The feeding channel 1 has a feeding inlet 101, a conveyor belt opening 102 and a feeding outlet 103. The conveyor belt port 102 is located between the feed inlet 101 and the feed outlet 103.
The conveyor belt 2 is mounted at the conveyor belt mouth 102. The conveying direction of the conveying belt 2 can be flexibly set according to actual requirements. For example, the feeding inlet 101 and the feeding outlet 103 extend along the vertical direction, and the conveyor belt 2 may form an angle with the horizontal direction. When the included angle between the conveying belt 2 and the feeding inlet 101 is an acute angle, the conveying belt 2 can slow down the rate of the cigarette materials entering the feeding outlet 103; when the included angle between the conveying belt 2 and the feeding inlet 101 is an obtuse angle, the conveying belt 2 can accelerate the rate of the cigarette materials entering the feeding outlet 103. The provision of the conveyor belt 2 thus facilitates more convenient control of the rate at which the cigarette material leaves the feed channel. In addition, the conveyor belt 2 can also effectively disperse cigarette materials, so that the problem of increased filling value detection errors caused by agglomeration of the cigarette materials is avoided.
The feeding mechanism may be used to feed the cigarette material from the feed inlet 101 to the conveyor belt mouth 102 so that the conveyor belt 2 delivers the cigarette material to the feed outlet 103.
The pushing device further comprises a pushing channel 5. The feeding outlet 103 is communicated with the pushing channel 5. The pushing piece 3 of the pushing device can push the cigarette materials entering the pushing channel 5 from the feeding outlet 103 into the material bearing piece 6 along the pushing channel 5.
In one embodiment of the automatic reject type cigarette material filling value measuring device of the present disclosure, a material level detecting unit 104 is further provided in the feeding channel 1.
A level detection unit 104 is located between the conveyor belt mouth 102 and the dosing outlet 103, and the level detection unit 104 may be used to detect the amount of cigarette material entering the detection device.
The level detection unit 104 may be, for example, a photoelectric switch or a position sensor, etc. When the level of the cigarette material in the feeding channel 1 between the conveyor belt mouth 102 and the feeding outlet 103 reaches the detection range of the level detection unit 104, the feeding mechanism and/or the conveyor belt 2 may be temporarily stopped so that the pushing device pushes the cigarette material into the material receiving part 6. The provision of the level detection unit 104 is advantageous for ensuring the stability of the pushing of the cigarette material and for better control of the amount of the cigarette material entering the material receiving member 6.
In specific implementation, the pushing member driving unit 4 may drive the pushing member 3 to reciprocate in the pushing channel 5 for several times, so as to push the cigarette materials from the feeding outlet 103 to the material level detecting unit 104 into the material holding member 6.
In one embodiment of the automatic reject type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, the material receiving member 6 is provided with a weighing port 64 disposed opposite to the pressing port 62. A weighing plate 65 is provided at the weighing port 64. Weighing plate 65 may function to block weighing port 64.
The weighing cell 7 is located below the weighing plate 65 and the weighing cell 7 may be used to weigh the weighing plate 65 and the sum of the weights of the cigarette materials on the weighing plate 65.
The material bearing part 6 and the weighing unit 7 of the embodiment can weigh the weight of the obtained cigarette materials more flexibly and conveniently. The weighing unit 7 is located outside the material receiving member 6 and can weigh the sum of the weight of the weighing plate 65 and the weight of the cigarette material on the weighing plate 65. Since the weight of weighing plate 65 is generally known, the weight of the cigarette material in material carrier 6 is conveniently derived from the sum of the weight of weighing plate 65 and the weight of the cigarette material on weighing plate 65.
In practice, the dimensions of the weighing opening 64 and the weighing plate 65 need to be designed such that the cigarette material in the material receiving member 6 is located on the weighing plate 65 to more accurately obtain the weight of the cigarette material.
In addition, the weighing unit 7 can continuously weigh the weight of the weighing plate 65 and the cigarette materials thereon during the pressing of the pressing mechanism, thereby monitoring whether the pressure applied by the pressing mechanism is stable.
Further, the detection device also comprises a weighing drive unit 8.
The weighing drive unit 8 may be used to drive the weighing cell 7 in the direction of the pressure application port 62 so that the weighing plate 65 is supported on the weighing cell 7. The weighing drive unit 8 may be, for example, a motor or a piston device or the like.
In this embodiment, a support frame for supporting weighing plate 65 when weighing cells 7 are not in contact with weighing plate 65 may be provided under weighing plate 65. The weighing plate 65 is supported on the support frame during the pressing of the cigarette materials on the weighing plate 65 by the pressing mechanism. After the pressurization is completed, the cigarette materials on the weighing plate 65 are compressed, the weighing driving unit 8 drives the weighing unit 7 to move towards the direction of the pressurization opening 62, so that the weighing plate 65 is supported from the support frame, the weighing plate 65 is separated from the support frame and is supported on the weighing unit 7, and the weighing unit 7 can weigh the weighing plate 65 and the cigarette materials. Because the cigarette materials on the weighing plate 65 are compressed at this time, the weighing plate 65 and the cigarette materials thereon have a larger space for moving toward the pressing port 62, which is advantageous for avoiding interference between the cigarette materials and the components of the material holding member 6, thereby obtaining a more accurate weight value of the cigarette materials.
In one embodiment of the automatic reject type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, the space of the material receiving member 6 where the cigarette material is placed is surrounded by the pushing member 3, the pressing member 9, the reject opening blocking plate 15, and the weighing plate 65.
In one embodiment of the automatic reject type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, the pressing mechanism includes a pressing member 9 and a pressing member driving unit 10.
The pressing member driving unit 10 may be used to drive the pressing member 9 to move toward or away from the material receiving member 6 so that the pressing member 9 applies pressure to the cigarette material in the material receiving member 6.
The pressure member 9 may have a block or plate shape. The pressing member driving unit 10 may be, for example, a cylinder, a motor, or the like.
The pressing piece driving unit 10 drives the pressing piece 9 to press the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 6, so that the stability of the applied pressure can be ensured, and the detection accuracy of the automatic disposable cigarette material filling value measuring equipment is improved.
Further, the height detecting mechanism includes a detecting member 11 and a detecting unit 12.
The detecting member 11 is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing member 9 away from the pressing port 62, and the detecting member 11 extends from the pressing member 9 toward the direction away from the pressing port 62. The fixed connection between the detecting element 11 and the pressing element 9 may be achieved by means of welding or gluing, etc. The detecting member 11 may have a rod-like or needle-like shape.
The detecting unit 12 may be used to detect a change in the height of the detecting member 11. The detection unit 12 may be, for example, a laser beam detector or a position sensor. The path of movement of the detection element 11 along with the pressure element 9 is located in the detection region of the detection unit 12.
The height of the detecting piece 11 detected by the detecting unit 12 when the pressing piece 9 contacts the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 6 and the height of the detecting piece 11 when the pressing piece 9 presses the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 6 are finished can be used for rapidly and accurately obtaining the height change of the pressed cigarette materials, so that the cigarette material filling value can be rapidly and accurately obtained.

