进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料制成:十二烷基氨基丙酸钠12份,氯化苄烷铵5份,非离子表面活性剂8份,阳离子加脂剂6份,合成牛蹄油8份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺7份,抗氧剂6份,丙烯酸酯5份,乙二铵4份,异氰酸酯8份,催化剂2份,醋酸丁酸纤维素7份,碳酸氢钠0.3份,水65份。

本发明提供了一种皮革搭色串色处理剂,具备以下有益效果:
(1)该皮革搭色串色处理剂,专针对绒面皮、磨砂皮、光面皮、植鞣皮、蜡皮、漆皮、Pu皮等搭色串色去除彻底、不伤底色、不改变风格、手感,不损伤皮革纤维,能够有效清洗皮革表面的污渍,同时能够使皮革柔软,增加了皮革的韧性,提高了手感。
(2)该皮革搭色串色处理剂,能显著降低水的表面张力,从而促进皮革水体系加工中各类材料对皮革纤维的渗透,增进工序加工进程,改善各类材料的使用效果;可以在涂层浆料中添加,改善善浆料涂层的流平性。具有良好的耐酸、碱、硬水及重金属盐稳定性,对阴阳离子、非离子、阳离子或两性的化学品无不良影响。对皮革纤维无亲和力,易于清洗。由于具有良好的乳化能力,也可用于皮革的脱脂。
(3)该皮革搭色串色处理剂,由阳离子、非离子表面活性剂和合成牛蹄油等组分复合乳化而成。可用冷水或热水任意比混合用于坯革加脂,可形成稳定且细腻的乳液,渗透良好,油脂分布均匀。在鞣制时使用,能改善鞣剂的渗透和结合的速度,使鞣制作用温,鞣制的坯革粒面细致,同时防止或减轻粒面的擦伤和皱缩。铬复鞣时加入,效果也同样理想。在染色和加脂期使用,能改变皮革表面电荷,有助于阴离子型染料和加脂剂的完全吸收,获得明显的表面加脂效果,且对染色起到固定和增深作用。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种皮革搭色串色处理剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:十二烷基氨基丙酸钠9-14份,氯化苄烷铵3-8份,非离子表面活性剂6-10份,阳离子加脂剂3-8份,合成牛蹄油5-9份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3-8份,抗氧剂4-8份,丙烯酸酯3-6份,乙二铵2-6份,异氰酸酯5-10份,催化剂1-3份,醋酸丁酸纤维素6-8份,碳酸氢钠0.2-0.6份,水50-70份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:由以下重量份数的原料制成:十二烷基氨基丙酸钠9份,氯化苄烷铵3份,非离子表面活性剂6份,阳离子加脂剂3份,合成牛蹄油5份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份,抗氧剂4份,丙烯酸酯3份,乙二铵2份,异氰酸酯5份,催化剂1份,醋酸丁酸纤维素6份,碳酸氢钠0.2份,水50份。

非离子表面活性剂是分子中含有在水溶液中不离解的醚基为主要亲水基的表面活性剂,其表面活性由中性分子体现出来。非离子表面活性剂具有很高的表面活性,良好的增溶、洗涤、抗静电、钙皂分散等性能,刺激性小,还有优异的润湿和洗涤功能。可应用pH值范围比一般离子型表面活性剂更宽广,也可与其他离子型表面活性剂共同使用,在离子型表面活性剂中添加少量非离子表面活性剂,可使该体系的表面活性提高。非离子表面活性剂按照亲水基的结构可以分为聚氧乙烯型、多元醇型、烷醇酰胺型、聚醚型、氧化胺型等。
本品应用的非离子表面活性剂的亲水基,一类主要是由聚乙二醇基即聚氧乙烯基构成,另外一类就是以多醇(如甘油、季戊四醇、蔗糖、葡萄糖、山梨醇等)为基础的构成的。
本品由氯化液蜡(合成牛蹄油)、阳离子表面活性剂、非离子乳化剂、稳定剂等组成。白色或奶油色乳状液体,可与冷或热水以任何比例混合稀释,形成分散而稳定的乳液。乳液带阳电荷,适于在铬鞣或铬复鞣时,同浴加入而迅速透入革内,分布均匀。也用于染色加脂及酸固定后作为表面加脂,使成革有油润感,绒毛有很好的丝光效应;同时也会提高加脂剂和染料与革的结合、固定。
本品制法为:(1)制备油相,将氯化液蜡等油相物混合均匀;(2)制备水相,将阳离子表面活性剂、非离子乳化剂、稳定剂与水混合均匀;(3)乳化,将油相液缓慢加入水相液中同时搅拌即成。企业质量标准:总油质量≥60%,pH值(10%乳液)3.5±0.5。
本品是由阳离子、非离子表面活性剂和合成牛蹄油等组分复合乳化而成。可用冷水或热水任意比混合用于坯革加脂,可形成稳定且细腻的乳液,渗透良好,油脂分布均匀。在鞣制时使用,能改善鞣剂的渗透和结合的速度,使鞣制作用温,鞣制的坯革粒面细致,同时防止或减轻粒面的擦伤和皱缩。铬复鞣时加入,效果也同样理想。在染色和加脂期使用,能改变皮革表面电荷,有助于阴离子型染料和加脂剂的完全吸收,获得明显的表面加脂效果,且对染色起到固定和增深作用。
本品能显著降低水的表面张力,从而促进皮革水体系加工中各类材料对皮革纤维的渗透,增进工序加工进程,改善各类材料的使用效果;可以在涂层浆料中添加,改善善浆料涂层的流平性。具有良好的耐酸、碱、硬水及重金属盐稳定性,对阴阳离子、非离子、阳离子或两性的化学品无不良影响。对皮革纤维无亲和力,易于清洗。由于具有良好的乳化能力,也可用于皮革的脱脂。
该皮革搭色串色处理剂,使用时,本产品原液直接涂抹于皮革、皮优皮等搭色串色部位分解5~10分钟用软牙刷刷或用它物拍打使其渗透加快分解污渍。再涂本品静置分解,擦除分解出来的污渍。如此反复操作分解污渍需要时间,也许需要1小时也许需要几小时也许需要几天只要耐心操作没有去不掉的污渍,直至彻底去除。

1.一种皮革搭色串色处理剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:十二烷基氨基丙酸钠9-14份,氯化苄烷铵3-8份,非离子表面活性剂6-10份,阳离子加脂剂3-8份,合成牛蹄油5-9份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3-8份,抗氧剂4-8份,丙烯酸酯3-6份,乙二铵2-6份,异氰酸酯5-10份,催化剂1-3份,醋酸丁酸纤维素6-8份,碳酸氢钠0.2-0.6份,水50-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮革搭色串色处理剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:十二烷基氨基丙酸钠9份,氯化苄烷铵3份,非离子表面活性剂6份,阳离子加脂剂3份,合成牛蹄油5份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份,抗氧剂4份,丙烯酸酯3份,乙二铵2份,异氰酸酯5份,催化剂1份,醋酸丁酸纤维素6份,碳酸氢钠0.2份,水50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮革搭色串色处理剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:十二烷基氨基丙酸钠14份,氯化苄烷铵8份,非离子表面活性剂10份,阳离子加脂剂8份,合成牛蹄油9份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺8份,抗氧剂8份,丙烯酸酯6份,乙二铵6份,异氰酸酯10份,催化剂3份,醋酸丁酸纤维素8份,碳酸氢钠0.6份,水70份。
