背景技术
毛纱主要用于手编和机织。毛纱是以羊毛为原料纺织而成的有捻向的单纱,毛线也叫绒线,是以羊毛为原料纺织而成的股线。羊毛是纺织工业的重要原料,它具有弹性好、吸湿性强、保暖性好等优点,但市场上的羊毛纱线卷曲度大、韧性差、易掉毛、起球。
布料起球是绒线织物的共性,绒线织物在穿着和使用过程中,突出织物表面的短小纤维在穿着使用过程中,从纱线中跑出来,被摩擦移动卷曲成小球,严重影响外观,并且起球的织物穿着时或者解除时,舒适度降低,为了清理这些毛球,需要使用去毛器,而去毛器去除一次毛球后过一段时间又会有新的毛球产生,虽然通常一个羊毛小球的重量仅为0.15-0.20毫克,但这些羊毛小球依附在羊毛织物表面,严重影响了织物的外观美观度,降低了织物的手感及服用性能和使用寿命。

步骤1、毛坯检验,对待加工的超细羊毛纤维进行检验,去除短纤维,筛选出平均直径为14.5-16.5μm,细度为85s-145s,长度90-105mm的超细羊毛纤维;
步骤2、洗净去油,将步骤1中选取出的超细羊毛纤维浸泡在去油剂中,浸泡时间为20-30min,浸泡温度为25-30℃,浸泡完成后对超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤3、对超细羊毛纤维进行抗菌处理和抗静电处理,将全部的超细羊毛纤维分成三份,选取其中两份适量质量份数的超细羊毛纤维分别进行抗菌处理和抗静电处理,形成抗菌羊毛纤维和抗静电羊毛纤维;
步骤3-1、对超细羊毛纤维表面进行抗菌处理,将超细羊毛纤维浸轧在抗菌剂中,所述抗菌剂包括壳聚糖、醋酸、柠檬酸、过氧化氢、钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇、β-环糊精、去离子水;
步骤3-2、对超细羊毛纤维表面进行抗静电处理,将超细羊毛纤维浸轧在抗静电剂中,所述抗静电剂包括多元醇羧酸盐20-30%,甲酸甲酯5-20%,余量为水,浸轧完成后对超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤4、染色皂洗,将超细羊毛纤维浸泡入染料溶液中,所述染料溶液为活性染料;对染色后的纤维进行皂洗,皂洗时间为10min-15min;皂洗使用的皂洗剂为丙烯酸类生物、多元羧酸酯、聚合乙烯衍生物中的一种或多种;对皂洗后的超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤5、上浆,对超细羊毛纤维进行上浆处理,采用的上浆液为聚丙烯纤维聚合液,上浆的处理温度为15-30℃,上浆时间为40-60min;对上浆后的超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤6、捻纱,将抗菌羊毛纤维、抗静电羊毛纤维、原超细羊毛纤维通过加捻形成纯毛纱;
步骤7、涂覆有机硅涂层,在纯毛纱表面涂覆有机硅涂层。

