First, experimental material
The samples are the yak collagen peptide sports drink prepared in example 1, and the urea nitrogen and myohepatic glycogen determination kits are purchased from Nanjing to build the bioengineering institute. The experimental animal is a healthy Kunming male mouse, the SPF grade is achieved, the weight is 18-23 g, the experimental animal is provided by the Changsha Schleichzeda animal experiment center, the room temperature is maintained at 20-25 ℃, and water and food can be freely drunk.
Second, Experimental methods
2.1 grouping and administration
Setting up experimental groups with different dosages (0.5 mL/d of yak collagen peptide sports drink and 1mL/d of yak collagen peptide sports drink), wherein American ginseng in a positive control group is intragastrically filled according to the dosage of 0.6mg/(g "d), American ginseng in a negative control group is 1mL of sports drink (prepared by adopting the formula and the method in the embodiment 1, but not added with yak collagen), and distilled water in a blank group is intragastrically filled by 0.5 mL/d; each group of 6 mice, the administration frequency of 1 time/day, the administration time of 4 weeks, and 5 groups of mice were weighed 1 time per week for 4 weeks continuously, and the behavioral characteristics of the mice were observed every day; and the mice were subjected to a weight swimming test, serum urea assay and liver glycogen assay 30min after the last gavage.
2.2 weight bearing swimming test
The 5 groups of mice are continuously administrated for 4 weeks, after 30min of the last gastric lavage, the tail root of the mouse is loaded with 5 percent weight of lead skin and placed in a swimming box (the water temperature is 25 +/-1.0 ℃, and the water depth is more than 30cm) for swimming until the mouse does not float any more 10s after sinking into the water bottom as the exhaustion death standard, and the time from the beginning of swimming to death is recorded as the exhaustion swimming time of the mouse.
2.3 serum Urea assay
The administration of 5 groups of mice was continued for 4 weeks, and after 30min of the last gavage, the mice were sacrificed and the eyeballs were pulled out to obtain about 0.5mL of whole blood after swimming in water at 30 ℃ for 60min without load. Standing in a refrigerator at 4 deg.C for 3h, centrifuging at 2000rpm for 15min after blood coagulation, collecting serum, and determining urea level according to the urea nitrogen determination kit.
2.4 liver glycogen assay
The 5 groups of mice are continuously administrated for 4 weeks, the mice are sacrificed after 30min of the last gastric lavage, the liver is rinsed by physiological saline and then is sucked dry by filter paper, and the content of glycogen of the liver is measured according to the instruction of a measuring kit.
Third, experimental results
The body weight changes of the mice during the 4-week gavage are shown in table 1; the results of the weight swimming test, serum urea assay and liver glycogen assay of the mice 30min after the last gavage are shown in table 2.

The weight change of Kunming mice reflects the influence of yak collagen peptide sports drink on the health condition of the mice, and the weight of the mice is not good for the health of the mice when the weight of the mice is increased or reduced too fast. As can be seen from Table 1, the weight of the mice gradually increased with the prolongation of the gavage time during the gavage period of 4 weeks; however, the body weights of the mice fed with the sports drink of the invention at 3 weeks and 4 weeks were lower than those of the other groups, because the collagen peptide drink of the invention has the effect of improving satiety, thereby reducing the food intake of the mice and further slowing down the weight increase of the mice; the difference of the weekly increase range of the body weight of other groups of mice is not obvious, and no abnormal or dead phenomenon is found at the same time, and the result shows that the intragastric yak collagen peptide sports drink does not influence the normal growth of the mice and has no toxic or side effect on the mice.

The consumption of blood sugar and protein can cause fatigue, and the reduction of exercise endurance is the most direct and objective index for reflecting the fatigue degree of the body. The invention characterizes the anti-fatigue effect of the yak collagen peptide sports drink through a load swimming experiment and 2 biochemical indexes (serum urea nitrogen and glycogen). The longer the mice exhaustion swimming time, the more obvious the fatigue relieving effect of the compound is shown, as can be seen from table 2, the mice exhaustion swimming time of 0.5mL and 1.0mL yak collagen peptide sports drink groups per day in 4 weeks is 71.5min and 76.8min, which are 2.8 times and 3.1 times of the blank group, and the significant difference is achieved with the blank group, which shows that the yak collagen peptide sports drink can significantly prolong the exhaustion swimming time of the sports mice, has a certain anti-fatigue effect, and is superior to 0.6mg/g "d of American ginseng and the negative group without collagen peptide, and other components of the sports drink have weak anti-fatigue effects.
The blood urea nitrogen can be used for evaluating the exercise load, the lower the level of the blood urea nitrogen in the body is, the better the exercise tolerance is, as can be seen from table 2, after swimming for 30min, the blood urea nitrogen content of the yak collagen peptide exercise beverage group with the volume of 0.5mL and 1.0mL per day after gastric lavage is reduced by 14.2% and 21.1% respectively compared with the blank group, and the significant difference is achieved between the blank group, so that the gavage yak collagen peptide provides energy for the mouse body, and the protein metabolism level is slowed down, so that the blood urea nitrogen content is reduced, the exercise tolerance of the mouse is improved, and the anti-fatigue effect is certain, and is superior to the American ginseng with the volume of 0.6mg/g d and the negative group without the collagen peptide.
The high and low glycogen contents indicate the fatigue degree, the higher the hepatic glycogen content in the body is, the stronger the exercise tolerance is, and under the condition that the body is strenuously exercising and consumes energy, the energy can be timely supplied to the body to maintain the blood sugar level and delay the fatigue. As can be seen from Table 2, after swimming for 30min, the liver glycogen content of the groups of the yak collagen peptide sports drink with the gavage amount of 0.5mL and 1.0mL is respectively 10.1% higher and 27.8% higher than that of the blank group within 4 weeks, so that the significant difference is achieved, and the yak collagen peptide sports drink with the gavage amount is capable of improving the energy metabolic system of mice, reducing the decomposition of liver glycogen, improving the exercise tolerance of organisms, having a certain anti-fatigue effect and being superior to the American ginseng with the concentration of 0.6mg/g d and the negative group without collagen peptide.
Claims (10)
1. A yak collagen peptide sports beverage is characterized in that the raw materials of the formula comprise: yak collagen peptide, yeast extract, biotin, taurine, lemon juice, fructose, sodium chloride and purified water.
2. The yak collagen peptide sports beverage as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following formula raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of yak collagen peptide, 0.05-1 part of yeast extract, 0.1-0.2 part of biotin, 0.5-1 part of taurine, 1-5 parts of lemon juice, 0.1-1 part of fructose, 0.25-1 part of sodium chloride and 200-300 parts of purified water.
3. The yak collagen peptide sports beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the yak collagen peptide is obtained by extracting yak consumption by-product by complex directional enzyme digestion technology.
4. The yak collagen peptide sports beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of said yak collagen peptide is less than 1000 Da.
5. The yak collagen peptide sports beverage as claimed in claim 3, wherein the yak is a pure natural ecological environment, and is cultivated at low temperature, low oxygen and strong light.

(2) and (5) carrying out vacuum sterile filling.
