a cleaning roller covered with a liquid wettable material on an outer peripheral surface thereof;
a housing defining a roller chamber within which the cleaning roller is rotatably mounted, the roller chamber at least partially surrounding the cleaning roller, a lower portion of the roller chamber having a dirty air inlet, the lower portion of the cleaning roller defining a front edge of the dirty air inlet;
a cleaning liquid dispenser disposed in the roller chamber for dispensing cleaning liquid to the cleaning roller;
the dirty liquid transfer box is arranged at the rear side of the cleaning roller, the front part of the dirty liquid transfer box is limited with an opening, the dirty liquid transfer box is in fluid communication with the roller chamber through the opening, and an output port in fluid communication with a suction source is arranged on the dirty liquid transfer box;
a flexible sealing strip disposed on a rear side of the cleaning roller, the flexible sealing strip configured to be in interference fit with a floor surface to be cleaned as the cleaning head moves along the floor surface to be cleaned, the flexible sealing strip defining a rear side edge of the dirty air inlet; and
the liquid scraping device comprises at least one liquid scraping strip which is arranged in the roller chamber and abutted against the cleaning roller, the at least one liquid scraping strip is configured to remove redundant dirty liquid from the cleaning roller immersed by the dirty liquid, and the at least one liquid scraping strip is positioned on the upper side of the opening.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the front portion of the dirty liquid transfer box includes a front wall located at the lower side of the opening, and a channel for connecting the dirty air inlet and the opening is formed between the front wall and the rear portion of the cleaning roller. at least one cleaning liquid tank for storing cleaning liquid, said at least one cleaning liquid tank being in fluid communication with said cleaning liquid dispenser, respectively;
the volume of the dirty liquid recovery box is far greater than that of the dirty liquid transfer box, and the dirty liquid recovery box is communicated with the dirty liquid transfer box; and
a suction source comprising a suction motor adapted to generate a working air flow from the dirty air inlet to the dirty liquid recovery tank.
The preferable scheme of the cleaning machine further comprises: the cleaning machine further comprises a vertical machine body with a handle, the lower part of the vertical machine body is rotatably connected to the cleaning head, and the dirty liquid recovery box, the at least one cleaning liquid box and the suction motor are all arranged on the vertical machine body.
The preferable scheme of the cleaning machine can also be as follows: the dirty liquid transfer box is provided with at least one flushing port which can flush the cavity by using cleaning liquid, and the at least one flushing port is in fluid communication with the at least one cleaning liquid box.

Detailed Description
In order to describe the technical content, constructional features, achieved objects and effects of the invention in detail, the following description will be made with reference to the embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. For purposes of the description associated with the drawings, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front", "rear", and derivatives thereof, are intended to correspond, in a limited relationship, to the positions identified in fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a hard floor cleaning machine 100, which is a push-bar machine, according to one embodiment of the present invention. It mainly comprises an upright machine body 1 and a cleaning head 2. When the cleaning machine 100 performs a cleaning operation on a floor surface to be cleaned, the cleaning head 2 is supported on the surface to be cleaned and is capable of moving along the surface to be cleaned under the urging force of the upright body 1.
The lower part of the upright body 1 is pivotally mounted to the cleaner head 2, the upright body 1 being rotatable relative to the cleaner head 2 between an upright rest position (see figure 1) in which the machine can be held after use, and a rearwardly inclined use position.
The upright body 1 comprises a housing 11, the housing 11 being a skeletal part of the upright body 1, which mainly serves to house or carry the remaining components on the upright body 1.
A handle assembly 12 is mounted on top of the housing 11, the handle assembly 12 including a handle bar 121 and an arcuate handle 122 with which an operator can grasp the cleaner 100 in one hand and push the cleaner head 2 of the cleaner 100 back and forth over the floor surface to be cleaned in a rearwardly inclined use position. The arcuate handle 122 is provided with a user interface 123 comprising a plurality of operating switches, a plurality of warning lights, and parameter lights. In other embodiments, the user interface may be provided elsewhere on the hard floor cleaning machine, such as on a top wall or side wall of the housing in the lower portion of the handle.
