Specifically, the first detection table, the second detection table, the third detection table, the fourth detection table, the fifth detection table and the sixth detection table are identical in structure, so that different detection functions can be realized, and different detection contacts are additionally arranged. The specific structure of the test station can be seen in fig. 3. Fig. 3 includes: the device comprises an air cylinder 1.1, a moving seat 1.2, a sliding block 1.3, a guide rail 1.4, a pedestal 1.5, a table board 1.6, a distance sensor 1.7, a detection contact assembly 2, a separation blade 2.1, a connecting rod 2.2, a cylindrical compression spring 2.3, a contact 2.4, a hydraulic buffer 2.5, a detected piece 2.6, a guide ring 5.1, a ring gauge 5.2, a go gauge 5.3, a limit ring 5.4, a support 5.5 and an air cylinder 5.6. Different sizes can be measured after the contact 2.4, the go gauge 5.3 and the limit ring 5.4 are replaced. Wherein, separation blade 2.1, connecting rod 2.2, cylinder compression spring 2.3, distance sensor 1.7 and contact 2.4 constitute detection contact subassembly 2 jointly. The measuring station is composed of a main measuring mechanism and an auxiliary measuring mechanism. Both the main measuring mechanism and the auxiliary measuring mechanism are mounted on the table top 1.6. The detection platform consists of a pedestal 1.5, a guide rail 1.4, a sliding block 1.3, a moving seat 1.2, a cylinder 1.1 and a detection contact assembly 2, wherein the detection contact assembly 2 consists of a separation blade 2.1, a connecting rod 2.2, a cylindrical compression spring 2.3, a contact 2.4 and a distance sensor 1.7. The auxiliary measuring mechanism consists of a guide ring 5.1, a ring gauge 5.2, a go gauge 5.3, a limiting ring 5.4, a support 5.5 and a cylinder 5.6.
The detection process is briefly described as follows:
step 1: the tested piece 2.6 is placed into the guide ring 5.1 by the manipulator (at this time, the tested piece 2.6 completely falls into or partially falls into the ring gauge 5.2);
step 2: the cylinder 1.1 drives the detection contact assembly 2 arranged on the sliding block 1.3 to fall along the guide rail 1.4 until the detection contact assembly stops moving after being limited by the hydraulic buffer 2.5. The air cylinder 5.6 drives the go gauge 5.3 to move upwards until the go gauge stops moving after being limited by the limiting ring 5.4. (at this point, the contact 2.4 is in contact with the piece under test 2.6, and there is an interaction force F between the two).
If the product cannot fall completely into the ring gauge 5.2, the distance between the stop sheet 2.1 and the distance sensor 1.7 will be changed, and the product to be measured is considered to be rejected as long as the distance is changed.
The method comprises the steps that a material tray containing a detected product is placed into a position to be detected, a protection door is closed, a starting button is pressed after no warning information exists, equipment starts to operate, a mechanical arm picks up an integrated brake system cover from the material tray to be detected, the product is sequentially placed into each detection platform, and the material tray is placed into a corresponding product collection box (namely a qualified material tray or a waste collection box) after detection is finished. And after all the products are detected, the product collecting box can be taken away.
Compared with other types of manipulators, the manipulator design mode has the advantages of low cost, simple design and space saving through algorithm conversion. The detected products are sucked through the 2 groups of mechanical arm units, the detected products are sequentially transferred to all detection stations from the tray to be detected, the detected products are judged to be qualified after being detected by all the detection stations, and finally the products are placed in the qualified product tray. If the detection is not qualified at a certain station, the detected product is separated out at the current station. The linear size is directly measured by a precision sensor, the detection precision is 0.001mm, and the diameter size is detected by a go-no go gauge. The detection mode also solves the problems of inaccurate positioning and difficult control of the conventional go-no go gauge detection. At present, the material tray filled with the product to be detected is placed at the position to be detected manually, after the starting button is pressed, the equipment can automatically grab the product and automatically measure various parameters of the product, and the detected product is classified and stored according to qualified products and unqualified products. The detection precision can reach 0.001mm at most, and the detection period of a single product is reduced to 15 seconds from 3 minutes originally. The detection process, the detection data and the equipment state are visible in real time.
