Abstract
本发明公开了一种人工合成羽毛球材料制作方法,本发明通过人工制造成的羽毛、羽毛球梗、羽毛球基,能够通过标准化整体生产,从而保证每个羽毛形状一致,羽毛球梗采用碳纤维制成,韧性高,重量轻,不易损坏,不采用天然鹅毛,制作容易,具有推广应用的价值。

本发明涉及一种体育器材,尤其涉及一种人工合成羽毛球材料制作方法。
背景技术
羽毛球是一项室内、室外都可以进行的体育运动。现有技术中,羽毛球采用弹性基座上插满一周天然鹅毛裁剪整齐的羽毛构成,使用寿命很低,然而,采用天然的鹅毛进行裁剪,鹅毛的形状有所差异,挑选羽毛较为麻烦,此外,不环保,制作难度和成本都高,容易打坏,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种人工合成羽毛球材料制作方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括羽毛球基、羽毛球梗和羽毛的制作方法:
所述羽毛球基制作方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将石英砂和氧化锆研磨成400目粉末状混合;
S2:将天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯加入容器中加热至220至250度融化混合待用;
S3:将步骤S1和步骤S2的产物混合后加入乙二醇单丁醚、二甲基团聚硅氧烷、胶姆基混合均匀,倒入球基模具中冷却凝固即成;
所述羽毛球梗的制作方法包括以下步骤:
Sa:将乙烯基树脂加热融化,再加热碳纤维混合均匀;
Sb:将步骤Sa的混合物放入辊轴中挤压成薄膜;
Sc:将薄膜卷起,冷却凝固制得羽毛球梗;
所述羽毛的制备方法包括以下步骤:
SA:将天然橡胶、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、乙二醇、二乙醇胺、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯混合均匀,放入容器中加热融化;
SB:将融化后的混合物放入辊轴中挤压成0.2-0.3毫米厚度的薄膜;
SC:将薄膜裁切成羽毛形状,制得羽毛;
将羽毛粘附于羽毛球梗上制得羽毛片,将羽毛片插于羽毛球基制得羽毛球。
优选的,所述羽毛球基中,按重量比,每份含所述石英砂5%、所述氧化锆5%、所述天然橡胶55%、所述丁腈橡胶15%、所述丙烯酸树脂5%、所述聚氨酯5%、所述乙二醇单丁醚2%、所述二甲基团聚硅氧烷2%、所述胶姆基6%。
优选的,所述羽毛球梗中,按重量比,每份含所述乙烯基树脂35%、所述碳纤维65%。
优选的,所述羽毛中,按重量比,每份含所述天然橡胶45%、环氧树脂35%、聚氨酯15%、乙二醇1%、二乙醇胺1%、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯3%。

本发明是一种人工合成羽毛球材料制作方法,与现有技术相比,本发明通过人工制造成的羽毛、羽毛球梗、羽毛球基,能够通过标准化整体生产,从而保证每个羽毛形状一致,羽毛球梗采用碳纤维制成,韧性高,重量轻,不易损坏,不采用天然鹅毛,制作容易,具有推广应用的价值。