1、本发明选用的超细羊毛纤维的平均直径为14.5-16.5μm,细度为85s-145s,长度90-105mm,用此种规格的超细羊毛纤维制成的毛纱具有良好的滑爽度、光泽度、轻薄柔软。
2、本发明对超细羊毛纤维作抗菌处理和抗静电处理后再与原超细羊毛纤维捻纱形成纯毛纱,代替了传统的使用其他成分的抗菌纤维和抗静电纤维与羊毛纤维进行混纺获得纱线的方法,满足了毛纱纯度需求的同时使得纱线具备良好的抗菌和抗静电效果,不影响纯羊毛制品的舒适度。
3、本发明将有机硅胶涂覆在毛纱上,增强了毛纱的耐摩擦性能,能够获得抗拉强度很高的毛纱。
4、本发明的壳聚糖溶液由壳聚糖溶解于浓度为0.5-1.5%的醋酸溶液中,待完全溶解后,加热搅拌,加入浓度为2.5~4.5%的过氧化氢溶液,反应完全后,溶解于柠檬酸溶液而成,柠檬酸和纤维素之间、柠檬酸和壳聚糖之间易于发生酯化反应,而且柠檬酸的自由基也会与壳聚糖的氨基反应形成盐式键,从而使得壳聚糖更好地固定在羊毛纤维上,柠檬酸作为一种溶剂,本身也是一种交联剂,壳聚糖浓度越大,羊毛纤维的撕破强力和耐久定型也随之增大,以醋酸为溶剂溶解壳聚糖,壳聚糖的浓度越高抗菌性能越好。
5、本发明中抗菌剂中由于包含了β-环糊精,对大肠杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌都有很好的杀灭效果。
6、本发明对染色后的纤维进行皂洗,解决活性染料的水解染料残留洗不净的问题,保证了后续工艺中颜色稳定性,同时提高颜色亮度。
7、本发明在纯毛纱表面涂覆有机硅涂层,大大提高了纱线的撕破强力,有效防止起球。
8、本发明对羊毛纤维的干燥处理过程为先经脱水至超细羊毛纤维含水率降至25%,再经热风烘干,干燥温度为70-100℃,干燥时间为10-20min,缩短了烘干时间,降低能耗的同时减少了对羊毛纤维的损伤。
9、本发明对超细羊毛纤维进行上浆处理,采用的上浆液为聚丙烯纤维聚合液,上浆的处理温度为15-30℃,上浆时间为40-60min;对上浆后的超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理,使得羊毛纤维具有良好的抗菌除臭性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例一
一种耐摩擦抗起球的纯毛纱,所述纯毛纱由若干根羊毛纤维纺成的单纱或股纱,所述羊毛纤维为超细羊毛纤维,所述超细羊毛纤维经抗菌剂和抗静电剂处理后形成抗菌羊毛纤维和抗静电羊毛纤维,所述纯毛纱包括质量份数20份抗菌羊毛纤维、30份抗静电羊毛纤维、20份原超细羊毛纤维,所述纯毛纱表面涂覆有有机硅涂层。
所述纯毛纱的股线支数为单纱支数160公支,股纱支数180/3公支。所述超细羊毛纤维的平均直径为14.5μm,细度为85s,长度90mm。所述超细羊毛纤维的平均线密度为0.05dtex。
上述纯毛纱采用以下加工工艺制成:
步骤1、毛坯检验,对待加工的超细羊毛纤维进行检验,去除短纤维,筛选出平均直径为14.5μm,细度为85ss,长度90mm的超细羊毛纤维;
步骤2、洗净去油,将步骤1中选取出的超细羊毛纤维浸泡在去油剂中,浸泡时间为20min,浸泡温度为25℃,浸泡完成后对超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤3、对超细羊毛纤维进行抗菌处理和抗静电处理,将全部的超细羊毛纤维分成三份,选取其中两份适量质量份数的超细羊毛纤维分别进行抗菌处理和抗静电处理,形成抗菌羊毛纤维和抗静电羊毛纤维;
步骤3-1、对超细羊毛纤维表面进行抗菌处理,将超细羊毛纤维浸轧在抗菌剂中,所述抗菌剂包括壳聚糖、醋酸、柠檬酸、过氧化氢、钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇、β-环糊精、去离子水;
步骤3-2、对超细羊毛纤维表面进行抗静电处理,将超细羊毛纤维浸轧在抗静电剂中,所述抗静电剂包括多元醇羧酸盐20%,甲酸甲酯5%,余量为水,浸轧完成后对超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤4、染色皂洗,将超细羊毛纤维浸泡入染料溶液中,所述染料溶液为活性染料;对染色后的纤维进行皂洗,皂洗时间为10min;皂洗使用的皂洗剂为丙烯酸类生物、多元羧酸酯、聚合乙烯衍生物中的一种或多种;对皂洗后的超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤5、上浆,对超细羊毛纤维进行上浆处理,采用的上浆液为聚丙烯纤维聚合液,上浆的处理温度为15℃,上浆时间为40min;对上浆后的超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤6、捻纱,将抗菌羊毛纤维、抗静电羊毛纤维、原超细羊毛纤维通过加捻形成纯毛纱;
步骤7、涂覆有机硅涂层,在纯毛纱表面涂覆有机硅涂层。
所述抗菌剂的制备方法为:所述壳聚糖溶解于浓度为0.5%的醋酸溶液中,待完全溶解后,加热搅拌,加入浓度为2.5%的过氧化氢溶液,反应完全后,溶解于柠檬酸溶液中得到粒径为60mm的壳聚糖溶液;将无水乙醇与钛酸丁酯混合均匀,调节pH值2,加入去离子水搅拌,再加入壳聚糖溶液,调节pH值1,再加入β-环糊精和去离子水搅拌均匀得到抗菌剂;浸轧完成后对超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理。
所述步骤2中的去油剂成分包括脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚硫酸钠和水,所述脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚硫酸钠和水的质量比为1:2。
各步骤中涉及的所述干燥处理的具体方法为:先经脱水至超细羊毛纤维含水率降至25%,再经热风烘干,干燥温度为70℃,干燥时间为10min。
所述步骤3-1和步骤3-2中浸轧处理的轧液率为70%,浸轧温度为35℃,浸轧时间25min;所述浸轧处理的工艺为:轧辊压力为2.0kg/cm2,车速40米/min。
所述有机硅涂层使用的有机硅溶胶包括乙基三甲氧基硅烷、无水乙醇、去离子水,所述乙基三甲氧基硅烷加入到无水乙醇中,搅拌充分后加入去离子水充分搅拌得到有机硅溶胶。
对实施例一的纯毛纱进行起毛球质检,质检后的纯毛纱表面起球程度为轻度表面绒和/或孤立的未形成毛球。
对实施例一的纯毛纱进行抗菌性试验,抗菌性能见表1。