The suction motor 31 is provided inside the middle of the housing 11, the detachable cleaning liquid tank 41 is provided on the upper front side, and the detachable dirty liquid recovery tank 32 is provided on the lower front side. The dirty liquid recovery tank 32 is in fluid communication with the suction motor 31.
A rechargeable battery pack 13 is mounted on the rear side of the lower part of the cabinet 11, and the battery pack 13 can supply energy to the energy consuming parts on the washing machine. In other embodiments, the energy consumption component can be powered by an external power supply without a battery pack.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the cleaner head 2 comprises a housing 21 having a detachable upper cover 211. The front inner side of the housing 21 defines a roller chamber 22, and a cleaning roller 23 rotatable about a horizontal axis extending in the left-right direction is installed in the roller chamber 22. The outer peripheral surface of the cleaning roller 23 is covered with a liquid wettable material, i.e., the cleaning roller 23 is wet-cleaned on the floor to be cleaned after being wetted with liquid. The front portion of the roll chamber 22 has a front through opening 25, and the front portion of the cleaning roll 23 is partially exposed from the front through opening 25, and the front through opening 25 facilitates the flow of outside air in the roll chamber 22 after the washing machine 100 is stopped, and the flow of air can blow dry the wet cleaning roll 23. The rear of the housing 21 also defines a mounting chamber 26 at the rear side of the roller chamber 22, and a removable dirty liquid transfer box 33 is mounted in the mounting chamber 26.
The sewage transfer box 33 shown in fig. 4 to 5 has a box-like structure with an open top. Its front portion defines an opening 331 toward the front, and includes a front wall 332 below the opening 331. The front wall 332 is an inclined wall which is gradually inclined from bottom to top to rear, the upper end of the front wall 332 is connected with the opening 331, and the inclined wall can be used as a flow guiding component for dirt liquid and dirt when the cleaning head is in operation. The front wall 332 may also be a flexible wall that is capable of being suitably deformed as large particle dirt passes through the front wall 332. The inside of the contaminated liquid medium transfer box 33 has a chamber 333 capable of temporarily storing a certain amount of contaminated liquid and dirt. An output port 334 communicating with the chamber 333 is also provided below the rear portion of the dirty liquid transfer box 33, and dirty liquid and dirt stored in the chamber 333 can be transferred to the outside of the box via the output port 334. In this example, the output port 334 is in communication with the dirty liquid recovery tank 32 via a pipe, i.e. during operation of the hard floor cleaning machine 100, the dirty liquid and dirt in the dirty liquid intermediate transfer box 33 can be transferred to the dirty liquid recovery tank 32 in real time under the action of the suction motor 31. A flexible sealing strip 34 is also mounted to the lower end of the front wall 332. A pair of flushing ports 335 capable of flushing the chamber 333 with the cleaning liquid are provided on a pair of side walls of the dirty liquid intermediate rotary box 33, and the pair of flushing ports 335 are in fluid communication with the cleaning liquid tank 41.
As shown in fig. 6, the lower portion of the roller chamber 22 has a dirty air inlet 24, the lower portion of the cleaning roller 23 defining a front side edge of the dirty air inlet 24, and the flexible sealing strip 34 is located on the rear side of the cleaning roller 23 and defines a rear side edge of the dirty air inlet 24. The dirty liquid transfer box 33 is located on the rear side of the cleaning roller 23 and adjacent the cleaning roller 23, with a channel 35 between the front wall 332 and the rear portion of the cleaning roller 23, which communicates the dirty air inlet 24 with an opening 331, and a chamber 333 in fluid communication with the roller chamber 22 via the opening 331.
The detachable upper cover 211 has a front portion constituting a part of the roller chamber 22 and a rear portion covering an upper portion of the dirty liquid transfer box 33. As shown in fig. 3, after the detachable upper cover 211 is detached, both the cleaning roller 23 and the dirty liquid transfer box 33 can be removed from the housing 21.
