the back washing pump works all the time in the deep ploughing and fertilizing process, the back washing exhaust electromagnetic stop valve and the back washing input electromagnetic stop valve are in a stop state, the back washing water pumped by the back washing pump flows back to a back washing water tank through a back washing overflow valve, when the flow value fed back by a flow sensor is lower than a set value or the pressure value fed back by a pressure sensor is greater than the set value, a central controller controls a back washing control loop to start working, the central controller firstly sends out an instruction to enable an organic fertilizer liquid processing controller to control the part pumped out by the mixed organic fertilizer liquid to pause working, then the central controller sends out an instruction to enable an organic fertilizer liquid application controller to control the back washing exhaust electromagnetic stop valve and the back washing input electromagnetic stop valve to be opened simultaneously, the mixed organic fertilizer liquid in the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism rapidly flows into the ground surface of a farmland from a fertilizing nozzle, back washing water pumped by a back washing pump is sprayed out through a nozzle of a back washing spray gun to back wash an inner cavity of an organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism, mixed organic fertilizer liquid generated by back washing flows below the surface of the farmland through a fertilizing nozzle of a deep ploughing and fertilizing machine, after a set time, a central controller sends an instruction to enable an organic fertilizer liquid processing controller to control a part pumped out of the mixed organic fertilizer liquid to restart, and meanwhile, the central controller sends an instruction to enable an organic fertilizer liquid applying controller to control a back washing exhaust electromagnetic stop valve and a back washing input electromagnetic stop valve to be closed at the same time, so that a back washing process is completed.
As an implementation mode of the back washing pump driving mechanism, the back washing pump driving mechanism is a transmission shaft structure connected with a power output shaft of a traction locomotive, and the traction locomotive is adopted to provide power for the back washing pump.
As a further improvement scheme of the invention, the upper part of the vehicle body of the intelligent system for environmental-friendly and deep application and irrigation of the organic fertilizer is also hinged and erected with a vehicle body pitching hydraulic cylinder, the vehicle body pitching hydraulic cylinder is connected with a control valve group of a hydraulic control mechanism through a hydraulic pipeline, and a quick connecting mechanism at the front end of the vehicle body is of a hinged seat structure; in the deep ploughing and fertilizing process, the central controller controls the pitching angle of the vehicle body through controlling the telescopic control of the vehicle body pitching hydraulic cylinder, and the auxiliary control is carried out on the operating depth of the deep ploughing and fertilizing.
As an implementation mode of the invention, aiming at farmlands far away from a farm, raw fertilizers are transported by a raw fertilizer transport tank truck, a raw fertilizer pumping pipeline of a raw fertilizer input part is directly connected with a discharge port of the raw fertilizer transport tank truck, and an organic fertilizer transport pipeline of an organic fertilizer liquid transport unit adopts a hose structure suitable for short-distance transport.
As an embodiment of the invention, aiming at a farmland near a farm, a raw fertilizer pumping pipeline of a raw fertilizer input part is directly connected with a discharge port of a farmyard manure centralized fermentation treatment tank, an organic fertilizer conveying pipeline of an organic fertilizer liquid conveying unit is preset around the farmland, and a plurality of openable and closable valves are arranged at different distance positions on the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the organic fertilizer solution application unit is hung behind the organic fertilizer solution preparation unit and is towed and transferred by the same towing vehicle.
In a further improvement of the present invention, the central controller is electrically connected to the organic fertilizer solution processing controller of the organic fertilizer solution preparation unit and the organic fertilizer solution application controller of the organic fertilizer solution application unit by wireless connection.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent system for the environmental-friendly deep-fertilizing irrigation of the organic fertilizer is a digital intelligent system with good flexibility, and due to the fact that the independently arranged organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit is arranged, after farmyard manure data and fertilization data are received through the fertilization data input and output port, automatic preparation of mixed organic fertilizer liquid can be conducted through the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit, and the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit does not enter a farmland to conduct fertilization along with the deep-ploughing fertilization device, so that the whole volume and the weight of the deep-ploughing fertilization device can be greatly reduced, and rolling on the farmland is reduced; the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit comprises a reel type PE pipe supplying device, and the fertilizing PE pipe is wound on the reel, so that long-distance and large-area one-time intelligent fertilizing operation can be realized, and the reel type PE pipe supplying device does not enter a farmland to fertilize along with the deep ploughing fertilizing device, so that the whole volume and weight of the deep ploughing fertilizing device can be further reduced, and the rolling of the farmland is reduced; the deep ploughing and fertilizing device can be used for carrying out traction fertilization by a traction locomotive such as a tractor, and the deep ploughing power of the deep ploughing and fertilizing device is derived from the traction locomotive, so that the whole volume and weight of the deep ploughing and fertilizing device can be further reduced, and the rolling of a farmland can be reduced; owing to be equipped with back flush unit, consequently can prevent that organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism from leading to the fact because of the jam that deposits, guarantee the long-time even fertilization of deep-ploughing fertilizer injection unit, the mixed agitator tank of totally enclosed structure and the fertilization mode of deep-ploughing fertilization earthing can reduce the pollution degree of farmyard manure to the air on the prerequisite that realizes high-efficient applying the machine fertilizer, and specially adapted carries out the application of fertilizer to being located near plant's large farmland.

