本发明涉及功能食品技术领域,具体涉及一种调理自闭症的固体饮料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
自闭症,也称“儿童孤独症”,被归类为一种由于神经系统失调导致的发育障碍,其病症包括非正常的社交能力、沟通能力、兴趣和行为模式,自闭症是一种广泛性发展障碍,以严重的、广泛的社会相互影响和沟通技能的损害及刻板的行为、兴趣和活动为特征的精神疾病。尽管自闭症确切的病因目前尚不清楚,然而,相关研究表明,自闭症患者通常存在炎性改变、免疫异常、氧化应激改变甚至基因异常。
目前,尚未有治疗自闭症核心障碍的有效方法,常规的治疗方法是基于行为疗法、饮食疗法与药物治疗的结合疗法。现其他疗法相比,饮食疗法易于掌握,风险和副作用相对较小,能够与其他疗法同时使用,因此,更易被采用,相关研究表明,适当的饮食能够帮助患者减轻痛苦,改善心理和胃肠道症状。
因此,开发一种能够用于自闭症调理的固体饮料具有重要意义。

本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种固体饮料,能够有效辅助调理自闭症。
本发明还提出一种上述固体饮料的制备方法。
本发明还提出上述固体饮料的应用。
根据本发明的第一方面实施方式的固体饮料,包括以下原料:骆驼奶粉、益生菌粉、鸡枞菌粉、黑木耳粉、小麦胚芽粉、橄榄粉、葛根粉、白藜芦醇和维生素添加剂;
其中,所述益生菌粉包括酿酒酵母、嗜酸乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述骆驼奶粉、益生菌粉、鸡枞菌粉、黑木耳粉、小麦胚芽粉、橄榄粉、葛根粉、白藜芦醇和维生素添加剂的质量比为(50~60):(5~10):(15~25):(10~20):(5~10):(2~5):(5~10):(1~5):(0.1~0.5)。

根据本发明实施方式的固体饮料,至少具有如下有益效果:本发明方案的固体饮料通过各原料协同发挥降低氧化应激速率、增强免疫力等生理作用,减轻自闭症患者的症状,促进其健康成长;通过骆驼奶粉、维生素、富含黄酮类物质的葛根粉、富含谷氨酸的鸡枞菌粉复配白藜芦醇等成分,协同改善血浆中谷胱甘肽的含量,降低应激反应,改善机体的非特异性免疫力;添加的益生菌促进各组分的消化吸收,避免引发机体的免疫反应,导致胃肠道炎症;同时,黑木耳粉、小麦胚芽粉还能中和饮食中过多的酸性物质,净化血液,协同促进机体健康成长。
根据本发明的第二方面实施方式的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料准备:取各原料,备用;
S2、混合:将益生菌粉外的其他原料在灭菌装置中混合后,加入无菌水,搅拌均匀得到混合物,将益生菌粉加入到所述混合物中,30~37℃发酵12~18h,在35~45℃下真空干燥机干燥至产品水分含量低于15%后,粉碎过60~80目筛,无菌包装,即得。
根据本发明实施方式的制备方法,至少具有如下有益效果:通过益生菌发酵,使得有益成分更好地被自闭症患者吸收,减轻其胃肠道消化压力,同时,避免其胃肠道不耐受现象发生。
根据本发明第三方面实施方式的应用,将上述固体饮料应用于制备辅助治疗自闭症的功能性食品中。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。实施例中所使用的试验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所使用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到的试剂和材料。
骆驼奶,含有丰富的可刺激谷胱甘肽产生的维生素、矿物质,同时,骆驼奶粉中酪蛋白含量较低,β-乳球蛋白缺乏和保护性蛋白质的存在使得骆驼奶适合维持免疫系统和大脑发育。
鸡枞菌,富含维生素B2、烟酸、维生素C及谷氨酸等各类人体必需氨基酸。
黑木耳,富含硫胺素(补充硫,利于谷胱甘肽的形成)、核黄素、胡萝卜素等多种维生素及矿物质,同时,含有大量胶质,对人体的消化系统具有良好的润滑作用,可以消除肠胃中的残存食物和难以消化的纤维性物质,同时,其中所富含的磷脂是人脑细胞和神经细胞的营养剂,有利于大脑发育。
小麦胚芽,富含维生素E、维生素B1等多种维生素、硒、锌、镁等矿物质,对维持人体健康,促进儿童生长发育具有重要意义;同时,小麦胚芽中还含有谷胱甘肽等成分,既可抗氧化延缓衰老,又可保护人体细胞免受氧化损害,保护大脑功能,传统氨基酸,促进生长发育。
橄榄,味甘酸,可清热解毒、生津止痰,开胃、下气。
葛根,富含黄酮类物质,包括葛根素,大豆甙、大豆甙元、芒柄花素、4,7-二葡糖糖大豆甙、3-甲基-葛根素、7-木糖-葛根素等异黄酮类化合物,具有抗菌、活血化瘀、扩张冠状动脉血管和脑血管、降低心肌耗氧量、改善心肌收缩功能、促进血液循环、增强机体免疫力等多种药理与保健作用。
白藜芦醇,属于非黄酮类多酚化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌及心血管保护等作用。
本发明的实施例为:一种调理自闭症的固体饮料,其原料组成及重量份数如下表1所示:

