背景技术
减肥法是指依据某种的科学方法(多指最佳科学节食),达到健康的减少体重的目的。近年来,国外许多专家、学者对减肥方法进行了广泛而深入的研究,提出了不少行之有效的方法,大致分为两类:一、科学饮食减肥法,通过科学控制日常饮食达到减肥目的;二、生理期减肥法,依据身体的机能状况并配合饮食,以达到减重的目的。
目前采用食疗的减肥方式较为推广,如名称为大豆多肽减肥食品、申请号为CN200810030132.3的发明专利中设计了一种包括大豆多肽、魔芋精粉、荞麦粉、海藻粉、荷叶粉、甜菊苷粉末、β-环状糊精、乙基麦芽酚的减肥食品,但该发明减肥效果较差,并且制造方法过于繁琐,如名称为一种减肥粉及其制备方法、申请号为CN201310677408.8的发明专利中,设计了一种包括酵母、荔枝核、冬瓜皮的减肥粉,但该发明中的减肥粉的原材料过于单一,并且不能够满足减肥人群的营养搭配。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种减肥代餐粉及其制备方法。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种减肥代餐粉及其制备方法,所述原料组成以及重量份:白芸豆提取物0.1-0.5份、L-阿拉伯糖3-5份、薏苡仁10-15份、大豆小分子肽10-15份、鳕鱼胶原蛋白小分子肽10-15份、赤小豆10-15份、鲣鱼胜肽5-10份、奇亚籽5-10份、亚麻籽5-10份、茯苓12-14份、甘草15-20份、菊粉10-15份、大豆磷脂1-5份、荷叶提取物3-5份、竹叶黄酮5-8份、低聚异麦芽糖25-30份;
一种减肥代餐粉的制备方法,由以下步骤实现:
步骤1:选取成熟的薏苡仁、赤小豆、奇亚籽、亚麻籽,进行清洗沥干水分并进行干燥;
步骤2:将步骤1中干燥后的薏苡仁10-15份、赤小豆10-15份、奇亚籽5-10份、亚麻籽5-10份放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,于此同时将茯苓12-14份、甘草15-20份、菊粉10-15份放入粉碎机内一同粉碎,形成初料;
步骤3:将步骤2中的初料放入湿润器中进行湿润处理,并将湿润处理后的初料导入膨化器中进行膨化,形成膨化料;
步骤4:将步骤3中的膨化料再次导入粉碎机中进行粉碎,再将粉碎后的膨化料进行过筛,形成组分原料;
步骤5:将步骤4中的组分原料放入搅拌机中,于此同时添加白芸豆提取物0.1-0.5份、L-阿拉伯糖3-5份、大豆小分子肽10-15份、鳕鱼胶原蛋白小分子肽10-15份、鲣鱼胜肽5-10份、大豆磷脂1-5份、荷叶提取物3-5份、竹叶黄酮5-8份以及低聚异麦芽糖25-30份进行混合;
步骤6:将步骤5混合后的原料进行装袋密封。