上述纯毛纱采用以下加工工艺制成:
步骤1、毛坯检验,对待加工的超细羊毛纤维进行检验,去除短纤维,筛选出平均直径为16μm,细度为140s,长度100mm的超细羊毛纤维;

步骤3、对超细羊毛纤维进行抗菌处理和抗静电处理,将全部的超细羊毛纤维分成三份,选取其中两份适量质量份数的超细羊毛纤维分别进行抗菌处理和抗静电处理,形成抗菌羊毛纤维和抗静电羊毛纤维;
步骤3-1、对超细羊毛纤维表面进行抗菌处理,将超细羊毛纤维浸轧在抗菌剂中,所述抗菌剂包括壳聚糖、醋酸、柠檬酸、过氧化氢、钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇、β-环糊精、去离子水;

步骤5、上浆,对超细羊毛纤维进行上浆处理,采用的上浆液为聚丙烯纤维聚合液,上浆的处理温度为20℃,上浆时间为50min;对上浆后的超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤6、捻纱,将抗菌羊毛纤维、抗静电羊毛纤维、原超细羊毛纤维通过加捻形成纯毛纱;
步骤7、涂覆有机硅涂层,在纯毛纱表面涂覆有机硅涂层。
所述抗菌剂的制备方法为:所述壳聚糖溶解于浓度为1.0%的醋酸溶液中,待完全溶解后,加热搅拌,加入浓度为4.0%的过氧化氢溶液,反应完全后,溶解于柠檬酸溶液中得到粒径为80mm的壳聚糖溶液;将无水乙醇与钛酸丁酯混合均匀,调节pH值2.5,加入去离子水搅拌,再加入壳聚糖溶液,调节pH值1.5,再加入β-环糊精和去离子水搅拌均匀得到抗菌剂;浸轧完成后对超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理。
所述步骤2中的去油剂成分包括脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚硫酸钠和水,所述脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚硫酸钠和水的质量比为1:2。

