the stevioside is prepared by the following steps: 1.2 parts by weight;
the royal jelly: 2.3 parts by weight;
the zinc gluconate: 1.2 parts by weight;
the xylo-oligosaccharide: 2 parts by weight;
the sucralose: 3 parts by weight;
the maltodextrin is characterized in that: 1.6 parts by weight.
5. The popped bird nest of claim 1, wherein the inner core further comprises an adjuvant, the adjuvant comprising:
grape seed extract: 0.5 to 2 parts by weight;
cherry powder: 0.5 to 5 parts by weight;
tea polyphenol: 0.5 to 6 parts by weight;
citrus extract: 0.5 to 4.5 parts by weight;
lycopene: 0.5 to 5 parts by weight;
apple powder: 0.5 to 6 parts by weight;
red raspberry powder: 0.5 to 6 parts by weight.

the apple powder comprises the following components: 3 parts by weight;
