The press-fitting piece 13 is provided corresponding to the fitting portion 112, and the press-fitting piece 13 is slidably fitted to the press slide bar 14. The pressure slide 14 may be mounted on a support or platform for placement or mounting of a discharged cigarette material fill value measuring device. The rotary presser drive unit 12 may be, for example, a motor or the like.
The shape of the press-fit member 13 is generally adapted to the shape of the fitting portion 112. As the press-fitting member 13 is moved along the press slide 14 in the direction of approaching the material receiving member 6, the fitting portion 112 of the press member 11 is supported on the cigarette material in the material receiving member 6, and the press-fitting member 13 is separated from the fitting portion 112. The pressure application member 11 is now fully supported on the smoking material in the material receiving member 6 without being subjected to the force of the pressure application engagement member 13. The pressing parameters of the pressing piece 11 on the cigarette material in the material bearing piece 6 can be obtained through the weight parameters of the pressing piece 11.
When the press-fitting member 13 is in the supporting state, the press-fitting member driving unit 12 may be configured to drive the press-fitting member 13 to move along the press slide 14 toward a direction away from the material holder 6, so that the press-fitting member 13 is engaged with the engaging portion 112, and the press-fitting member body 111 is separated from the material holder 6 and the cigarette material in the material holder 6.
As the press-fit piece 13 moves along the press slide 14 in the direction away from the material receiving member 6, the fitting part 112 of the press-fit piece 11 is fitted with the press-fit piece 13, the fitting part 112 is acted by the press-fit piece 13, the press-fit piece 11 moves along with the press-fit piece 13 in the direction away from the cigarette material in the material receiving member 6, and the press-fit piece body 11 can be separated from the cigarette material. At this time, the pressing member 11 is completely supported on the press-fitting member 13 by the force of the press-fitting member 13.
Further, the height detection mechanism includes a detection piece 15 and a detection unit 16.
The detecting member 15 is fixedly connected to the surface of the pressing member body 111 away from the pressing port 62, and the detecting member 15 extends from the pressing member body 111 toward the direction away from the pressing port 62. The height of the detection piece 15 detected by the detection unit 16 when the pressing body 111 contacts with the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 6 and the height of the detection piece 15 when the pressing body 111 finishes pressing the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 6 can quickly and accurately obtain the height change of the pressed cigarette materials, so that the cigarette material filling value can be quickly and accurately obtained.
Further, in order to improve the accuracy of detecting the height change of the cigarette material after being pressed and to control the cost, the detecting member 15 has a rod-like structure. The detection unit 16 is a displacement sensor.

the pushing device comprises a pushing piece and a pushing piece driving unit, wherein the pushing piece driving unit is used for driving the pushing piece to move so as to enable the pushing piece to push cigarette materials;
the detection discharging device comprises a material bearing mechanism, a weighing unit, a pressing mechanism and a height detection mechanism;
the material bearing mechanism comprises a material bearing part, a discharging opening and closing part and a discharging opening and closing driving unit;
the material bearing part is provided with a feeding hole, a pressing hole and a discharging hole;
the feed port is arranged corresponding to the pushing piece, so that the pushing piece pushes cigarette materials from the feed port into the material bearing piece;
the discharge opening and closing driving unit is used for driving the discharge opening and closing part to close or open the discharge opening, and the discharge opening is arranged opposite to the feed inlet, so that the material pushing part pushes cigarette materials out of the material bearing part from the discharge opening when the discharge opening is opened;
the weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece or the sum of the weight of the material bearing mechanism and the weight of the cigarette materials;
the pressing mechanism is arranged to enter the material containing part from the pressing port so as to apply pressure to the cigarette materials in the material containing part;
the height detection mechanism is arranged to be used for detecting the height of cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.
