Description

Tear-off mask containing aerogel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a tear-off mask containing aerogel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard and the upgrading of consumption concept, people are more and more concerned about the quality of life, on the premise that the clothing and food residence is satisfied, the pursuit of healthy and beautiful fashion life is started, the demands of consumers on beauty and skin care are continuously and rapidly increased, the market prospect is wide, and the beauty and skin care industry is widely concerned by people.
The commercial facial mask can adsorb grease and dirt on the surface of skin and in hair follicles, so that pores are unobstructed, the skin wetting sense is enhanced, and the excretion of sebum and the absorption of nutrient components are facilitated. According to the different cleaning modes, the facial mask can be divided into a tearing type facial mask and a washing type facial mask, wherein the tearing type facial mask is fully contacted and adhered with skin by utilizing the facial mask, and when the facial mask is torn off the skin, blackheads, aged cutin, grease, mites and other dirt on the skin are torn off by means of the adsorption capacity of the tearing type facial mask, so that the tearing type facial mask has a very strong cleaning effect.
The traditional tearing type facial mask often selects organic wax as an effective adsorption component of skin grease and sweat, and can control the oil of the skin, but the organic wax can give people dry and rough feeling in the use process, and the stability is insufficient (especially in high concentration) due to the growth of crystals. The fatty acid can also be used as an oil control component of a nursing mask, and different from the organic wax, the fatty acid can control oil and simultaneously generate a smooth feel to skin, but the fatty acid has good oil control effect only at a higher content, so that the product stability and the formula design space are limited. Therefore, the development of the oil control agent with low addition amount and stable property and providing smooth feeling has practical value.
Aerogel is a porous, sponge-like structure of light, high-adsorption material, and the aerogel is a beneficial attempt as an oil control and slipping component of cosmetics: patent CN103327955A discloses a composition of hydrophobic silica aerogel particles and silicone oil for moisturizing creams and ointments and the like, the specific surface area of the aerogel involved is 500-1500m 2 And/g, wherein the average particle size is 1-1500 mu m, the silicone oil is compounded by linear silicone oil with different viscosities, and the cream-like cosmetics such as moisturizing cream, cream and the like prepared by the mixture of the silica aerogel particles and the linear silicone oil have oil control and soft light properties. Patent CN104203198A discloses that silica aerogel and clay as a composite can be added to cream-like cosmetics such as moisturizing creams, rinse-off masks, etc., to enable uniform and pleasant application without pilling during application, drying or use involving cleaning products.
However, the moisture-keeping performance of the aerogel is often not compatible with the oil control and the smoothness, because the used hydrophobic aerogel has a strong repulsive action on moisture, and the tear-off mask often contains a large amount of moisture, so that the tear-off mask with the oil control, the smoothness and the moisture-keeping performance is highly needed.

and (3) water retention test: for the tear-type mask, the quality of water retention capacity directly influences the use body feeling of a customer, and is also related to effective application of active ingredients, a centrifugal experiment is designed, the water retention performance of the tear-type mask is simulated according to the weight retention rate after centrifugation, the specific operation is that each experimental group mask is uniformly smeared with the thickness of about 0.5mm on a glass sheet, naturally dried to form a film after 15min, then cut into small sheets of 30mm multiplied by 30mm, immersed in deionized water at normal temperature for 1min to saturate, the weight M1 is weighed, then the mask is placed into a plastic centrifuge tube, the rotating speed of the centrifuge is set to 400rpm, the time is set to 30s, 150s and 500s respectively, the mask is taken out from the centrifuge tube and weighed again to M2, samples of each experimental group are tested for 5 times to obtain an average value, the weight retention rate W1 is calculated according to a formula W1=M2/M1 multiplied by 100%, and the corresponding weight retention rate data of each experimental group mask under different centrifugal times are shown in Table 2.
Oil absorption test: uniformly coating the mask of each experimental group on a glass sheet to a thickness of about 0.5mm, naturally drying the glass sheet for 15min to form a film, cutting the film into small pieces with a thickness of 100mm multiplied by 100mm, weighing the weight M3, immersing the mask pieces into corn oil and 3# white oil respectively by using tweezers, taking out the mask pieces after 15min, wiping off superfluous grease on the surfaces, weighing the weight M4, and calculating the oil absorption rate W2 according to a formula W2= (M4-M3)/M3X100%, wherein the oil absorption rate data of each experimental group mask in corn oil and 3# white oil are shown in Table 3.
Friction coefficient test: the method is used for representing the roughness of the surface of the tearing type facial mask, the prepared tearing type facial mask is uniformly smeared on a substrate of a horizontal test bed to be about 0.5mm thick, the size is not less than 80mm multiplied by 200mm, the film is naturally dried to form a film after 15min, the film is attached to a sliding block to rub against the substrate, and the detection is carried out by referring to GB/T10006-1988 plastic film and sheet friction coefficient measuring method, and the dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient data are shown in Table 4.
