Abstract
本发明涉及一种切片设备,尤其涉及一种萝卜切片设备。本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以对萝卜均匀切片,且可以刮去沾附在刀片上的萝卜片的萝卜切片设备。一种萝卜切片设备,包括有底座、伺服电机、切割机构、第一支撑杆、放置容器、第二支撑杆等;底座顶部右侧设有伺服电机,伺服电机的输出轴上连接有切割机构,底座顶部左侧固定连接有第一支撑杆,第一支撑杆右端通过螺栓连接有放置容器,底座顶部中间固定连接有第二支撑杆。本发明达到了可以对萝卜均匀切片,且可以刮去沾附在刀片上的萝卜片的效果,由于是上刀片对萝卜进行切割,每次切割的厚度就是上刀片与下刀片之间的距离,如此便能对萝卜进行均匀切片。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切片设备,尤其涉及一种萝卜切片设备。
背景技术
在日常生活中,萝卜是一种常见的蔬菜,其营养丰富,含有丰富的碳水化合物和多种维生素,还能够作为药使用,中医认为,萝卜性凉,能消积滞、化痰热和解毒,因此,萝卜被大多数人所喜爱,进而会将其制作成各种食物,而为了方便食用,需要对萝卜进行切片,一般都是人工手动对萝卜进行切片,然而,手工切片不仅速度较慢,切片厚度不均匀,而且被切下来的萝卜片容易沾附在刀片上。
因此,发明一种可以对萝卜均匀切片,且可以刮去沾附在刀片上的萝卜片的萝卜切片设备来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
(1)要解决的技术问题
本发明为了克服手工切片存在难以将萝卜进行均匀切片,且被切下来的萝卜片容易沾附在刀片上的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以对萝卜均匀切片,且可以刮去沾附在刀片上的萝卜片的萝卜切片设备。
(2)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种萝卜切片设备,包括有底座、伺服电机、切割机构、第一支撑杆、放置容器、第二支撑杆、十字托架、托盘和把手,底座顶部右侧设有伺服电机,伺服电机的输出轴上连接有切割机构,底座顶部左侧固定连接有第一支撑杆,第一支撑杆右端连接有放置容器,底座顶部中间固定连接有第二支撑杆,第二支撑杆顶端设有十字托架,十字托架顶端放置有托盘,托盘外侧设有把手。
优选地,切割机构包括有转轴、丝杆、六角螺母、下刀片、弹簧和上刀片,伺服电机的输出轴顶端连接有转轴,转轴中部设有丝杆,丝杆上设有六角螺母,转轴上部固定设有上刀片,上刀片底部连接有弹簧,弹簧下端连接有下刀片,下刀片与六角螺母接触。
优选地,还包括有第三支撑杆和刮板,底座上后部设有第三支撑杆,第三支撑杆顶端设有刮板,刮板位于下刀片和上刀片之间。
优选地,还包括有连接杆、疏通塞子和限位卡块,第一支撑杆上部滑动式设有连接杆,连接杆前侧下端设有疏通塞子,第一支撑杆顶部左右对称设有限位卡块。
优选地,弹簧为强力弹簧。
(3)有益效果
1、本发明达到了可以对萝卜均匀切片,且可以刮去沾附在刀片上的萝卜片;
2、由于是上刀片对萝卜进行切割,每次切割的厚度就是上刀片与下刀片之间的距离,如此便能对萝卜进行均匀切片,人们还可以通过六角螺母来调节切片的厚度;
3、由于刮板位于上刀片和下刀片之间,被沾附在上刀片和下刀片上的萝卜片可以被刮板刮下。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种萝卜切片设备,如图1-2所示,包括有底座1、伺服电机2、切割机构3、第一支撑杆4、放置容器5、第二支撑杆6、十字托架7、托盘8和把手9,底座1顶部右侧设有伺服电机2,伺服电机2的输出轴上连接有切割机构3,底座1顶部左侧固定连接有第一支撑杆4,第一支撑杆4右端通过螺栓连接有放置容器5,底座1顶部中间固定连接有第二支撑杆6,第二支撑杆6顶端设有十字托架7,十字托架7顶端放置有托盘8,托盘8外侧设有把手9。
当人们需要对萝卜进行切片时,可以使用本设备,首先将大小合适的萝卜放入放置容器5内,萝卜底部紧贴切割机构3,再启动伺服电机2,带动切割机构3工作对萝卜进行切割,被切下来的萝卜会自动落至托盘8内,当切割完毕后,关闭伺服电机2,通过把手9将托盘8取出,即可得到被切成一片片的萝卜。
