the liquid storage space comprises a liquid storage drainage groove 42 connected with the drainage path, the liquid storage drainage groove 42 is provided with a plurality of scraping holes 43, and the scraping holes scrape and transfer residual garbage absorbed by the rolling brush 2 to the liquid storage drainage groove 42 through the flexible pressure contact of the rolling brush scraper 41 and the rolling brush 2; in other embodiments, the liquid storage space may also include a liquid storage cavity plate (not shown in the drawings) having a liquid storage cavity, the liquid storage cavity plate is provided with a plurality of scraping holes 43, each scraping hole 43 scrapes and transfers residual garbage absorbed by the roller brush 2 to the water storage cavity plate through flexible pressure contact between the roller brush scraper 41 and the roller brush 2, the structural design of the liquid storage cavity plate may have a better liquid storage effect, water leakage is avoided, when this also causes residual liquid garbage on the water storage cavity plate, and a person skilled in the art may select a specific embodiment according to actual needs;
in the specific implementation of the embodiment, the scraping holes 43 are arranged corresponding to the roller brush 2, the diameter range of the scraping holes 43 can be set to be 0.5-2mm, and the scraping holes 43 are obliquely and downwards arranged to ensure that water flowing into the scraping holes 43 is not easy to return; the drainage path comprises a drainage groove 44 positioned in the installation shell 11, the inlet of the drainage groove 44 is communicated with one side or two sides of the liquid storage drainage groove 42, and the outlet of the drainage groove is communicated with the garbage collection box 3; further preferably, a plurality of scraper convex ribs (not shown) are distributed on the surface of the rolling brush scraper 41 facing the rolling brush 2, so that the water wiping efficiency can be further improved, the fluffy state of the cleaning fibers of the rolling brush 2 is ensured, and the height of the scraper convex ribs can be set to be 0.2-1 mm;
considering that in the cleaning working condition, when the interference between the cleaning fibers on the rolling brush scraper blade 41 and the rolling brush 2 is too large, the cleaning fibers on the rolling brush 2 become sheet after being wetted, so that the dust holding amount of the cleaning fiber fluff is small, and the cleaning effect on the garbage on the ground is not facilitated, and when the floor mopping working condition is performed after the cleaning working condition is completed, the interference between the cleaning fibers on the rolling brush scraper blade 41 and the rolling brush 2 in the embodiment 1 can be increased, the water on the cleaning fibers can be scraped out by the rolling brush scraper blade 41 to a greater extent, and the residual water film on the ground is cleaned up repeatedly in a week-and-forth manner, so that the problem that the ground is not dry after being cleaned is solved, meanwhile, the dryness of the cleaning fibers on the rolling brush 2 is also improved, and secondary pollution to the cleaned ground caused by bacteria breeding is avoided; therefore, as an optimal technical scheme, the centrifugal guide plate 4 and the installation shell 11 are installed and connected in a split manner, the distance between the centrifugal guide plate 4 and the rolling brush 11 can be adjusted through lifting movement, the adjustment of the flexible pressure contact effect between the rolling brush scraper 41 and the rolling brush 2 is realized, and the cleaning requirements of different cleaning working conditions are met; wherein, when cleaning the operating mode, increase the interval between centrifugal deflector 4 and the round brush 2, do benefit to the round brush 2 to the effect of cleaning on ground, when dragging ground operating mode, reduce the interval between centrifugal deflector 4 and the round brush 2, do benefit to the effect of dragging on ground.
The embodiment also proposes the following specific structure to realize the adjustment of the distance between the centrifugal guide plate 4 and the rolling brush 2:
specifically, in the present embodiment, the guide plate driver 8 is installed between the centrifugal guide plate 4 and the installation housing 11, the centrifugal guide plate 4 can perform a lifting motion relative to the installation housing 11 by the guide plate driver 8, and the distance between the centrifugal guide plate 4 and the rolling brush 2 is adjusted by the lifting motion;
in the present embodiment, the guide plate driver 8 employs a mechanical driver; the mechanical driver comprises a limiting boss 81 fixedly installed at the lower end of the centrifugal guide plate 4, and a limiting sliding groove 82 selectively in limiting insertion connection with the limiting boss 81 is arranged on the installation shell 11; the limiting boss 81 is provided with a limiting tooth 81a, the bottom of the limiting chute 82 is provided with a limiting groove 82a, and a spring 83 is arranged between the limiting tooth 81a and the limiting groove 82 a; when the centrifugal guide plate 4 is pressed downwards in actual use, the spring 83 is stressed and compressed to drive the limiting teeth 81a to move downwards until the limiting lug bosses 81 of the centrifugal guide plate 4 are in limiting insertion connection with the limiting sliding grooves 82, meanwhile, the limiting teeth 81a are clamped with the limiting grooves 82a, the distance between the rolling brush scraping plate 41 and the rolling brush 2 is reduced, and the floor mopping working condition is achieved; the centrifugal guide plate 4 is pressed downwards again, at the moment, the limiting boss 81 and the limiting sliding groove 82 are not connected in a limiting mode in an inserting mode any more, the spring 83 resets, meanwhile, the limiting tooth 81a and the limiting groove 82a are separated from a clamping state, at the moment, the distance between the rolling brush scraping plate 41 and the rolling brush 2 is increased, and at the moment, the cleaning working condition is achieved; the distance adjusting range realized by the mechanical driver can be 1-3mm, and can be specifically selected according to actual cleaning requirements, and the distance adjusting range is not particularly limited in the embodiment; in other embodiments, the deflector driver 8 may also be an electric driver or a solenoid driver, as long as the distance between the roller wiper blade 41 and the roller wiper 2 is adjusted, and those skilled in the art can make conventional technical alternatives for the deflector driver 8 based on the technical idea, and these alternatives are all within the scope of the present invention.
In the actual deep application, the applicant found that when the cleaning apparatus 1 is used for cleaning a wet floor with liquid waste, even if the roll brush 2 presses moisture by flexible pressure contact with the roll brush blade 41, there is inevitably a sewage flow dropping downward to cause a sewage omission; for this purpose, preferably, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the lower mounting housing 11b is provided with a receiving flow guiding groove 15 connected to the guiding surface 52, the receiving flow guiding groove 15 is located below the roller brush 2 and connected to both sides of the guiding surface 52 to form a closed receiving flow guiding groove structure for receiving liquid drops falling off when the roller brush 2 rotates (including liquid drops falling off when the receiving roller brush scraping off guide 4 is in flexible pressure contact with the roller brush 2), and the sewage in the receiving flow guiding groove is thrown into the garbage collection box 3 again by the guiding surface 52 of the ground scraping off guide 5.
In the embodiment, firstly, the rolling contact between the rolling brush 2 and the ground is utilized, so that the garbage on the ground is brought up by the rolling brush 2 in a rotating motion state under the action of negative pressure adsorption, and meanwhile, the centrifugal force effect generated when the rolling brush 2 rotates conveys the garbage into the garbage collection box 3 corresponding to the rolling brush 2, however, the directional garbage collection function which only depends on the centrifugal force effect is poor, so that more garbage is left, therefore, the embodiment simultaneously and creatively provides the ground scraping guide 5 connected with the collection inlet 31, the ground scraping guide 5 specifically comprises the guide surface 52 and the ground scraping strip 51, the ground scraping strip 51 is in flexible pressure contact with the ground, so as to scrape the residual garbage on the ground and match with the rotating centrifugal force effect of the rolling brush 2 through the guide surface 52, so that the residual garbage on the ground is transferred into the garbage collection box 3, and the garbage missing can be remarkably reduced or avoided, effectively improve the clean effect of the compound function of sweeping and mopping of this embodiment, make it easily by masses consumer wide acceptance, and bring good clean use and experience.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A housing mounting structure of a cleaning apparatus, comprising a mounting housing (11) for mounting a roll brush (2),
one end of the rolling brush (2) is relatively rotatably arranged on the mounting shell (11), the other end of the rolling brush is in driving connection with the rolling brush driver (7), and the rolling brush (2) can be in rolling contact with the ground under the driving action of the rolling brush driver (7);
a garbage collecting area is integrally or separately arranged in the mounting shell (11), the garbage collecting area is provided with a collecting inlet (31) which is arranged corresponding to the rolling brush (2), and garbage brought up by the rolling contact is collected into the garbage collecting area under the rotating action of the rolling brush (2); wherein,
the rolling brush (2) and the mounting shell (11) are correspondingly matched to form a ground scraping guide (5) connected with the collecting inlet (31) and used for scraping residual garbage on the ground and transferring the residual garbage into the garbage collecting area through the rotating motion of the rolling brush (2); wherein the ground scraping guide (5) comprises a ground scraping strip (51) and a guide surface (52) which are respectively positioned on the mounting shell (11), the ground scraping strip (51) is in flexible pressure contact with the ground, and the guide surface (52) is connected with the collection inlet (31).
2. The housing mounting arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the floor scraper bar (51) extends obliquely in the direction of the roller brush (2), while the floor scraper bar (51) is mounted relatively swingably on the guide surface (52) for adjusting the resistance of the floor scraper bar (51) to the flexible pressure contact with the floor.
3. The housing mounting arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that a water collection platform (53) is formed between both ends of the guide surface (52) and the ground wiper strip (51), and that the ground wiper strip (51) is provided with protrusions (54) at both ends to form a centrally located concave return collection area (55), into which waste in the concave return collection area (55) is transferred by the rotational movement of the roller brush (2).
4. The housing mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the mounting housing (11) is integrally mounted and connected with the handle (13) through a twist head (12); a liquid storage box (61) is mounted on the handle (13), a valve body in driving connection with a mechanical pump or an electric pump (64) is arranged at an outlet of the liquid storage box (61), the mechanical pump or the electric pump (64) is connected with at least 1 nozzle (65) through a liquid spraying pipeline, and cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the ground and/or the rolling brush through the nozzle (65); the liquid storage box (61) is arranged at the front part of the handle (13), so that the center of gravity of the handle (13) is positioned at the front end, and the handle (13) is prevented from toppling.
5. The housing mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the roller brush (2) comprises a driving roller (2a) which is driven by a roller brush driver (7) and relatively rotatably mounted on the mounting housing (11), the driving roller (2a) is coated with a flexible roller brush (2b) for flexible contact with the ground on the outer periphery, wherein one end of the driving roller (2a) is detachably mounted on the mounting housing (11), and the other end thereof is detachably in driving connection with the output end of the roller brush driver (7).

The housing mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the twist head (12) includes a twist mounting portion (12a) and a twist body (12b) integrally mounted, the twist mounting portion (12a) is engaged with the handle (13), the twist mounting portion (12a) is rotatably mounted on an inner periphery of the twist body (12b), and both ends of the twist body (12b) are rotatably mounted on the mounting housing (11) respectively.
7. The housing mounting arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting housing (11) is provided with a roller brush opening (11c) for the roller brush (2) to make rolling contact with the ground and a centrifugal guide plate (4), the roller brush opening (11c) being connected on one side to the lower end of the waste collection area by the ground scraping guide (5) and on the other side to the upper end of the waste collection area by the centrifugal guide plate (4), while the centrifugal guide plate (4) is in clearance-guide engagement with the roller brush (2).
8. The housing mounting structure according to claim 7, characterized in that the centrifugal guide plate (4) is provided with a rolling brush scraper (41) in flexible pressure contact with the rolling brush (2) for scraping away residual garbage absorbed by the rolling brush (2) and transferring the garbage into the garbage collecting area; the rolling brush scraper (41) is provided with a liquid storage space, and the liquid storage space is connected with the garbage collection area through a drainage path; under the rotation state of round brush (2), through round brush scraper blade (41) with the linkage of ground scraping guide (5) is scraped away, forms directional closed loop cleaning path between ground, round brush (2) and rubbish collecting region for reduce or avoid rubbish to miss.
9. The shell mounting structure according to claim 8, wherein the centrifugal guide plate (4) is connected with the mounting shell (11) in a split mounting manner, and the distance between the centrifugal guide plate (4) and the rolling brush (2) is adjustable through lifting movement, so that the flexible pressure contact effect between the rolling brush scraper (41) and the rolling brush (2) is adjusted, and the cleaning requirements of different cleaning working conditions are met; wherein, when cleaning the operating mode, increase centrifugal deflector (4) with interval between round brush (2) does benefit to round brush (2) to the effect of cleaning on ground, when dragging ground operating mode, reduces centrifugal deflector (4) with interval between round brush (2) does benefit to the effect of dragging on ground.
10. The housing mounting arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the mounting housing (11) is provided with a receiving gutter connected to the ground scraping guide (5) for receiving liquid drops falling off when the roller brush (2) rotates and transferring the liquid in the receiving gutter into the waste collection area through the ground scraping guide (5).
