White background is pure white, and red is thick and elegant; the erythema needs to be uniform in color and clear in margin; the speckles must be uniformly distributed throughout the body, and are symmetrical from side to side; erythema must be observed on the head, but the erythema cannot be reflected to eyes, jaws and cheeks; white erythema between the head and trunk; erythema should also occur near the tail; the abdomen should not have erythema.
7.1.2 Dazheng three-color identification and selection requirement
Red and black stripes are on the white background, red spots but no black spots are on the head, and black stripes are on the pectoral fins. White background is pure white, and red is thick and elegant; the tail part is preferably white, the trunk is even, and the fins of the fish do not have red lines.
7.1.3 Zhao and three-color identification and selection requirements
The head should have large erythema, uniform redness, clear edge, and strong color. The head and tail with white spots have higher taste. The ink spots are preferably the ones with facial cuts on the head, and the ink lines on the trunk must be of a flash type or triangular shape, thick and bulky, and curled up to the abdomen. The pectoral fins should have round black spots, and should not be completely white, completely black or have erythema.

the cement pond comprises a breeding pond and a cultivating pond, the cement pond is built in a place with sunny ventilation, sufficient water flow and convenient irrigation and drainage, and the periphery of the cement pond is hard and watertight; the area of the breeding pond is 8 square meters to 15 square meters, the pond depth is 1.8 to 2m, a net fence with the height of 40 to 60cm is arranged on the periphery, four corners of the bottom of the breeding pond are arc-shaped, the opening of the breeding pond is approximately square, a glass or plastic greenhouse is erected on the breeding pond, and a sunshade net is covered on the breeding pond; the area of the cultivation pool is 15-60 square meters, the pool depth is 2-2.25m, the water depth is 1.2-1.8m, four corners of the bottom of the cultivation pool are smeared into an arc shape by mixing cement with sand, the mouth part of the top of the cultivation pool is approximately square, a warm shed is laid on the top of the cultivation pool, a heating system is arranged in the warm shed, and a sunshade net is covered above the warm shed;

the parent fish is cultivated, the water temperature is suitable for 22-28 ℃, the pH value is 6.5-8, the dissolved oxygen is 5-7mg/L, the protein content of the fed feed is 36-39%, the daily feeding amount is 2% of the weight of the parent fish, and the parent fish is fed for 4-5 times a day;
the oviposition fertilization comprises natural propagation and artificial insemination; the artificial insemination is carried out in 5-7 months, the water temperature is 19-27 ℃, the proper water temperature is 22-24 ℃, parent fishes of the same strain are selected and placed into a breeding net cage in a breeding pond according to the male-female ratio of 1: 2-1: 3, and the breeding net cage is provided with a fish nest; before spawning of female fish, fishing out and wiping off fish bodies, lightly pressing the belly, extruding the eggs into a dry basin, taking out male fish without dripping water, wiping off the fish bodies, lightly pressing the belly to enable semen to flow into the extruded eggs, uniformly stirring with feathers to enable the eggs to be fully fertilized, and then uniformly scattering fertilized eggs on fish nests in water;
after the fertilized eggs absorb water, the fertilized eggs are transferred to another breeding pond for hatching, the quality of hatching water meets the relevant standard, the water temperature is 22-24 ℃, the pH value is 6.5-8, the dissolved oxygen is 5mg/L or more, the fry is hatched after 72 hours, the fry starts to flatly swim for foraging after 48 hours, egg yolk water or brocade carp fry opening feed is fed, and the fries are transferred to an earth pond for fry cultivation after stable ingestion;
s3, fish species cultivation and identification:

s4, adult fish cultivation and overwintering:
shifting to a cement pond for overwintering from the bottom of 10 months to the middle ten days of the next 4 months, stocking 10-15 tails of 1-year-old koi in a water body for carrying out thin film planting in 1m, stocking 3-5 tails of 2-year-old koi in a water body for carrying out thin film planting in 1m, controlling the water temperature to be 20-24 ℃ by using a heating system, controlling the dissolved oxygen to be more than 5mg/L and the water depth to be 1.5m, feeding the feed with the protein content of more than 38 percent, feeding the fish with the daily feeding amount of 3-5 percent of the weight of the fish for 4-5 times daily;
allowing the fancy carp of more than 2 years old to pass winter in the soil pond, keeping the water depth to be more than 1.5m, and stopping feeding the feed when the water temperature is lower than 16 ℃;
transferring the fish fries into a soil pond for cultivation after overwintering, stocking 20-120 fries per 667 square meter water surface, placing the fish fries in water with the depth of 1.2-1.8m, the dissolved oxygen content of more than 5mg/L, feeding the fish fries with the feed protein content of more than 38%, feeding the fish fries with the daily feeding amount of 2-3% of the weight of the fish, and feeding the fish fries for 4-5 times daily;
s5, disease control:
disinfecting a soil pond 7 to 10 days before stocking, draining water in the pond, and splashing 75 to 100kg of quick lime per 667 square meter or 4 to 5kg of bleaching powder with a chlorine content of more than 30 percent on the square meter per 667 square meter; carrying out 20g/m ethanol-water separation on the cement pond and the fish fishing device, and soaking for 10-20 min for disinfection;