Human trial experiment: the results of the human facial skin trial of the tear-off mask prepared in the above examples and comparative examples are shown in table 5, each group of examples and comparative examples is used for pasting five fixed volunteers, each volunteer face is smeared for 15min and then torn off after the mask is formed into a film, subjective scores are given to the trial feeling (moisturizing feeling 40, rough feeling 30 and greasy feeling 20) of the domestic commercial tear-off mask, wherein the larger the number is the stronger the sense of the tear-off mask, the higher the moisturizing feeling is, the better the overall performance of the tear-off mask with weaker rough feeling and greasy feeling is, the comprehensive score is introduced for quantitatively evaluating the overall performance of the mask, the calculation formula is that the comprehensive score = moisturizing feeling- (rough feeling+greasy feeling) ×0.8, and the higher the overall use performance of the domestic commercial tear-off mask is better the comprehensive score of 0; to ensure that the variables of each set of examples and comparative examples were controlled, the test order of each example and comparative example was random, and no other cosmetic product was applied to the face in any form by each volunteer during the test.
Test results:
table 2 shows the weight retention rate of the mask at different centrifugation times
Figure BDA0002463784560000181
Figure BDA0002463784560000191
As can be seen from the water retention test results in Table 2, as the weight fraction of the aerogel increases, the corresponding weight retention rate of the mask at different centrifugation times increases, and the water retention performance is better than that of the domestic market tear-off mask; it can be seen from the combination of example 2, example 5 and example 6 that the increase of temperature and rotation speed in the range of 60rpm to 120rpm at 65 ℃ to 90 ℃ has no significant effect on the water retention performance; it can be seen from the combination of example 2, example 4 and comparative example 3 that the difference in water retention properties is not large between 2 parts isopropyl myristate and 6 parts isopropyl myristate, but when no isopropyl myristate is used to disperse the aerogel, the water retention properties of the tear-off mask are greatly reduced, and from comparative example 1, the water retention properties are also greatly reduced when no aerogel is added, and from the combination of example 4 and comparative example 2, it can be seen that the water retention properties are also difficult to ensure if the aerogel is not pre-dispersed in isopropyl myristate.
Table 3 shows the oil absorption of the mask in corn oil and 3# white oil
Figure BDA0002463784560000192
Figure BDA0002463784560000201
As can be seen from Table 3, the tear-off mask prepared by the invention has good oil absorption capacity, compared with the tear-off mask sold in China, the oil absorption capacity is obviously improved, the oil absorption capacity is positively correlated with the content of aerogel, and by combining the embodiment 2, the embodiment 5 and the embodiment 6, the oil absorption capacity of increasing the temperature within the range of 65-90 ℃ and 60-120rpm is improved, but the oil absorption capacity is slightly reduced along with the improvement of the stirring rate, because the porous structure of the aerogel is damaged under higher shearing, the oil fixing capacity of the aerogel is influenced, the oil absorption capacity of the tear-off mask is particularly obvious in experiments for absorbing high-viscosity corn oil, and the oil absorption capacity of the tear-off mask is positively correlated with the content of isopropyl myristate from other embodiments and comparative examples.
Table 4 shows the dynamic and static coefficients of friction of the mask
Coefficient of dynamic friction Coefficient of static friction
Example 1 0.23 0.30
Example 2 0.25 0.31
Example 3 0.37 0.42
Example 4 0.35 0.44
Example 5 0.24 0.34
Example 6 0.28 0.37
Example 7 0.33 0.43
Comparative example 1 0.31 0.38
Comparative example 2 0.42 0.52
Comparative example 3 0.45 0.56
Domestic market tear-off facial mask 0.28 0.36
As can be seen from table 4, the tear-off mask with low aerogel content (0.5% -2% by weight) has a lower friction coefficient than the tear-off mask sold in the home-made market, and the friction coefficient increases significantly with increasing aerogel content (comparative example 3,5% by weight); as can be seen from the combination of example 2, example 5 and example 6, increasing the rotation speed within the range of 60rpm to 120rpm at 65 ℃ to 90 ℃ has no significant effect on the friction coefficient of the tear-off mask, and increasing the temperature friction coefficient slightly decreases; as can be seen from a combination of example 2, example 4 and comparative example 3, isopropyl myristate significantly affects the coefficient of friction of the tear-off mask: the higher the content, the smaller the friction coefficient of the tear-off mask, the more the friction coefficient is increased by removing the aerogel component from comparative example 1, and the dynamic friction coefficient of the tear-off mask is positively correlated with the content of isopropyl myristate from other examples and comparative examples, and the friction coefficient of the tear-off mask is increased by combining example 4 and comparative example 2 if the aerogel is not pre-dispersed in isopropyl myristate.
