Background
The ceramic product has beautiful shape, smooth and fine hand feeling, clear and bright color, easy cleaning, less cracking after being heated and shock cooled, slow heat transfer, high durability, high acid, alkali, salt and other carbon acid corrosion resistance, no rust and no ageing, and is popular. Ancient times, ceramic manufacturers can carve patterns on ceramic products, or flowers, birds, insects, fishes, mountains, rivers, days and months, or poetry titles, endow the ceramic products with different meanings, and further improve the connotation and value of the ceramic products. After the patterns are engraved on the ceramic product, the lines and the product generate depressions or bulges, glaze water is easy to gather at the patterns during glazing, so that the glaze layer is uneven, and even if the glazing is even, the glaze layer is easy to gather at the patterns after being melted in the process of firing the ceramic product at high temperature, so that the glaze layer is uneven. In addition, when the engraved pattern lines are shallow, liquid glaze water fills the lines of the pattern during glazing, so that the glaze surface at the pattern part presents flat and smooth appearance and hand feeling, and the pattern part is easy to deform during high-temperature sintering, so that the pattern of the fired ceramic product deforms or even disappears.

step 2: mixing 20-25 parts by weight of kaolin, 20-25 parts by weight of silicon oxide, 15-20 parts by weight of aluminum oxide and 10-15 parts by weight of wollastonite, adding water, ball-milling, sieving with a 1200-1500-mesh sieve, and adjusting the water content to 65-70% to obtain glaze water;
and step 3: and (3) firing the blank body for 7-8 hours at 700-850 ℃ after the blank body is subjected to blank forming to obtain a biscuit, then engraving patterns with the depth of 0.1-2 mm on the surface of the biscuit, glazing and drying the biscuit by using glaze water obtained in the step (2), firing at 1300-1400 ℃ after entering a kiln, selecting porcelain after leaving the kiln, and polishing to obtain the ceramic product with the invisible patterns.
According to the process for manufacturing the ceramic product with the invisible patterns, kaolin is used as a blank raw material, stirring is carried out at the speed of 200-300 r/min, standing and precipitating are carried out, then the precipitated pug is subjected to ball milling, so that fine mud with high plasticity and viscosity is obtained, the fine mud is shaped into a coarse blank, and the blank is obtained after the blank is shaped. Mixing kaolin, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide and wollastonite, adding water, ball-milling, and preparing glaze water with micron-sized particle size and 65-70% of water content after ball-milling treatment, wherein the prepared glaze water has high cohesiveness and adhesiveness. The biscuit is subjected to biscuit shaping and then is fired into a biscuit at 700-850 ℃, so that the fired biscuit has certain strength, when patterns with the depth of 0.1-2 mm are engraved on the surface of the biscuit, other parts of the biscuit are not easy to damage, water in glazed glaze water is immersed into the biscuit to not deform the biscuit, the drying speed of the glaze water can be increased, the glaze water at the pattern is uniformly coated in pattern lines, and the pattern lines are prevented from being filled by the glaze water with fluidity. The glaze water provided by the invention has thermal expansion similar to that of a biscuit obtained by biscuit firing a blank into the biscuit, and the expansion and contraction effects of the blank and the glaze water are basically synchronous in the high-temperature firing process, so that the thickness of a glaze layer on the surface of fired ceramic tends to be uniform without cracks, the wear resistance, thermal stability and water resistance of the ceramic product are improved, and the biscuit subjected to glazing is not deformed in the firing process, thereby improving the firing rate of the ceramic product.

As optimization, the method for drying the glaze in the step 3 comprises the following steps: and standing and drying the glazed blank under the conditions that the temperature is 15-50 ℃ and the humidity is 25-80%.
As optimization, the method for drying the glaze in the step 3 comprises the following steps: and (3) standing and drying the glazed blank at the temperature of 20-45 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 0-0.3 MPa, wherein bubbles possibly existing in the glaze layer can be removed at a certain vacuum degree, so that the glaze layer is more compact, and the wear resistance and the water resistance of the fired ceramic product are better.
The further optimization is characterized in that the standing and drying time is 48-120 hours.
As an optimization, the process of firing after entering the kiln in the step 3 is as follows: raising the temperature from the normal temperature to 1150-1250 ℃ at the rate of 1-1.5 ℃/10min, then preserving the heat for 50-80 minutes, then raising the temperature to 1300-1400 ℃ at the rate of 1.1-1.2 ℃/10min, preserving the heat for 20-40 minutes, and finally naturally cooling to the room temperature.