The present invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings (hereinafter, the direction in which the deep-ploughing fertilizer applicator 32 pulls out the fertilizer PE pipe will be described as the front).
As shown in figure 1, the intelligent system for environmentally-friendly deep organic fertilizer application and irrigation comprises an organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1, an organic fertilizer liquid conveying unit 2, an organic fertilizer liquid application unit 3 and a centralized electric control unit.
As shown in fig. 2, the organic fertilizer solution preparation unit 1 comprises a first base frame 11, a traveling device 12, a mixing and stirring tank 13 and an organic fertilizer solution processing electric control device;
the front end and/or the rear end of the first underframe 11 are/is provided with a traction mechanism, and the first underframe 11 is also provided with a positioning and supporting device;
a traveling device 12 comprising wheels is arranged below the first underframe 11; the mixing and stirring box 13 is fixedly arranged on the first underframe 11;

the organic fertilizer liquid processing electric control device is arranged on the first underframe 11 and comprises an organic fertilizer liquid processing controller, a raw fertilizer pump-in control loop, a raw fertilizer crushing control loop, a diluent pump-in control loop, a mixing and stirring control loop and a mixed liquid pump-out control loop, wherein the organic fertilizer liquid processing controller is electrically connected with a raw fertilizer conveyor driving mechanism, a raw fertilizer crushing driving mechanism, a diluent conveying flow electromagnetic control valve, a stirring rod driving mechanism, a mixed organic fertilizer liquid conveying pump driving mechanism, a mixed organic fertilizer liquid conveying flow electromagnetic control valve and an electronic liquid level meter respectively.
The organic fertilizer liquid conveying unit 2 comprises an organic fertilizer conveying pipeline, and one end of the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline is connected with a mixed organic fertilizer liquid conveying flow electromagnetic control valve of the mixed organic fertilizer liquid pump-out part 18.
As shown in fig. 3, the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit 3 comprises a reel type PE pipe supply device 31, a deep ploughing fertilizer device 32 and an organic fertilizer liquid applying electric control device;
the reel type PE pipe supply device 31 comprises a second underframe 311, a travelling mechanism 312, a reel 313, a reel driving mechanism 314, a reel rewinding guiding and limiting mechanism 315 and a fertilizing PE pipe; an auxiliary frame is arranged on the second underframe 311 and is connected with the second underframe 311 through a slewing bearing and an auxiliary frame positioning component; a travelling mechanism 312 comprising wheels is arranged below the second underframe 311; the reel 313 is erected on an auxiliary frame of the second underframe 311 through a support frame; the fertilizing PE pipe is wound on the reel 313, and the input end of the fertilizing PE pipe is connected with the other end of the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline of the organic fertilizer liquid conveying unit 2; the reel driving mechanism 314 comprises a reel driving gearbox and a power source, the input end of the reel driving gearbox is connected with the output end of the power source, the power source can adopt an engine or a motor, the output end of the reel driving gearbox is provided with a clutch control mechanism, the output end of the reel driving gearbox is connected with the reel 313 through a transmission mechanism, and the power source can control the reel driving gearbox to drive the reel 313 to rotate so as to realize the recycling of the fertilizing PE pipe; the reel rewinding guide limiting mechanism 315 is arranged in front of the reel 313, and the reel rewinding guide limiting mechanism 315 can wind and guide the fertilization PE pipe in the rewinding process of the reel 313, limit the fertilization PE pipe after the fertilization PE pipe is completely recovered, and control the reel 313 to stop rewinding;
as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7, the deep ploughing and fertilizing device 32 comprises a vehicle body 321, lifting wheels 322, a deep ploughing and fertilizing implement 323, a hydraulic control mechanism 324, an organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 and a soil covering mechanism 326; the front end of the vehicle body 321 is provided with a quick connecting mechanism; the lifting wheels 322 can be arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body 321 in a lifting way through wheel lifting hydraulic cylinders, and the lifting of the lifting wheels 322 can be controlled by controlling the extension and retraction of the wheel lifting hydraulic cylinders; the deep ploughing fertilizer applicators 323 are arranged into a plurality of pieces, the deep