切割机构3包括有转轴30、丝杆31、六角螺母32、下刀片33、弹簧34和上刀片35,伺服电机2的输出轴顶端连接有转轴30,转轴30中部设有丝杆31,丝杆31上设有六角螺母32,六角螺母32与丝杆31配合,转轴30上部设有上刀片35,上刀片35底部两侧均连接有弹簧34,两侧弹簧34下端连接有下刀片33,下刀片33与六角螺母32接触。
初始状态下,上刀片35位于右侧,萝卜底部紧贴下刀片33,伺服电机2转动会带动转轴30不断转动,从而带动上刀片35和下刀片33不断转动,当上刀片35转动至萝卜处时,会对萝卜进行切割,而上方未被切割的萝卜会被上刀片35挡住,下刀片33随之转离萝卜,被切割的萝卜恰好向下掉落至托盘8内,如此往复,便能不断对萝卜进行切片,由于是上刀片35对萝卜进行切割,每次切割的厚度就是上刀片35与下刀片33之间的距离,如此便能对萝卜进行均匀切片,上刀片35与下刀片33之间的弹簧34是处于压缩状态的,可以使得上刀片35和下刀片33的转动更加稳定,使其不会晃动,当人们需要调节切片的厚度时,通过拧动六角螺母32上下移动,进而使得下刀片33上下移动即可,最后,当不需要切割萝卜时,关闭伺服电机2即可。
还包括有第三支撑杆10和刮板11,底座1上后部设有第三支撑杆10,第三支撑杆10顶端设有刮板11,刮板11位于下刀片33和上刀片35之间。
由于刮板11位于上刀片35和下刀片33之间,被粘连在上刀片35和下刀片33上的萝卜片可以被刮板11刮下,并掉落至托盘8内,如此,人们便不需要担心萝卜片粘连在上刀片35和下刀片33上。
还包括有连接杆12、疏通塞子13和限位卡块14,第一支撑杆4上部滑动式设有连接杆12,连接杆12前侧下端设有疏通塞子13,第一支撑杆4顶部左右对称设有限位卡块14。
当萝卜卡在放置容器5内部下落时,可以向上抬起连接杆12和疏通塞子13,将疏通塞子13放在放置容器5内,向下按压萝卜即可使得萝卜继续下落,限位卡块14可以防止连接杆12和疏通塞子13转动而妨碍上刀片35和下刀片33工作。

1.一种萝卜切片设备,包括有底座(1)、第一支撑杆(4)和第二支撑杆(6),底座(1)顶部左侧固定连接有第一支撑杆(4),底座(1)顶部中间固定连接有第二支撑杆(6),其特征在于:还包括有伺服电机(2)、切割机构(3)、放置容器(5)、十字托架(7)、托盘(8)和把手(9),底座(1)顶部右侧设有伺服电机(2),伺服电机(2)的输出轴上连接有切割机构(3),第一支撑杆(4)右端连接有放置容器(5),第二支撑杆(6)顶端设有十字托架(7),十字托架(7)顶端放置有托盘(8),托盘(8)外侧设有把手(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种萝卜切片设备,其特征在于:切割机构(3)包括有转轴(30)、丝杆(31)、六角螺母(32)、下刀片(33)、弹簧(34)和上刀片(35),伺服电机(2)的输出轴顶端连接有转轴(30),转轴(30)中部设有丝杆(31),丝杆(31)上设有六角螺母(32),转轴(30)上部固定设有上刀片(35),上刀片(35)底部连接有弹簧(34),弹簧(34)下端连接有下刀片(33),下刀片(33)与六角螺母(32)接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种萝卜切片设备,其特征在于:还包括有第三支撑杆(10)和刮板(11),底座(1)上后部设有第三支撑杆(10),第三支撑杆(10)顶端设有刮板(11),刮板(11)位于下刀片(33)和上刀片(35)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种萝卜切片设备,其特征在于:还包括有连接杆(12)、疏通塞子(13)和限位卡块(14),第一支撑杆(4)上部滑动式设有连接杆(12),连接杆(12)前侧下端设有疏通塞子(13),第一支撑杆(4)顶部左右对称设有限位卡块(14)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种萝卜切片设备,其特征在于:弹簧(34)为强力弹簧。