The suction port 130 is located in the travel of the reject port blocking plate 15 moving toward the direction away from the reject port 63, and the suction direction of the suction mechanism 16 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the pushing member 3.
In this embodiment, after the detection of the filling value of the cigarette material at the present time is completed, the reject plugging driving unit 14 drives the reject opening plugging plate 15 to leave the reject opening 63, and at this time, the pushing member driving unit 4 drives the pushing member 3 to push the measured cigarette material in the material holding member 6 out of the reject opening 63, so that the smoking mechanism 16 can more quickly and efficiently suck the cigarette material in the detection device.

the detection device comprises a material bearing part, a weighing unit, a pressing mechanism and a height detection mechanism;
the material bearing part is provided with a feed inlet, a pressing opening and a discarding opening, and the feed inlet and the pushing part are correspondingly arranged, so that the pushing part pushes cigarette materials from the feed inlet into the material bearing part;
the weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material bearing part or the sum of the weight of the material bearing part and the weight of the cigarette materials;
the pressing mechanism is arranged to enter the material bearing piece from the pressing opening so as to apply pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing piece;
the height detection mechanism is used for detecting the height difference of the cigarette materials in the material bearing part before and after the pressing to obtain the height change of the cigarette materials in the material bearing part after the pressing;
the discarding device comprises a discarding channel, a discarding blocking driving unit, a discarding opening blocking plate and a suction mechanism;
the waste channel is communicated with the waste port, and a suction port is arranged on the waste channel;
the waste plugging driving unit is used for driving the waste opening plugging plate to plug or leave the waste opening;
the material sucking mechanism is connected with the material sucking port, so that when the material discarding port plugging plate leaves the material discarding port and the material discarding port is communicated with the material sucking port, cigarette materials in the detection device are sucked out.

the pushing device further comprises a pushing channel, and the feeding outlet is communicated with the pushing channel.

the material level detection unit is located between the conveying belt opening and the feeding outlet, and is arranged to detect the amount of cigarette material entering the detection device.