ploughing fertilizer applicators 323 are uniformly distributed on the vehicle body 321 in a row in the left-right direction, a spacing adjusting mechanism can be further arranged between every two adjacent deep ploughing fertilizer applicators 323 so as to adjust the deep ploughing spacing, the top end of each deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323 is arranged on the vehicle body 321, deep ploughing teeth extending forwards are arranged at the bottom end of each deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323, a fertilizing spray pipe fixedly installed and connected with the bottom end of each deep ploughing tooth is arranged at the rear part of the bottom end of each deep ploughing tooth, a fertilizing nozzle is arranged at the bottom end of each fertilizing spray pipe, a deep ploughing fertilizer applicator lifting hydraulic cylinder is further arranged on each deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323; the hydraulic control mechanism 324 is fixedly mounted at the front part of the vehicle body 321 and comprises a hydraulic pump, a control valve group and a hydraulic oil tank, wherein the control valve group is respectively connected with the hydraulic pump, the wheel lifting hydraulic cylinder and the machine tool lifting hydraulic cylinder through hydraulic pipelines; the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 is fixedly mounted on the vehicle body 321, as shown in fig. 8, the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 includes at least one organic fertilizer liquid inlet and a plurality of organic fertilizer liquid outlets, the organic fertilizer liquid inlet is connected with the output end of the fertilizing PE pipe, and the organic fertilizer liquid outlets are respectively connected with the top end of the fertilizing nozzle of the deep ploughing and fertilizing implement 323 through hoses; the soil covering mechanism 326 is arranged at the rear end of the vehicle body 321 or the rear end of the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323 and is positioned behind the fertilizing spray pipe of the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323, and the soil covering mechanism 326 can be of a soil covering guide plate structure or a soil covering roller structure;
the organic fertilizer liquid applying electric control device is arranged on the second underframe 311 or the vehicle body 321 and comprises an organic fertilizer liquid applying controller, a PE pipe supply device control loop and a deep ploughing fertilizing device control loop, wherein the organic fertilizer liquid applying controller is respectively and electrically connected with a power source of the reel driving mechanism 314 and a control valve group of the hydraulic control mechanism 324.
The centralized electric control unit comprises a central controller, a display, an organic fertilizer liquid processing control loop and an organic fertilizer liquid applying control loop, wherein the central controller is respectively electrically connected with the display, the organic fertilizer liquid processing controller of the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1 and the organic fertilizer liquid applying controller of the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit 3, the central controller further comprises a fertilizer application data input/output port, and the central controller can be respectively electrically connected with the organic fertilizer liquid processing controller of the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1 and the organic fertilizer liquid applying controller of the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit 3 in a wireless electric connection mode.
The intelligent environment-friendly deep-watering system for the organic fertilizer has good maneuvering flexibility, and the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1 can be directly used for traction transition through a traction vehicle in a transition transportation state; the fertilizing PE pipe of the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit 3 is completely wound on the reel 313, the deep ploughing fertilizing device 32 is stored on the reel rewinding guide limiting mechanism 315 on the auxiliary frame of the underframe II 311, in the storage state, the wheel lifting hydraulic cylinder is in the extending state, so that the lifting wheels 322 are in the state of supporting the vehicle body 321, the implement lifting hydraulic cylinder is in the retracting state, so that the deep ploughing fertilizing implement 323 is in the rising state, and the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit 3 can directly perform traction transition through a traction vehicle; the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit 3 may be hung behind the organic fertilizer liquid preparing unit 1 to perform a transition, that is, the organic fertilizer liquid preparing unit 1 and the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit 3 may be towed by the same towing vehicle to perform a transition.