对采用普通加工工艺制成的纯毛纱进行与实施例一至三同等质检条件的起毛球质检,质检后的纯毛纱表面起球程度为形成明显的绒毛和/或毛球,在测试试样的表面大面积覆有不同尺寸和分布密度的毛球。
实施例一至三采用的起球质检方法为:将羊毛纱线采用起毛球箱法进行质检,起毛球箱法的具体步骤为:将羊毛纱线取样置于聚氨酯塑料管中,放入内腔衬有3.5mm厚度软木的起球箱内充分滚动,箱体转速为60r/min,所述聚氨酯塑料管长为140mm,外径32mm,壁厚3mm,重量55g。经过特定转数后评定其起毛起球程度。
实施例一至三采用的抗菌性能测试方法为:首先配制固体培养基,然后连同各种刷洗干净的仪器高压灭菌;将菌种接种培养,挑取培养基上已生长的数个菌落,放于盛有无菌生理盐水的试管中,振荡,并同标准细菌比浊管对照,配成3亿个/ml的菌液,然后逐级稀释成3*105个/ml菌液备用;将未作抗菌处理的纤维和作抗菌处理的纤维剪成2.5cm2大小,并贴于培养皿中经冷却的固体培养基上,用刻度滴管分别以0.02ml菌液(浓度3*104个/ml),滴加于培养皿中未作抗菌处理的纤维和作抗菌处理的纤维试样上,随即滴加一薄层冷却到45℃左右的固体培养基,将培养皿放于培养箱中,于37℃恒温恒湿培养24h,计数试样上的菌落数。抗菌率=(未作抗菌处理的纤维菌落数-作抗菌处理的纤维菌落数)/未作抗菌处理的纤维菌落数*100%。

1.一种耐摩擦抗起球的纯毛纱,其特征在于,由若干根羊毛纤维纺成的单纱或股纱,所述羊毛纤维为超细羊毛纤维,所述超细羊毛纤维经抗菌剂和抗静电剂处理后形成抗菌羊毛纤维和抗静电羊毛纤维,所述纯毛纱包括质量份数20-50份抗菌羊毛纤维、30-40份抗静电羊毛纤维、20-40份原超细羊毛纤维,所述纯毛纱表面涂覆有有机硅涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐摩擦抗起球的纯毛纱,其特征在于,所述纯毛纱的股线支数为单纱支数160-175公支,股纱支数180-185/3公支。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐摩擦抗起球的纯毛纱,其特征在于,所述超细羊毛纤维的平均直径为14.5-16.5μm,细度为85s-145s,长度90-105mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐摩擦抗起球的纯毛纱,其特征在于,所述超细羊毛纤维的平均线密度为0.05~0.07dtex。
5.一种耐摩擦抗起球的纯毛纱加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、毛坯检验,对待加工的超细羊毛纤维进行检验,去除短纤维,筛选出平均直径为14.5-16.5μm,细度为85s-145s,长度90-105mm的超细羊毛纤维;
步骤2、洗净去油,将步骤1中选取出的超细羊毛纤维浸泡在去油剂中,浸泡时间为20-30min,浸泡温度为25-30℃,浸泡完成后对超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤3、对超细羊毛纤维进行抗菌处理和抗静电处理,将全部的超细羊毛纤维分成三份,选取其中两份适量质量份数的超细羊毛纤维分别进行抗菌处理和抗静电处理,形成抗菌羊毛纤维和抗静电羊毛纤维;
步骤3-1、对超细羊毛纤维表面进行抗菌处理,将超细羊毛纤维浸轧在抗菌剂中,所述抗菌剂包括壳聚糖、醋酸、柠檬酸、过氧化氢、钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇、β-环糊精、去离子水;
步骤3-2、对超细羊毛纤维表面进行抗静电处理,将超细羊毛纤维浸轧在抗静电剂中,所述抗静电剂包括多元醇羧酸盐20-30%,甲酸甲酯5-20%,余量为水,浸轧完成后对超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤4、染色皂洗,将超细羊毛纤维浸泡入染料溶液中,所述染料溶液为活性染料;对染色后的纤维进行皂洗,皂洗时间为10min-15min;皂洗使用的皂洗剂为丙烯酸类生物、多元羧酸酯、聚合乙烯衍生物中的一种或多种;对皂洗后的超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤5、上浆,对超细羊毛纤维进行上浆处理,采用的上浆液为聚丙烯纤维聚合液,上浆的处理温度为15-30℃,上浆时间为40-60min;对上浆后的超细羊毛纤维进行干燥处理;
步骤6、捻纱,将抗菌羊毛纤维、抗静电羊毛纤维、原超细羊毛纤维通过加捻形成纯毛纱;
步骤7、涂覆有机硅涂层,在纯毛纱表面涂覆有机硅涂层。
