目前无论是遮阳布还是窗帘对于消费者来说不会经常清洗,尤其应用于室外的户外面料在使用过程中,需经受风吹、雨淋、日晒等外部天气环境的考验,在空气中还会含有各种各样的有机无机污染物,这不但影响织物的外观,而且积累的污物还会引起微生物在织物表面的生长和繁殖。

所述天然抗菌剂为由佛耳草、菊花、艾叶、连翘、鱼腥草按照质量比1-2:1-3:1-3:1-2:1-1.5混合浸提得到的密度为1-1.5g/ml的植物提取液。
本发明制作而成的面料具有遮光耐热抗菌的功效。
本发明中所述的份为重量份。
实施例2,
本实施例的面料通过以下制备工艺制备而成:
A,将2份聚酯纤维、3份竹纤维、4份铜氨纤维、3份聚乳酸纤维、1份海藻纤维共混后,进行熔融造粒,然后纺空变丝进行编织得坯布;
进一步的,所述步骤A中各原料在共混前先进行开松预处理:将各原料均开松成单纤维状,去除杂质,分别在梳棉机上进行梳理,对各原料预先进行开松,有利于原料混合均匀。
B,将胚布放入整理液中进行浸轧,然后干燥冷却得到成品面料;所述整理液包括如下含量的成分:20g/L钛白粉,丙烯酸酯粘合剂18g/L,甘油2g/L,Gemini阳离子柔软剂35g/L,阻燃剂3g/L,微纳米氧化物6g/L,烷基聚氧乙烯醚丁二酸酯磺酸盐2g/L,三苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g/L,十六烷基硫酸钠8-15g/L,烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠5g/L,十二烷基羧酸钠8g/L,铵盐5g/L,次磷酸钠6g/L,聚甘油脂肪酸酯3g/L、琥珀酸4g/L,天然抗菌剂1.5g/L;
所述天然抗菌剂为由佛耳草、菊花、艾叶、连翘、鱼腥草按照质量比1-2:1.5:2:2:1:1.2混合浸提得到的密度为1.2g/ml的植物提取液,其中浸提工艺为常规工艺。
其中浸轧的轧液率80%,所述干燥操作包括对浸轧后的面料进行初烘和复烘,初烘的温度为75℃,复烘的温度为150℃。
进一步的,所述植物提取液中还含有8-10g/L的壳聚糖,加入壳聚糖进一步保证该植物提取液的抗菌性。
进一步的,所述海藻纤维是海藻酸钠通过溶液法纺纤后,经卷绕成型、集束牵伸、热定型、卷曲后制成,细度2-5D。
进一步的,所述聚乳酸纤维是由聚乳酸熔融纺纤后,经卷绕成型、集束牵伸、热定型、卷曲后制成,细度0.5D。
本实施例中的所述钛白粉的粒度为0.35-0.50μm,白度不低于98%(优选为98%、99%、99.5%),耐黄变等级不低于4级(优选为4级、5级)。
实施例3,
本实施例的面料通过以下制备工艺制备而成:
将4份聚酯纤维、4份竹纤维、3份铜氨纤维、2份聚乳酸纤维、1份海藻纤维共混后,进行熔融造粒,然后纺空变丝进行编织得坯布;
B,将胚布放入整理液中进行浸轧,然后干燥冷却得到成品面料;所述整理液包括如下含量的成分:18g/L钛白粉,丙烯酸酯粘合剂30g/L,甘油3g/L,Gemini阳离子柔软剂30g/L,阻燃剂3g/L,微纳米氧化物7g/L,烷基聚氧乙烯醚丁二酸酯磺酸盐1g/L,三苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g/L,十六烷基硫酸钠15g/L、烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠5g/L,十二烷基羧酸钠10g/L,铵盐5-g/L,次磷酸钠5g/L,聚甘油脂肪酸酯5g/L,琥珀酸4g/L,天然抗菌剂3g/L;
所述天然抗菌剂为由佛耳草、菊花、艾叶、连翘、鱼腥草按照质量比2:2.5:2.5:1:1.5混合浸提得到的密度为1.5g/ml的植物提取液。
其中浸轧的轧液率75%,所述干燥操作包括对浸轧后的面料进行初烘和复烘,初烘的温度为70℃,复烘的温度为140℃。

Claims (8)

1.一种由高分子材料制作而成的面料,其特征在于,该面料通过以下制备工艺制备而成:
A,将聚酯纤维、竹纤维、铜氨纤维、聚乳酸纤维、海藻纤维共混后,进行熔融造粒,然后纺空变丝进行编织得坯布;
B,将胚布放入整理液中进行浸轧,然后干燥冷却得到成品面料;所述整理液包括如下含量的成分:12-20g/L钛白粉;丙烯酸酯粘合剂18-32g/L,甘油1-3g/L,Gemini阳离子柔软剂30-40g/L,阻燃剂3-4g/L,微纳米氧化物5-12g/L,烷基聚氧乙烯醚丁二酸酯磺酸盐1-2g/L,三苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2.5g/L,十六烷基硫酸钠8-15g/L,烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠3-5g/L,十二烷基羧酸钠5-10g/L,铵盐5-6g/L,次磷酸钠5-10g/L,聚甘油脂肪酸酯3-5g/L,琥珀酸4-6g/L,天然抗菌剂1.5-3g/L;
所述天然抗菌剂为由佛耳草、菊花、艾叶、连翘、鱼腥草按照质量比1-2:1-3:1-3:1-2:1-1.5混合浸提得到的密度为1-1.5g/ml的植物提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种由高分子材料制作而成的面料,其特征在于,所述干燥操作包括对浸轧后的面料进行初烘和复烘,初烘的温度为75℃,复烘的温度为150℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2任意一项所述的一种由高分子材料制作而成的面料,其特征在于,聚酯纤维2-4份、竹纤维3-4份、铜氨纤维3-4份、聚乳酸纤维2-4份、海藻纤维1-3份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种由高分子材料制作而成的面料,其特征在于,所述植物提取液中还含有8-10g/L的壳聚糖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种由高分子材料制作而成的面料,其特征在于,所述天然抗菌剂为由佛耳草、菊花、艾叶、连翘、鱼腥草按照质量比1.5:2:2:1:1.2混合浸提得到的密度为1.2g/ml的植物提取液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种由高分子材料制作而成的面料,其特征在于,所述海藻纤维是海藻酸钠通过溶液法纺纤后,经卷绕成型、集束牵伸、热定型、卷曲后制成,细度2-5D。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种由高分子材料制作而成的面料,其特征在于,所述聚乳酸纤维是由聚乳酸熔融纺纤后,经卷绕成型、集束牵伸、热定型、卷曲后制成,细度0.5D。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种由高分子材料制作而成的面料,其特征在于,所述步骤A中各原料在共混前先进行开松预处理:将各原料均开松成单纤维状,去除杂质,分别在梳棉机上进行梳理。