When the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1 and the organic fertilizer liquid application unit 3 are dragged to the field of the non-planted crops for applying the organic fertilizer, the raw fertilizer can be transported by a raw fertilizer transportation tank truck for the farmland far away from the farm, the raw fertilizer pumping pipeline of the raw fertilizer input part 14 can be directly connected with the discharge port of the raw fertilizer transportation tank truck, and the organic fertilizer transportation pipeline of the organic fertilizer liquid transportation unit 2 can adopt a hose structure suitable for short-distance transportation; for the farmland near the farm, as shown in fig. 1, because the farm usually has the farmyard manure centralized fermentation treatment tank 4, the raw manure pumping pipeline of the raw manure input part 14 can be directly connected with the discharge outlet of the farmyard manure centralized fermentation treatment tank 4, the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline of the organic fertilizer liquid conveying unit 2 can be preset around the farmland, and a plurality of openable and closable valves can be arranged at different distance positions on the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline.
Taking a farmland near a farm for organic fertilizer fertilization and taking water as diluent as an example, the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1 is stopped near the farmyard manure centralized fermentation treatment tank 4, the organic fertilizer liquid application unit 3 is stopped at the field, the raw fertilizer pump-in pipeline of the raw fertilizer input part 14 is connected with the discharge port of the farmyard manure centralized fermentation treatment tank 4, two ends of the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline of the organic fertilizer liquid conveying unit 2 are respectively connected with the mixed organic fertilizer liquid conveying flow electromagnetic control valve of the mixed organic fertilizer liquid pump-out part 18 and the input end of the fertilization PE pipe, the input end of the diluent conveying pipeline is connected with a diluent supply source, and the system can be started;
the operator inputs farmyard manure data of the centralized fermentation treatment tank and the required fertilization data of the farmland into the central controller through the fertilization data input and output port, the central controller calculates and stores the required raw manure amount and the diluent amount according to the volume of the mixing and stirring box 13 and the built-in organic manure liquid preparation program, then the central controller controls the organic manure liquid processing control loop to start working according to the calculation result, the organic manure liquid processing controller controls the raw manure conveyor driving mechanism, the raw manure crushing driving mechanism, the diluent conveying driving mechanism and the stirring rod driving mechanism to start working simultaneously, the raw manure discharged from the discharge port of the farmyard manure centralized fermentation treatment tank 4 enters the raw manure crushing part 15 to be crushed under the driving of the raw manure input part 14, meanwhile, the diluent is sprayed into the raw manure crushing part 15 under the driving of the diluent pump input part 16, and the spraying of the diluent can prevent the blockage caused by the adhesion of the raw manure in the raw manure crushing part 15 in the raw manure crushing process, the raw fertilizer crushed and doped with the diluent enters the mixing and stirring box 13 to be stirred, when the input raw fertilizer amount reaches a set value, the organic fertilizer liquid processing controller controls the raw fertilizer conveyor driving mechanism and the raw fertilizer crushing driving mechanism to stop working, when the input diluent amount reaches the set value, the organic fertilizer liquid processing controller controls the diluent conveyor driving mechanism to stop working, the organic fertilizer liquid processing controller controls the stirring rod driving mechanism to continuously work, and the raw fertilizer and the diluent form uniform mixed organic fertilizer liquid under the stirring action of the mixing and stirring part 17;
when the organic fertilizer liquid processing control circuit starts to work, the central controller sends an instruction to control the organic fertilizer liquid application control circuit to start to work, after the auxiliary frame of the second underframe 311 is rotated to enable the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 32 to be over against a farmland to be fertilized, the organic fertilizer liquid application controller controls the reel driving mechanism 314 to act to enable the reel 313 to rotate reversely, and the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 32 accommodated on the auxiliary frame of the second underframe 311 falls to the ground under the guiding action of the guiding mechanism; then, an operator connects the quick connecting mechanism at the front end of the tractor body 321 with a connecting frame at the rear end of the tractor, and connects the power input end of the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic control mechanism 324 with the output shaft of the gearbox of the tractor through a universal coupling, and the tractor is in a standby state;

in the deep ploughing and fertilizing process, when the electronic liquid level meter of the mixing and stirring box 13 feeds back that the liquid level of the mixed organic fertilizer liquid is lower than the set liquid level, the organic fertilizer liquid processing controller repeats the step of preparing the mixed organic fertilizer liquid;

