Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌无纺布。所述无纺布是通过以下步骤获得的:(1)将无纺布原料经过熔融喷丝后,置于抗菌液中浸泡50‑60min;进行轧制后,在温度为60‑80℃条件下烘干得到原丝;(2)烘干后原丝的进行牵伸、成网后置于中草药提取液中浸泡50‑60min,烘干后再进行热轧得到最终的抗菌无纺布。本发明的抗菌无纺布在无纺布的生产过程中加入抗菌液,具有更长久的抗菌性能,同时,采用中草药提取液协同抗菌,对皮肤表面的刺激性小,适合用于无纺布以及四件套,制备得到的四件套具有抗菌性,适合宾馆使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌无纺布及四件套,属于无纺布材料技术领域。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料,具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种。
目前的纺织品,特别是无纺布制品,色彩丰富、鲜艳明丽、时尚环保、用途广泛、美观大方,图案和款式都多样,且质轻、环保、可循环再用,被国际公认为保护地球生态的环保产品。适用于农用薄膜、制鞋、制革、床垫、子母被、装饰、化工、印刷、汽车、建材,家具等行业,及服装衬布,帽,床单,酒店一次性台布,美容,桑拿乃至当今时尚的礼品袋,精品袋,购物袋,广告袋等等,特别适用于制备医疗卫生一次性手术衣、口罩、卫生巾、尿不湿和四件套等。
在纺织品的应用中,其抗菌功能的实现是非常关键的。传统的抗菌纺织品的制备如:采用的纺织品杀菌处理剂为,以重量份计,包括:醋酸乙烯6~8、甲醇10~20、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4~6、三乙烯四胺1~3、聚氧丙烯三醇3~8、甲基丙烯酸乙酯30~50;也有采用如下抗菌整理剂:将2~3质量份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、1~2质量份三氟甲基二苯脲、15~17质量份3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙基二甲基十八烷基氯化铵和4~5质量份山梨酸混合,然后同时缓慢加入1~2质量份聚丙二醇、6~8质量份烷基乙烯脲、20~25质量份氧化锌和7~8质量份铝锆酸酯偶联剂,30~35分钟内投料完毕,继续混合1.5~2.5小时;还有采用如下抗菌整理剂:用十八烷基二甲基(3-甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基)氯化铵65~75%,有机硅氧烷D420~30%,TMPTMA2~5%,加水配置成10~50g/L。虽然使用这些抗菌纺织品在一定程度上能够使纺织品起到抗菌效果,但是抗菌期限较短,并且所采用化学成分浓度偏高、刺激性强,不适用于制备医疗卫生一次性手术衣、口罩、卫生巾、尿不湿等。
因此,一种抗菌效果好并且无皮肤刺激性的抗菌无纺布是很有必要的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗菌无纺布及四件套。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种抗菌无纺布,是通过以下步骤获得的:
(1)将无纺布原料经过熔融喷丝后,置于抗菌液中浸泡50-60min;进行轧制后,在温度为60-80℃条件下烘干得到原丝;
(2)烘干后原丝的进行牵伸、成网后置于中草药提取液中浸泡50-60min,烘干后再进行热轧得到最终的抗菌无纺布;
其中,所述抗菌液包括以下重量份数的原料:聚苯乙烯乙内酰脲10-20份、季铵盐10-20份、山梨酸4-8份、卡拉胶1-3份、硬脂酸锌1.5-2份、乙醇30-40份和水150-160份。
所述的一种抗菌无纺布,所述抗菌液是通过以下步骤获得的:将卡拉胶和乙醇混合后再逐渐加入水,搅拌混合后加入聚苯乙烯乙内酰脲、季铵盐、山梨酸和硬脂酸锌,混合后得到抗菌液。
所述的一种抗菌无纺布,所述中草药提取液是通过以下步骤获得的:将金银花、艾叶和荷叶置于水中,在温度为95-105℃的条件下提取50-60min,得到滤液后滤渣再次进行提取,合并两次滤液,向滤液内加入糊精和羧甲基纤维素钠,充分混合后得到中草药提取液。
