Further, in order to improve the accuracy of detecting the height change of the cigarette material after being pressed and to control the cost, the detecting member 14 has a rod-like structure. The detection unit 15 is a displacement sensor.
In one embodiment of the disclosed slide-discharge cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus, the moving member driving mechanism includes a moving member connecting unit 18 and a moving member driving unit 19.
The moving member connecting unit 18 is detachably connected to the moving member 8. The detachable connection may be, for example, magnetic attraction or snap fit or clamping arm grip.
The moving member driving unit 19 can be used for driving the moving member connecting unit 18 to move towards the direction away from the fixed member 9, so as to drive the moving member 8 to move towards the direction away from the fixed member 9, and thus a discharging hole is formed between the moving member 8 and the fixed member 9.
The moving member driving unit 19 may be, for example, an electric motor or a motor.
Further, the moving member connecting unit 19 is magnetically attracted to the moving member 9.
In practical implementation, the moving member connection unit 19 may have an electromagnetic function. 1. A sliding discharging type cigarette material filling value measuring device is characterized by comprising a feeding device, a pushing device, a detecting device and a discharging device; wherein,
the feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing device and is used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing device;
the pushing device comprises a pushing piece and a pushing piece driving unit, wherein the pushing piece driving unit is used for driving the pushing piece to move so as to enable the pushing piece to push cigarette materials;
the detection device comprises a material bearing mechanism, a pressure applying mechanism and a height detection mechanism;
the material bearing and placing mechanism comprises a moving part and a fixing part, the moving part and the fixing part form a material bearing and placing area, a feeding hole and a pressing hole are formed in the material bearing and placing area, and the feeding hole is arranged corresponding to the pushing part so that the pushing part can push cigarette materials from the feeding hole into the material bearing and placing area;
the pressure applying mechanism is arranged to enter the material bearing area from the pressure applying opening so as to apply pressure to the cigarette materials in the material bearing area;
the height detection mechanism is arranged for detecting the height of the cigarette material in the material bearing area;
the discharging device comprises a discharging channel and a moving member driving mechanism;
the moving member driving mechanism is arranged to drive the moving member to move towards the direction far away from the fixed member along the discharging channel so as to form a discharging hole between the moving member and the fixed member, and therefore cigarette materials in the material bearing area are discharged out of the material bearing area through the discharging hole.
2. The slide discharge type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said feeding means comprises a feeding passage, a conveyor belt mechanism and a feeding mechanism;
the feeding channel is provided with a feeding inlet, a conveying belt port and a feeding outlet, the conveying belt port is positioned between the feeding inlet and the feeding outlet, and the feeding outlet is arranged corresponding to the material pushing device;
the conveying belt mechanism comprises a conveying belt, quantitative plates and a first weighing unit, the conveying belt is arranged at the position of a conveying opening, the quantitative plates are arranged on the conveying belt at equal intervals, a material storage area for storing cigarette materials is formed between every two adjacent quantitative plates, and the first weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material storage area;
the feeding mechanism is arranged to feed cigarette materials from the feeding inlet to the material storage areas, so that the cigarette materials in the material storage areas are conveyed to the feeding outlet at intervals by the conveying belt.
3. The slide-discharge cigarette material fill value measuring apparatus according to claim 2 wherein the width of the charge inlet is less than the width of the material storage area;
the included angle between the transmission direction of the transmission belt and the feeding direction of the feeding inlet is an acute angle.
4. The sliding discharge type cigarette material filling value measuring device according to claim 2, wherein the pushing device further comprises a pushing channel, and the pushing member driving unit is configured to drive the pushing member to move along the pushing channel;
the material pushing channel is communicated with the material feeding channel and is positioned on one side, far away from the moving part, of the fixing part.
5. The slide-discharge cigarette material filling value measuring device according to claim 4, wherein the detection means further comprises a second weighing unit;
the fixed piece is arranged opposite to the feeding outlet so as to bear the cigarette materials falling from the feeding outlet;
the second weighing unit is located below the fixing piece and is used for weighing the fixing piece and the sum of the weights of the cigarette materials on the fixing piece.
6. The slide discharge cigarette material filling value measuring device according to claim 1, wherein the pressing mechanism includes a pressing member and a pressing member driving unit;
the pressing piece driving unit is arranged to drive the pressing piece to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing area, so that the pressing piece applies pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing area.
7. The slide-discharge cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the height detecting mechanism includes a detecting member and a detecting unit;
the detection piece is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing piece, which is far away from the pressure applying opening, and extends from the pressing piece towards the direction far away from the pressure applying opening;
the detection unit is configured to detect a change in height of the detection member.