The back washing pump works all the time in the deep ploughing and fertilizing process, the back washing exhaust electromagnetic stop valve and the back washing input electromagnetic stop valve are in a stop state, the back washing water pumped by the back washing pump flows back to a back washing water tank through a back washing overflow valve, when the flow value fed back by a flow sensor is lower than a set value or the pressure value fed back by a pressure sensor is greater than the set value, a central controller controls a back washing control loop to start working, the central controller firstly sends out an instruction to enable an organic fertilizer liquid processing controller to control a mixed organic fertilizer liquid pumping-out part 18 to pause working, then the central controller sends out an instruction to enable an organic fertilizer liquid applying controller to control the back washing exhaust electromagnetic stop valve and the back washing input electromagnetic stop valve to be opened simultaneously, the mixed organic fertilizer liquid in an organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 flows into the ground surface of a farmland from a fertilizing nozzle of a, back washing water pumped by a back washing pump is sprayed out through a nozzle of a back washing spray gun to back wash the inner cavity of the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325, mixed organic fertilizer liquid generated by back washing flows below the surface of the farmland through a fertilizing nozzle of a deep ploughing and fertilizing machine 323, after a set time, the central controller sends an instruction to enable the organic fertilizer liquid processing controller to control the mixed organic fertilizer liquid pumping-out part 18 to restart, and simultaneously, the central controller sends an instruction to enable the organic fertilizer liquid applying controller to control the back washing exhaust electromagnetic stop valve and the back washing input electromagnetic stop valve to be closed at the same time, so that the back washing is completed. The arrangement of the back flushing device can ensure that the deep ploughing and fertilizing device 32 can continuously and evenly fertilize for a long time.
In order to achieve a better backwashing effect, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, the number of the backwashing spray gun and the organic fertilizer liquid outlet of the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 is multiple, and each organic fertilizer liquid outlet is provided with the backwashing spray gun.
As an embodiment of the soil covering mechanism 326 of the present invention, the soil covering mechanism 326 is a soil covering roller which is arranged in a rolling manner in a front-back direction, the soil covering roller is hinged to a rear end of the vehicle body 321 through a connecting frame, the vehicle body 321 is provided with a connecting frame swing limiting component which can prevent the soil covering roller from hanging to the ground when the lifting wheels 322 are in a state of supporting the vehicle body 321, the outer surface of the roller of the soil covering roller is provided with a plurality of soil shifting rods which are uniformly distributed along an axial direction and a circumferential direction of the roller, and the soil shifting rods are arranged along a radial direction of the. The soil covering roller is driven to roll on the surface of the farmland in the forward moving process of the deep ploughing and fertilizing device 32, and the soil shifting rod can shift soil to cover soil in the rolling process of the soil covering roller.
In order to increase the overall strength of the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323 in the deep ploughing process, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, the top end of the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323 is hinged on the vehicle body 321, the bottom end of the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323 is a hook-shaped structure bent forwards, one end of the implement lifting hydraulic cylinder is hinged on the vehicle body 321, the other end of the implement lifting hydraulic cylinder is hinged on the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323, the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323 can be controlled to rotate around the hinged center of the implement lifting hydraulic cylinder by controlling the extension and retraction of the implement lifting hydraulic cylinder, the deep ploughing depth can be further changed, and the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 323 with the hook-shaped structure has better.
In order to further ensure the deep ploughing and fertilizing effects, as a further improvement of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a plurality of deep ploughing and fertilizing machines 323 are arranged in at least two rows in the front-back direction of the vehicle body 321, and the two rows of deep ploughing and fertilizing machines 323 are staggered in the left-right direction, so that the forward resistance of the staggered deep ploughing and fertilizing machines 323 can be reduced on the premise of ensuring the width of the cultivation and management, and further the deep ploughing and fertilizing effects are further ensured.
In order to further increase the depth of deep ploughing and fertilizing, as a further improvement of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, a car body pitching hydraulic cylinder is further mounted on the upper portion of the car body 321 in an articulated manner, and is connected with a control valve set of the hydraulic control mechanism 324 through a hydraulic pipeline; the quick connecting mechanism at the front end of the vehicle body 321 is a hinged seat structure; after the quick connecting mechanism at the front end of the vehicle body 321 is hinged with the connecting frame at the rear end of the traction vehicle, the telescopic end of the vehicle body pitching hydraulic cylinder can be hinged with the upper part of the connecting frame at the rear end of the traction vehicle, and then the pitching angle of the vehicle body 321 can be adjusted by controlling the telescopic end of the vehicle body pitching hydraulic cylinder in the deep ploughing and fertilizing process, so that the depth of deep ploughing and fertilizing is increased.
