本发明涉及一种城市轨道客车塞拉门的锁闭装置,属于轨道交通技术领域,包括丝杠,安装在丝杠上的螺母,分别与螺母和连接架转动连接的解锁摆杆,能在短横柱上滑动的连接架组成,该车辆门的锁闭装置及门载系统零件量极少,对安装空间无要求,结构简单,操作方便,可靠性和稳定性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,具体涉及一种城市轨道客车塞拉门的闭锁装置。
背景技术
随着城市轨道交通系统的发展,对塞拉门部件的功能性,可靠性,可维护性等有了更高的要求,锁闭装置作为门载系统中的关键部件,其安全可靠性直接关系着运营安全,因此,设计合理的锁闭机构,可以使故障率大大降低,从而保证车辆的安全运营,现阶段LS无源锁闭的应用比较广泛,其最大特点在于升角螺杆的螺旋槽分两段,一段是大升角螺旋槽,末端连接锁闭段,其结构包括变升角螺杆,普通螺母,扭簧,螺套,接触销及手动解锁部分,变升角螺杆的螺旋槽分两段,一段是大升角高效率传动的螺旋槽,其末端连接一小段螺旋升角小于摩擦角的螺旋槽而形成锁闭段,门的锁闭与解锁是通过自适应螺母进入,退出变升角螺杆的锁闭区来实现的,手动关门时,借助于普通螺母与自适应螺母的相对转动来实现门锁闭,这种无源螺旋门机锁闭机构的零件多,安装难度大,总体结构复杂,调节难度大,丝杠不易加工,锁闭段出现磨损后丝杠不易更换,开关门过程中门扇易跳动,可靠性低,安全性差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种结构简单,可拆卸性好,易于检修的塞拉门闭锁装置;本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种塞拉门的锁闭装置,其特征在于,包括:丝杠;安装在丝杠上的螺母;分别与螺母,连接架转动连接的解锁摆杆;安装在短横柱上能前后滑动的连接架,保证了塞门动作的完成;其特征在于,还包括:解锁摆杆的前端通过连接轴转动连接在螺母上;解锁摆杆的后端通过连接轴转动连接在连接架上;单向限位垫,固定在丝杠的顶端;结构简单地,解锁摆杆与短横柱有一个微小的角度,当乘客用力推门时,会给解锁摆杆一个沿杆方向的力,进而给螺母一个向右的分力,由于单向限位垫圈的作用,使门起到了自锁的效果;与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:结构部件少,对安装空间没有要求,结构简单,操作方便,可靠性和稳定性高,当乘客推门时候,门会自锁。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,本实施例中的车辆门的闭锁装置可以设置一组以用于单扇门的开闭动作,该车辆门的闭锁装置也可以呈中心对称设置两组以用于两扇门的开闭动作,本实施例以匹配于向右侧打开的车辆门的闭锁装置为例,结合附图实施例对该闭锁装置的工作过程进行说明;如图1所示,开门时,以丝杠螺母为例,进行说明:电机带动丝杠1旋转,螺母2向左移动,进而带动解锁摆杆3摆动,此时连接架4会受到一个力沿着短横柱5滑动,固定在连接架4上的携门架带动门扇6运动,完成解锁;如图2所示,关门时,在电机的作用下,螺母2沿着丝杠1向右移动,解锁摆杆3摆动,进而推动连接架4沿着短横柱5滑动,带动通过携门架安装在连接架上的门扇6运动,直至螺母2与单向限位垫接触,完成锁闭;优选地,解锁摆杆3与短横柱5有一个微小的角度,当乘客用力推门时,会给解锁摆杆一个沿杆方向的力,进而给螺母2一个向右的分力,由于单向限位垫圈的作用,使门起到了自锁的效果;本文中所描述的具体实例施仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明,本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种车辆门的闭锁装置,其特征在于:包括丝杠(1),螺母(2),安装在所述丝杠(1)上,解锁摆杆(3)分别与螺母(2),连接架(4)转动连接,连接架(4)能在短横柱(5)上前后滑动,保证了塞门动作的完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆门的闭锁装置,其特征在于:本专利只是用丝杠(1)与螺母(2)进行举例说明,并不局限于丝杠螺母这种传统方式,只要是能够实现这个运动的机构都属于本专利的保护范围。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆门的闭锁装置,其特征在于:闭锁状态下,解锁摆杆(3)与短横柱(5)有一个微小的角度,且解锁摆杆(3)通过连接轴分别与螺母(2),连接架(4)转动连接,当乘客用力推门时,会给解锁摆杆(3)一个沿杆方向的力,进而给螺母(2)一个向右的分力,由于单向限位垫圈的作用,使门起到了自锁的效果。