所述的一种抗菌无纺布,以两次提取的水总重量份数为100份计,其余各原料重量份数为金银花10-20份、艾叶10-20份、荷叶5-9份、糊精5-9份和羧甲基纤维素钠1-3份。
所述的一种抗菌无纺布,所述第一次提取采用60份的水,第二次提取采用40份的水。
所述的一种抗菌无纺布,所述无纺布原料为PP、PET或PVC中的一种或几种。
一种抗菌四件套,采用所述的抗菌无纺布制成。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的抗菌无纺布在无纺布的生产过程中加入抗菌液,具有更长久的抗菌性能,同时,采用中草药提取液协同抗菌,对皮肤表面的刺激性小,适合用于无纺布以及四件套,制备得到的四件套具有抗菌性,适合宾馆使用。
本发明采用的抗菌液以聚苯乙烯乙内酰脲、季铵盐和山梨酸为主要抗菌成为,辅助添加卡拉胶更好的改善了抗菌液与纺丝的粘结性,从而提高了无纺布的抗菌持久性。
本发明采用的中草药提取液具有抗菌成分金银花、艾叶和荷叶,辅以糊精和羧甲基纤维素钠能够更好的与原丝粘结,提高了原丝的抗菌性能,同时,中草药提取液刺激性小,更加安全。

实施例1
一种抗菌无纺布,是通过以下步骤获得的:
(1)将PVC经过熔融喷丝后,置于抗菌液中浸泡50-60min;进行轧制后,在温度为60-80℃条件下烘干得到原丝;
(2)烘干后原丝的进行牵伸、成网后置于中草药提取液中浸泡50-60min,烘干后再进行热轧得到最终的抗菌无纺布;
其中,所述抗菌液包括以下重量份数的原料:聚苯乙烯乙内酰脲20份、季铵盐10份、山梨酸4份、卡拉胶1份、硬脂酸锌1.5份、乙醇30份和水150份。
所述抗菌液是通过以下步骤获得的:将卡拉胶和乙醇混合后再逐渐加入水,搅拌混合后加入聚苯乙烯乙内酰脲、季铵盐、山梨酸和硬脂酸锌,混合后得到抗菌液。

一种抗菌无纺布,是通过以下步骤获得的:
(1)将PP经过熔融喷丝后,进行轧制再进行牵伸、成网后得到无纺布;
(2)将无纺布置于抗菌液中浸泡50-60min进行轧制后,在温度为60-80℃条件下烘干;再置于中草药提取液中浸泡50-60min,烘干后得到抗菌无纺布。
其余均与实施例3相同。
对各实施例和对比例进行抗菌测试,结果见下表。
从以上实施例和对比例可以看出,与对比例1相比,本发明添加了中草药抗菌剂,制备得到的无纺布(实施例1-3)具有更高的抗菌性能,并且抗菌效果持久。与对比例2相比,本发明采用了全新的抗菌液,制备得到的无纺布(实施例1-3)具有更高的抗菌性能,并且抗菌效果持久。与对比例3相比,本发明采用了在无纺布生产过程中加入抗菌液,制备得到的无纺布(实施例1-3)具有更持久的抗菌性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布,其特征是,所述抗菌液是通过以下步骤获得的:将卡拉胶和乙醇混合后再逐渐加入水,搅拌混合后加入聚苯乙烯乙内酰脲、季铵盐、山梨酸和硬脂酸锌,混合后得到抗菌液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布,其特征是,所述中草药提取液是通过以下步骤获得的:将金银花、艾叶和荷叶置于水中,在温度为95-105℃的条件下提取50-60min,得到滤液后滤渣再次进行提取,合并两次滤液,向滤液内加入糊精和羧甲基纤维素钠,充分混合后得到中草药提取液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌无纺布,其特征是,以两次提取的水总重量份数为100份计,其余各原料重量份数为金银花10-20份、艾叶10-20份、荷叶5-9份、糊精5-9份和羧甲基纤维素钠1-3份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌无纺布,其特征是,所述第一次提取采用60份的水,第二次提取采用40份的水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布,其特征是,所述无纺布原料为PP、PET或PVC中的一种或几种。
7.一种抗菌四件套,采用如权利要求1-6任一权利要求所述的抗菌无纺布制成。
