背景技术
由于现在的人们都比较喜欢吃新鲜的海带,且喜欢买切好的海带丝,所以菜贩为了迎合顾客会将大片的海带切成丝状,目前菜贩普遍是手动用菜刀对海带进行切丝,但此方式切丝效率较慢,为了提高效率菜贩会将海带放在钉板上,然后用力拉动海带,通过钉板将海带切割成丝状,但此方式十分费力,且菜贩放置和拉动海带时手易触碰到钉板,如此手易被刺伤。
因此需要研发一种能够省力、能够保护手的海带切丝装置。

本发明为了克服菜贩用力拉动海带通过钉板将海带切割成丝状的方式十分费力,且手易被刺伤的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够省力、能够保护手的海带切丝装置。

将收集框放置在斜板11的前下方,海带丝随之经斜板11滑落至收集框内,如此导向框10和斜板11能够使海带丝集中落入收集框内,防止海带丝向周围散落。