In order to reduce the bending of the fertilizing PE pipe under the condition of smaller turning radius as much as possible in the turning moving process of the traction deep ploughing fertilizing device 32 of the traction locomotive, and further realize the protection of the fertilizing PE pipe and the prolonging of the service life of the fertilizing PE pipe, as shown in figure 8, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 is a vertically arranged closed cylinder structure, a liquid inlet is coaxially arranged at the top of the cylinder structure, a plurality of liquid inlets are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the cylinder structure along the circumferential direction, the liquid inlet is arranged on the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 through a horizontal rotary mounting component, the liquid inlet of the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 can freely rotate around the axial lead of the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325, and further the conditions that the fertilizing PE pipe does not follow the turning and the bending of the fertilizing PE pipe under the condition of smaller turning radius in the turning moving process of the traction deep ploughing fertilizing, the PE pipe for fertilizer application is protected, and the service life of the PE pipe is prolonged.
In order to prevent the organic fertilizer solution preparation unit 1 and/or the reel type PE pipe supply device 31 from shifting or inclining due to vibration and the like during the deep ploughing and fertilizing operation and further affecting the conveying of the organic fertilizer solution, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, the first underframe 11 and/or the second underframe 311 are/is further provided with an underframe positioning and supporting mechanism, and the underframe positioning and supporting mechanism can adopt a supporting cylinder structure which can vertically extend downwards to lift the second underframe 311 integrally to be separated from the ground, and can also adopt other positioning and supporting structures such as a telescopic front supporting structure which can extend out to be inserted into the ground.
Because the fertilizer and the farmyard manure are mixed together for use, the nutrient required by the growth of crops can be supplied comprehensively, the nutrient fixation can be reduced, the fertilizer efficiency can be improved, the storage can be kept, the loss can be reduced, the nutrient absorption condition of the crops can be improved, the activity of microorganisms can be promoted, and the decomposition of the farmyard manure can be promoted, so that as a further improvement scheme of the invention, the diluent is a fertilizer solution.
The intelligent environment-friendly deep-application irrigation system for the organic fertilizer is a digital intelligent system with good maneuvering flexibility, and due to the fact that the independently arranged organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1 is arranged, after farmyard manure data and fertilization data are received through the fertilization data input and output port, automatic preparation of mixed organic fertilizer liquid can be conducted through the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1, and the organic fertilizer liquid preparation unit 1 does not enter a farmland along with the deep-tillage fertilization device 32 to conduct fertilization, so that the whole volume and the weight of the deep-tillage fertilization device 32 can be greatly reduced, and rolling of the farmland is reduced; the organic fertilizer liquid applying unit 3 comprises the reel type PE pipe supply device 31, the fertilizing PE pipe is wound on the reel 313, so that long-distance and large-area one-time intelligent fertilizing operation can be realized, and the reel type PE pipe supply device 31 does not enter a farmland to fertilize along with the deep ploughing fertilizing device 32, so that the whole volume and weight of the deep ploughing fertilizing device 32 can be further reduced, and the rolling of the farmland is reduced; because the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 32 can be used for traction and fertilization by a traction locomotive such as a tractor, and the deep ploughing power of the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 32 comes from the traction locomotive, the overall volume and weight of the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 32 can be further reduced, and the rolling of the farmland can be reduced, and meanwhile, because the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 32 is provided with the soil covering mechanism 326, the deep ploughing operation of the deep ploughing fertilizer applicator 32 on the farmland by the traction locomotive can be realized, and the deep ploughing and automatic soil covering of the mixed organic fertilizer liquid directly below the surface of the farmland can be simultaneously carried out; the anti-washing device is arranged, so that the organic fertilizer liquid distribution mechanism 325 can be prevented from being blocked due to precipitation, the deep ploughing and fertilizing device 32 can continuously and uniformly fertilize for a long time, and the mixing and stirring box 13 with a fully-closed structure and the fertilizing mode of deep ploughing, fertilizing and earthing can reduce the pollution degree of farmyard manure to air on the premise of realizing high-efficiency application of organic fertilizer, and is particularly suitable for applying organic fertilizer to a large farmland near a farm.

the application method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

The method for environmental-friendly deep organic fertilizer application and irrigation as claimed in claim 2, wherein the driving mechanism of the back washing pump is a transmission shaft structure connected with a power output shaft of a gearbox of a traction locomotive, and the traction locomotive is adopted to provide power for the back washing pump.
