Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic manufacturing, in particular to a natural crack ceramic product decorated by unglazed glaze and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background

In order to solve the problems, ceramic decorations with various crack effects appear on the market, such as a manufacturing method of a ceramic product with a crack glaze surface disclosed by application publication No. CN102503565A, a preparation method of a color crack ceramic disclosed by application publication No. CN 105906211A, a low-temperature crack glaze disclosed by application publication No. CN105294173A, a low-temperature crack glaze ceramic product prepared by the low-temperature crack glaze ceramic product, a preparation method and the like; the ceramic surface is decorated by the glaze effect of the cracks.
The ceramic surface decorated by the existing cracks is decorated by cracking the glaze surface, fine cracks are formed on the glaze layer, the ceramic product has a specific artistic effect and is favored by people, the forming mechanism is that the expansion coefficient of the glaze is larger than that of the blank, when the ceramic is cooled, the shrinkage of the glaze is larger than that of the blank, so that the cracking of the glaze layer is caused, the difference value of the shrinkage is larger, and the cracking degree is larger; the less elastic the glaze, the greater the cracking. The surface cracking provides a brand-new ceramic decoration method, but the effect of cracking only the glaze surface lacks the stereoscopic impression, so the effect of cracking only the glaze surface at present needs to be further improved.
