵触板44上,挤压支杆2,使得两个铜触片42接触,接通液压缸9电路,启动液压缸9推动切断刀13下移对保温板切断,随后启动气缸8,推动转动的送料辊12下移,接触切断后的保温板,并将其从U型架板7的前侧带出收集,完成加工。
