In an embodiment of the automatic discarded cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, in order to improve the stability of detection of the automatic discarded cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus, the feeding device includes a feeding channel 1, a conveying belt 2 and a feeding mechanism (not shown in the figure). The feeding mechanism may for example be a feeding device.
The feed channel 1 has a feed inlet 101, a conveyor belt mouth 102 and a feed outlet 103. The conveyor belt mouth 102 is located between the feed inlet 101 and the feed outlet 103.
The conveyor 2 is mounted at a conveyor mouth 102. The transmission direction of transmission band 2 can be according to the nimble setting of actual demand. For example, the feeding inlet 101 and the feeding outlet 103 extend in a vertical direction, and the conveyor belt 2 may form an angle with the horizontal direction. When the included angle between the transmission belt 2 and the feeding inlet 101 is an acute angle, the transmission belt 2 can slow down the speed of the cigarette materials entering the feeding outlet 103; when the included angle between the transmission belt 2 and the feeding inlet 101 is an obtuse angle, the transmission belt 2 can accelerate the speed of the cigarette material entering the feeding outlet 103. Therefore, the arrangement of the conveying belt 2 is beneficial to more conveniently controlling the speed of the cigarette materials leaving the feeding channel. In addition, the transmission band 2 still can effectively disperse the cigarette material, avoids filling value detection error's that leads to because of cigarette material conglobation problem that increases.
The feeding mechanism may be configured to feed the cigarette material from the feeding inlet 101 to the conveyor mouth 102, so that the conveyor 2 transports the cigarette material to the feeding outlet 103.
The pushing device also comprises a pushing channel 5. The feeding outlet 103 is communicated with the material pushing channel 5. The pushing element 3 of the pushing device can push the cigarette material entering the pushing channel 5 from the feeding outlet 103 into the material receiving element 6 along the pushing channel 5.
In an embodiment of the automatic material discarding type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, a material level detecting unit 104 is further disposed in the feeding channel 1.
The level detecting unit 104 is located between the conveyor mouth 102 and the feeding outlet 103, and the level detecting unit 104 can be used for detecting the amount of cigarette material entering the detecting device.
The level detection unit 104 may be, for example, an opto-electronic switch or a position sensor or the like. When the material level of the cigarette material between the conveying belt port 102 and the feeding outlet 103 in the feeding channel 1 reaches the detection range of the material level detection unit 104, the feeding mechanism and/or the conveying belt 2 can be temporarily stopped to facilitate the pushing device to push the cigarette material into the material receiving member 6. The material level detecting unit 104 is arranged to ensure the stability of pushing the cigarette material and to better control the amount of the cigarette material entering the material bearing member 6.
In specific implementation, the pushing member driving unit 4 can drive the pushing member 3 to move back and forth in the pushing channel 5 for several times, so as to push the cigarette materials between the feeding outlet 103 and the material level detecting unit 104 into the material receiving member 6.
In one embodiment of the automatic discard cigarette material filling value measuring device of the present disclosure, the material receiving member 6 is provided with a weighing opening 64 disposed opposite to the pressure applying opening 62. A weighing plate 65 is provided at the weighing port 64. The weighing plate 65 may serve to close off the weighing port 64.
Weighing unit 7 is located below weighing plate 65, and weighing unit 7 may be used to weigh weighing plate 65 plus the weight of the smoking articles on weighing plate 65.
The material bearing piece 6 and the weighing unit 7 of the embodiment can weigh the cigarette materials more flexibly and conveniently. The weighing unit 7 is located outside the material receiving member 6, and can weigh the sum of the weight of the weighing plate 65 and the weight of the cigarette material on the weighing plate 65. Since the weight of weighing plate 65 is generally known, the weight of the smoking material in material receiving member 6 is conveniently derived from the sum of the weight of weighing plate 65 and the weight of the smoking material on weighing plate 65.
In specific implementation, the weighing port 64 and the weighing plate 65 need to be designed in size so that the cigarette materials in the material accommodating part 6 are all located on the weighing plate 65, so as to more accurately obtain the weight of the cigarette materials.
In addition, the weighing unit 7 may weigh the weighing plate 65 and the cigarette material thereon continuously during the pressing of the pressing mechanism, thereby monitoring whether the pressure applied by the pressing mechanism is stable.
Further, the detection device further comprises a weighing drive unit 8.
The weighing drive unit 8 can be used to drive the weighing cell 7 in the direction of the pressure applying opening 62, so that the weighing plate 65 is supported on the weighing cell 7. The weighing drive unit 8 may be, for example, a motor or a piston arrangement or the like.
In this embodiment, a support frame for supporting weighing plate 65 when weighing cell 7 is not in contact with weighing plate 65 may be provided under weighing plate 65. During the process of pressing the cigarette material on the weighing plate 65 by the pressing mechanism, the weighing plate 65 is supported on the supporting frame. After the pressing is completed, the cigarette materials on the weighing plate 65 are compressed, the weighing driving unit 8 drives the weighing unit 7 to move towards the direction of the pressing opening 62, so that the weighing plate 65 is supported from the support frame, the weighing plate 65 is separated from the support frame and is supported on the weighing unit 7, and the weighing unit 7 can weigh the weighing plate 65 and the cigarette materials. Because the cigarette material on the weighing plate 65 is compressed at this time, the weighing plate 65 and the cigarette material thereon have a larger space moving towards the pressure applying opening 62, which is beneficial to avoiding the cigarette material from interfering with the parts of the material bearing member 6, thereby obtaining a more accurate weight value of the cigarette material.
