Background

the inner core includes: bird's nest: 2-16 parts by weight; thickening agent: 0.1 to 1.2 parts by weight; calcium salt: 0.1 to 1.1 parts by weight; functional substance: 0.1 to 1.2 parts by weight; softening water: 65-100 parts by weight; trace elements: 0.1 to 1 part by weight; the thickening agent comprises xanthan gum and/or guar gum and/or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and/or modified starch; the calcium salt comprises calcium chloride and calcium lactate; the functional substances comprise resveratrol, lactic acid bacteria, hyaluronic acid and glutathione; the microelements comprise vitamin a, natural vitamin e powder, vitamin b1, vitamin b2, vitamin b6, vitamin b12, vitamin c, nicotinamide, folic acid, magnesium sulfate, calcium lactate, ferrous sulfate and zinc lactate; the inner core further comprises: auxiliary materials: 0.1-1.2 parts by weight of auxiliary materials, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise aronia melanocarpa, spearmint extracts and marine fish oligopeptides.

Optionally, the inner core further comprises a sweetener comprising: stevioside: 0.1 to 2.5 parts by weight; royal jelly: 0.1 to 3.5 parts by weight; zinc gluconate: 0.1 to 2.2 parts by weight; and (3) xylo-oligosaccharide: 0.1 to 3.2 parts by weight; sucralose: 0.1 to 4.1 parts by weight; maltodextrin, 2: 0.1 to 3.2 parts by weight.
Optionally, the stevioside: 1.2 parts by weight; the royal jelly: 2.3 parts by weight; the zinc gluconate: 1.2 parts by weight; the xylo-oligosaccharide: 2 parts by weight; the sucralose: 3 parts by weight; the maltodextrin is characterized in that: 1.6 parts by weight.

3) adding the thickener, the calcium salt, the functional substance, the trace elements and the auxiliary materials into the cubilose liquid, stirring and mixing to form an inner core glue solution;
4) adding the sweetener, the adjuvant and the functional agent into the inner core glue solution, and uniformly stirring to form inner core functional liquid for later use;
dripping:
1) sending the inner core functional liquid into bead blasting and dripping equipment, dripping the inner core functional liquid into the outer skin glue through a dripper, forming the inner core functional liquid in the outer skin glue for 30-60 seconds, fishing out the inner core functional liquid, washing the outer skin glue remained on the surface by clear water, and forming bead blasting cubilose;
2) and putting the popsicle cubilose into a curing solvent prepared from calcium chloride or calcium lactate, fishing out after curing for 2-3 seconds, and washing with clear water once to form the cured popsicle cubilose.
The preparation method of the ball-exploded bird's nest has the following technical effects:

The sodium alginate is a byproduct after iodine and mannitol are extracted from brown algae kelp or gulfweed, molecules of the sodium alginate are connected by beta-D-mannuronic acid (beta-D-mannuronic, M) and alpha-L-guluronic acid (alpha-L-guluronic, G) according to a (1 → 4) bond, the sodium alginate is a natural polysaccharide, and has stability, solubility, viscosity and safety required by pharmaceutical preparation auxiliary materials.

Dripping:

9. The preparation method of the ball-exploded bird's nest is characterized by comprising the following steps:
material treatment:

dripping:
1) sending the inner core functional liquid into bead blasting and dripping equipment, dripping the inner core functional liquid into the outer skin glue through a dripper, forming the inner core functional liquid in the outer skin glue for 30-60 seconds, fishing out the inner core functional liquid, washing the outer skin glue remained on the surface by clear water, and forming bead blasting cubilose;
