2: putting 1-2 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus, 1-1.5 parts of lactobacillus casei, 0.5 part of yeast, 3 parts of honey, 3 parts of brown sugar and 20-25 parts of purified water into a fermentation tank, taking out after the temperature reaches 35-37 ℃ for 24 hours for later use
3: adding 25 parts of selenium-rich apple vinegar, 35 parts of rock candy and 40 parts of 35-degree rice vinegar into a fermentation tank, fermenting for 20 days for later use,