上表中,实施例1~4及对照例1~3中维生素添加剂由维生素P、维生素A、维生素C和维生素E按质量比为2:3:5:6的比例混合;实施例5中维生素添加剂由维生素A、维生素C和维生素E按质量比为3:5:6的比例混合。矿物质添加剂由酵母锌和蛋氨酸硒组成,两者的质量比为2:3。益生菌粉由酿酒酵母、嗜酸乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌组成,三者的质量比为3:2:1。鸡枞菌选用黑皮鸡枞菌。
上述饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料准备:取各原料,备用;
S2、混合:将益生菌粉外的其他原料在灭菌装置中混合后,加入无菌水,搅拌均匀得到混合物,将益生菌粉加入到所述混合物中(不含益生菌的组则不包含该步骤),37℃发酵18h(不含益生菌的对照组同样在该条件下放置),在40℃下真空干燥机干燥至产品水分含量低于15%后,粉碎过80目筛,无菌包装,即得。
性能测试:
一、实验小鼠构建:
参照中国发明专利申请文件CN109512819A实施例教导的方案通过用等量(5mg/kg)雷帕霉素药物对孕鼠进行干预,空白对照组注射DMSO溶剂,构建自闭症子代小鼠模型和空白对照模型。同步取同龄的空白对照小鼠作为空白对照组。
二、实验方法:
对实验组和对照组子代小鼠进行了社交、运动及认知功能行为学测试
使用的主要仪器设备如下:
Hot plate test实验装置Bioseb公司(美国)
Light-dark box实验装置Bioseb公司(美国)
标准小鼠饲养笼广州市赛柏诺生物科技有限公司(中国)
Smart图像采集系统Panlab公司(美国)
清洁垫料
清洁棉垫
独立式鼠笼饲养箱中国V.M.I.S36
奶酪饼干广东嘉士利食品集团有限公司(中国)
实验动物及行为学流程
2.1实验动物选取
实验所用小鼠在饲养过程中,均于出生后4周给予断奶离母饲养,并于出生后5周左右按照性别分笼饲养,每笼4只同性别小鼠。
2.2实验前准备及行为学流程
进行行为学测试之前,将所有待测的自闭症小鼠分别进行编号,均分为实施例1~5组、对照例1~3组和溶剂对照组。将各组小鼠对应服用相应编号实验制得的固体饮料,每天服用两次,上午10点和下午16点,每次服用5g(用200ml水溶解),溶剂对照组及空白对照组服用200ml水。一周后进行测试,每个实验过程于测试前一天对所有测试小鼠的饲养笼进行清洁垫料更换,并将所有测试小鼠放入行为学测试(在白天9点到17点间进行)的房间进行社交互动实验,以适应新的环境。
2.3实验结果
社交互动实验:社交互动实验是另一项反映社交行为及社交行为是否存在缺陷的实验。其中攻击性行为包括:受测小鼠主动攻击撕咬/抓互动小鼠、受测小鼠与互动小鼠互成类似站立样的“怒视”等行为;非攻击性行为包括:受测小鼠主动追逐互动小鼠、受测小鼠主动尾随互动小鼠、受测小鼠主动靠近互动小鼠并发生密切地身体接触、受测小鼠主动将前肢搭于互动小鼠身上、受测小鼠主动为互动小鼠捋毛、受测小鼠主动与互动小鼠发生鼻—鼻互触或鼻—下体接触等行为。
统计小鼠社交行为学测试结果如下表2所示:

上表中的时间为平均时间,每组重复三次的平均值。
从上表中可以看出,服用本发明固体饮料的小鼠社交互动性显著增加,优于对照溶剂组,且增加矿物质的小鼠互动积极性强于未添加的组别;且鸡枞菌粉、骆驼奶及益生菌对其调理效果具有显著影响。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书内容所作的等同变换,或直接或间接运用在相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种调理自闭症的固体饮料,其特征在于:包括以下原料:骆驼奶粉、益生菌粉、鸡枞菌粉、黑木耳粉、小麦胚芽粉、橄榄粉、葛根粉、白藜芦醇和维生素添加剂;
其中,所述益生菌粉包括酿酒酵母、嗜酸乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调理自闭症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述骆驼奶粉、益生菌粉、鸡枞菌粉、黑木耳粉、小麦胚芽粉、橄榄粉、葛根粉、白藜芦醇和维生素添加剂的质量比为(50~60):(5~10):(15~25):(10~20):(5~10):(2~5):(5~10):(1~5):(0.1~0.5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的调理自闭症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述骆驼奶粉、益生菌粉、鸡枞菌粉、黑木耳粉、小麦胚芽粉、橄榄粉、葛根粉、白藜芦醇和维生素添加剂的质量比为(54~56):(6~8):(18~20):(15~18):(6~8):(3~4):(6~9):(2~4):(0.2~0.4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调理自闭症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述维生素添加剂包含维生素P、维生素A、维生素C和维生素E;优选地,所述维生素P、维生素A、维生素C和维生素E的质量比为(2~5):(1~7):(3~10):(2~7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的调理自闭症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述固体饮料的原料中还包含矿物质添加剂,所述矿物质添加剂包含有机硒和有机锌;优选地,所述有机硒和有机锌的质量比为(1~5):(1~5)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的调理自闭症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述酿酒酵母、嗜酸乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌的质量比为(1~6):(0.5~4):(0.2~2)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的调理自闭症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述益生菌粉中活菌数不低于108CFU/g。
8.一种如权利要求1至7任一项所述的调理自闭症的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、原料准备:取各原料,备用;
S2、混合:将益生菌粉外的其他原料在灭菌装置中混合后,加入无菌水,搅拌均匀得到混合物,将益生菌粉加入到所述混合物中,30~37℃发酵12~18h,在35~45℃下真空干燥机干燥至产品水分含量低于15%后,粉碎过60~80目筛,无菌包装,即得。
9.一种如权利要求1至7任一项所述的固体饮料在制备辅助治疗自闭症的功能性食品中的应用。
