Example 11
The antique copper artistic ceramic comprises a ceramic blank and an antique copper glaze material arranged on the ceramic blank, wherein the antique copper glaze material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of lead silicate, 10 parts of quartz, 8 parts of copper oxide, 8 parts of low-temperature frit, 3.5 parts of kaolin, 3.5 parts of ferric oxide, 2.5 parts of ammonium metavanadate, 2.5 parts of manganese dioxide, 23 parts of calcite, 5 parts of dolomite, 2.5 parts of lithium feldspar, 6 parts of tin oxide and 3 parts of titanium dioxide.
The preparation method of the antique copper artistic ceramic comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing and proportioning 25 parts of lead silicate, 10 parts of quartz, 8 parts of copper oxide, 8 parts of low-temperature frit, 3.5 parts of kaolin, 3.5 parts of ferric oxide, 2.5 parts of ammonium metavanadate, 2.5 parts of manganese dioxide, 23 parts of calcite, 5 parts of dolomite, 2.5 parts of lithium feldspar, 6 parts of tin oxide and 3 parts of titanium dioxide, and sequentially mixing, crushing and wet ball milling the raw materials, wherein when wet ball milling is carried out, the raw materials are as follows: ball milling medium: water 1: 1.6: 0.7, preparing glaze slip for later use;
step two, manufacturing a ceramic blank body, waiting for the surface of the ceramic blank body to be naturally air-dried, placing the air-dried ceramic blank body into a kiln for biscuit firing and molding to obtain a biscuit, and cooling the biscuit for later use;
step three, applying the glaze slip prepared in the step one on the biscuit prepared in the step two to prepare a ceramic blank body, wherein the glazing degree is 60 baume degrees, and the glazing thickness is 0.5 mm;
and step four, drying the ceramic green body in the step three, then putting the dried ceramic green body into a kiln for firing, firing in a reducing atmosphere, wherein the firing temperature is 1260 ℃, heating the kiln to the firing temperature, and then sequentially preserving heat, stopping firing and cooling, wherein the heat preservation time is 1.5 hours.
It should be noted that the low-temperature frit used in the above embodiments is a conventional low-temperature frit, and is sold by general color glaze companies.
In the invention, the purplish gold stone, graphite and lithium carbonate raw materials with higher cost in the existing antique copper craft ceramic are replaced by calcite, dolomite and lithium feldspar raw materials with lower cost, and the proportion relation among the raw materials is correspondingly adjusted, so that the cost of the raw materials is further reduced on the premise of ensuring the appearance of the antique copper ceramic glaze layer, and the invention has higher economic value.
In the invention, the zirconium silicate and nickel oxide which play a role of glaze opacifier in the prior antique copper craft ceramic are replaced by tin oxide, and iron in the raw materials and the tin oxide jointly act to enable a glaze layer to generate mottled antique copper color, thereby increasing the age feeling and the high-grade feeling of the antique copper craft ceramic.
According to the invention, the raw material cost is reduced, the appearance quality of the prepared bronze-imitating technical ceramic is high, the glaze surface of the ceramic does not have the conditions of slag falling, pores, spots, color spots, caverns, glaze bubbles and cracks, and the requirements of superior products in the national standard GB/T3532-.
The specific test process is as follows: according to the steps of the embodiments 1-11 of the invention, the bronze-imitating art vase with the height of 380mm is prepared, the bronze-imitating art vase is numbered as an experimental group 1-11, the bronze-imitating art vase is tested according to the requirements of the appearance quality of the national standard GB/T3532-2009, and the test results are shown in the following table:
