Further, the material taking port 55 is arranged opposite to the material inlet 51, and a material taking port blocking plate 56 is arranged at the material taking port 55. The material outlet blocking plate 56 can be used to block the material outlet 55. In the process that the pressing mechanism presses the cigarette material in the material loading member 5, the material taking port blocking plate 56 blocks the material taking port 55. After the current cigarette material filling value is detected, the material taking hole plugging plate 56 is taken down from the material taking hole 55, so that the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 5 can be conveniently taken down through a mechanical arm or taken up by a material sucking device in a sucking mode and the like to be cleared from the material taking hole 55, and after the cigarette materials are cleared, the material taking hole 55 is plugged by the material taking hole plugging plate 56 again.
Furthermore, the detecting device further comprises a material taking and blocking driving unit (not shown in the figure). The material taking and blocking driving unit can be used for driving the material taking port blocking plate 56 to block or leave the material taking port 55.
The material taking and blocking driving unit is arranged to facilitate opening or closing of the material taking port 55 more conveniently, so that the convenience of use of the pressing type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment is improved.
In one embodiment of the press type cigarette material filling value measuring device of the present disclosure, the space of the material containing member 5 for placing the cigarette material is surrounded by the pushing member 2, the pressing member 8, the weighing plate 54 and the material taking port blocking plate 56.
In one embodiment of the press type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure, the pressing mechanism includes a pressing piece 8 and a pressing piece driving unit 9.
The pressing member driving unit 9 can be used for driving the pressing member 8 to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing member 5, so that the pressing member 8 applies pressure to the cigarette material in the material bearing member 5.
The pressing member 8 may have a block-like or plate-like shape. The pressing member driving unit 9 may be, for example, a cylinder or a motor.
The pressing piece driving unit 9 drives the pressing piece 8 to press the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 5, so that the stability of pressing force can be ensured, and the detection accuracy of the pressing type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment is improved.
Further, the height detection mechanism includes a detection piece 10 and a detection unit 11.
The detecting member 10 is fixedly connected to the surface of the pressing member 8 away from the pressing port 52, and the detecting member 10 extends from the pressing member 8 in a direction away from the pressing port 52. The fixed connection between the detection element 10 and the pressure element 8 can be realized by welding or gluing. The detecting member 10 may have a rod-like or needle-like shape.
The detecting unit 11 may be used to detect a height change of the detecting member 10. The detection unit 11 may be, for example, a laser beam detector or a position sensor. The stroke of the detecting member 10 with the movement of the pressing member 8 is located in the detection area of the detecting unit 11.
The height of the detection piece 10 detected by the detection unit 11 when the pressing piece 8 contacts with the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 5 and the height of the detection piece 10 when the pressing piece 8 finishes pressing the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece 5 can quickly and accurately obtain the height change of the pressed cigarette materials, so that the cigarette material filling value can be quickly and accurately obtained.
Further, in order to improve the accuracy of detecting the height change of the cigarette material after being pressed and to control the cost, the detecting member 10 has a rod-like structure. The detection unit 11 is a displacement sensor.

1. A push type cigarette material filling value measuring device is characterized by comprising a feeding device, a pushing device and a detecting device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing device and is used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing device;
the pushing device comprises a pushing piece and a pushing piece driving unit, wherein the pushing piece driving unit is used for driving the pushing piece to move so as to enable the pushing piece to push cigarette materials;
the detection device comprises a material bearing part, a weighing unit, a pressure applying mechanism and a height detection mechanism;
the material bearing part is provided with a feeding hole and a pressure applying hole, and the feeding hole is arranged corresponding to the pushing part so that the pushing part can push cigarette materials from the feeding hole into the material bearing part;
the weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece or the sum of the weight of the material bearing piece and the weight of the cigarette materials;
the pressing mechanism is arranged to enter the material containing part from the pressing port so as to apply pressure to the cigarette materials in the material containing part;
the height detection mechanism is arranged to be used for detecting the height of cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.
2. The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device comprises a feeding channel and a feeding mechanism;
the feeding channel is provided with a feeding inlet and a feeding outlet;
the feeding mechanism is arranged to be used for feeding cigarette materials from the feeding inlet to the feeding channel;
the material pushing device further comprises a material pushing channel, and the material feeding outlet is communicated with the material pushing channel.
3. The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment according to claim 1, wherein a weighing port is arranged on the material bearing piece opposite to the pressure applying port, and a weighing plate is arranged at the weighing port;
the weighing unit is located below the weighing plate and is configured to weigh the weighing plate and the sum of the weights of the cigarette materials on the weighing plate.
4. The push type cigarette material filling value measuring device according to claim 3, wherein the detecting means further comprises a weighing driving unit;
the weighing drive unit is configured to drive the weighing unit to move in the direction of the pressure applying opening such that the weighing plate is supported on the weighing unit.
5. The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment according to claim 1, wherein a material taking port is further formed in the material bearing piece and is configured for taking out cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.
6. The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment according to claim 5, wherein the material taking opening is arranged opposite to the feeding opening, and a material taking opening plugging plate is arranged at the material taking opening.

The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment according to claim 6, wherein the detection device further comprises a material taking blocking driving unit, and the material taking blocking driving unit is arranged to be used for driving the material taking opening blocking plate to block or leave the material taking opening.
8. The push type cigarette material filling value measuring device according to claim 1, wherein the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing piece and a pressing piece driving unit;
the pressing piece driving unit is arranged for driving the pressing piece to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing piece, so that the pressing piece applies pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.

the detection piece is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing piece, which is far away from the pressure applying opening, and extends from the pressing piece towards the direction far away from the pressure applying opening;