In one embodiment of the automatic discard cigarette material filling value measuring device of the present disclosure, the space of the material receiving member 6 for placing cigarette material is surrounded by the pushing member 3, the pressing member 9, the discard opening blocking plate 15 and the weighing plate 65.
In one embodiment of the automatic discard cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, the pressing mechanism includes a pressing member 9 and a pressing member driving unit 10.
The pressing member driving unit 10 may be configured to drive the pressing member 9 to move toward or away from the material receiving member 6, so that the pressing member 9 applies pressure to the cigarette material in the material receiving member 6.
The pressing member 9 may have a block-like or plate-like shape. The pressing member driving unit 10 may be, for example, a cylinder or a motor.
The pressing piece driving unit 10 drives the pressing piece 9 to press the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 6, so that the stability of the applied pressure can be ensured, and the detection accuracy of the automatic material discarding type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment is improved.
Further, the height detection mechanism includes a detection piece 11 and a detection unit 12.
The detecting member 11 is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing member 9 away from the pressing port 62, and the detecting member 11 extends from the pressing member 9 toward the direction away from the pressing port 62. The fixed connection between the detecting element 11 and the pressing element 9 can be realized by welding or gluing. The detecting member 11 may have a rod-like or needle-like shape.
The detection unit 12 may be used to detect a change in height of the detection member 11. The detection unit 12 may be, for example, a laser beam detector or a position sensor. The stroke of the detecting member 11 with the movement of the pressing member 9 is located in the detection area of the detecting unit 12.
The height of the detection piece 11 detected by the detection unit 12 when the pressing piece 9 contacts with the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 6 and the height of the detection piece 11 when the pressing piece 9 finishes pressing the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 6 can quickly and accurately obtain the height change of the pressed cigarette materials, so that the cigarette material filling value can be quickly and accurately obtained.
Further, in order to improve the accuracy of detecting the height change of the cigarette material after being pressed and control the cost, the detecting member 11 has a rod-shaped structure. The detection unit 12 is a displacement sensor.
In an embodiment of the automatic material discarding type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, in order to improve the stability of the discharge space of the material receiving member 6, the material discarding port 63 is disposed opposite to the feeding port 61.
Further, the pushing member driving unit 4 can be used for driving the pushing member 3 to push the measured cigarette material in the material holding member 6 out of the material discarding port 63.
The suction port 130 is located in the stroke of the discharge port blocking plate 15 moving towards the direction far away from the discharge port 63, and the air suction direction of the suction mechanism 16 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the pushing element 3.
In this embodiment, after the previous detection of the cigarette material filling value is completed, the discard blocking driving unit 14 drives the discard blocking plate 15 to leave the discard opening 63, and at this time, the pushing member driving unit 4 drives the pushing member 3 to push the cigarette material measured in the material receiving member 6 out of the discard opening 63, so that the smoking mechanism 16 can suck out the cigarette material in the detection device more quickly and efficiently.

the weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece or the sum of the weight of the material bearing piece and the weight of the cigarette materials;
the pressing mechanism is arranged to enter the material containing part from the pressing port so as to apply pressure to the cigarette materials in the material containing part;
the height detection mechanism is used for detecting the height of the cigarette material in the material bearing piece;
the waste device comprises a waste channel, a waste blocking driving unit, a waste port blocking plate and a material sucking mechanism;
the waste material channel is communicated with the waste material port, and a material suction port is arranged on the waste material channel;
the abandoned material plugging driving unit is used for driving the abandoned material port plugging plate to plug or leave the abandoned material port;
the material sucking mechanism is connected with the material sucking port so as to suck out the cigarette materials in the detection device when the material abandoning port blocking plate leaves the material abandoning port and the material abandoning port is communicated with the material sucking port.
2. The automatic discard cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device includes a feeding passage, a conveying belt and a feeding mechanism;
the feeding channel is provided with a feeding inlet, a conveying belt port and a feeding outlet, and the conveying belt port is positioned between the feeding inlet and the feeding outlet;
the conveying belt is arranged at the conveying belt opening;
the feeding mechanism is arranged for feeding cigarette materials from the feeding inlet to the conveying belt opening, so that the conveying belt conveys the cigarette materials to the feeding outlet;
the material pushing device further comprises a material pushing channel, and the material feeding outlet is communicated with the material pushing channel.

the pressing piece driving unit is arranged for driving the pressing piece to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing piece, so that the pressing piece applies pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.
7. The automatic discard cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the height detecting mechanism includes a detecting member and a detecting unit;
the detection piece is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing piece, which is far away from the pressure applying opening, and extends from the pressing piece towards the direction far away from the pressure applying opening;
the detection unit is configured to detect a change in height of the detection member.