As further shown in fig. 6, a wiper strip 36 is further disposed on the inner wall of the detachable upper cover 211, and when the detachable upper cover 211 is fixed to the rest of the housing 21, the wiper strip 36 is located above the opening 331 and abuts against the cleaning roller 23. The scraper 36 is configured to remove excess dirt from the cleaning roller 23 immersed in the dirt liquid, i.e., the cleaning roller 23 continuously rotates, and the scraper 36 continuously scrapes off the excess dirt liquid and dirt contained thereon and then flows into or is sucked into the dirt liquid transfer box 33.
The inner wall of the detachable upper cover 211 is also provided with a liquid distributor 42 having a plurality of liquid outlet holes, the liquid distributor 42 is in fluid communication with the cleaning liquid tank 41 through a cleaning liquid pipe, and the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 41 can be distributed to the cleaning roller 23 by this structure. An infusion pump (not shown) capable of providing a plurality of fluid flow rates may also be provided in the cleaning fluid line so that a user may supply an appropriate amount of cleaning fluid to the fluid dispenser 42 on demand. In this example, the liquid distributor 42 is located downstream of the wiping strip 36 in terms of the direction of rotation of the cleaning roller 23, i.e. the cleaning roller 23 is again supplied with clean cleaning liquid after the wiping strip 36 has scraped off excess dirt.
Based on the above structure, the cleaning liquid tank 41, the liquid feeding pump, and the liquid distributor 42 circulate in order through necessary cleaning liquid pipes, thereby forming a cleaning liquid feeding system; the cleaning liquid supplied to the cleaning liquid supply system may be pure water or a washing solution mixed with a detergent. The dirty air inlet 24, the channel 35, the opening 331, the chamber 333, the output port 334, the dirty liquid recovery tank 32 and the suction motor 31 are sequentially connected in fluid communication to form a dirty liquid and dirt recovery system; the recovery system is capable of removing the dirty liquid converted from the used cleaning liquid from the floor to be cleaned and the dirt located on the floor to be cleaned, and storing the dirty liquid and the dirt for a certain period of time.
During operation of the hard floor cleaning machine 100, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 41 is continuously supplied to the cleaning roller 23, the liquid-wettable material covered on the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning roller 23 is wetted, and then the wetted material is brought into contact with the floor to be cleaned as the cleaning roller 23 rotates, thereby applying the cleaning liquid to the floor to be cleaned.
During operation of the hard floor cleaning machine 100, the wetted cleaning roller 23 simultaneously removes dirt present on the floor surface to be cleaned while the floor surface is being wiped, some dirt is directly swept into the rear dirt liquid transfer box 33 by the rotating cleaning roller 23, some dirt is suspended in a fluid composed of air and dirt liquid, and is then sucked into the dirt liquid transfer box 33 by the suction force of the suction motor 31, some dirt liquid is absorbed by the liquid wettable material covered on the peripheral surface of the cleaning roller 23, and the absorbed dirt liquid is scraped by the scraping strip 36 when rotating with the cleaning roller 23 to the scraping strip 36, and then is fed into the dirt liquid transfer box 33 by the combined action of gravity and suction force. Thus, in this example, the dirty liquid and dirt entering the chamber 333 of the dirty liquid transfer box 33 mainly includes: the dirty liquid and the dirt sucked into the chamber 333 of the dirty liquid transfer box 33 by the opening 331, the dirty liquid and the dirt swept into the chamber 333 of the dirty liquid transfer box 33 by the cleaning roller 23, and the dirty liquid scraped off from the cleaning roller 23 by the scraper bar 36.
During operation of the hard floor cleaning machine 100, the dirty liquid and dirt entering the chamber 333 will be transferred from the output port 334 to the dirty liquid recovery tank 32 in real time under the suction force of the suction motor 31, in the dirty liquid recovery tank 32, the dirty liquid, dirt and air will be separated, the dirty liquid and dirt will be left in the dirty liquid recovery tank 32, and the air flow will be discharged to the outside after entering the suction motor 31.

a cleaning head adapted to move along a floor to be cleaned and comprising: a cleaning roller covered with a liquid wettable material on an outer peripheral surface thereof; a housing defining a roller chamber within which the cleaning roller is rotatably mounted, the roller chamber at least partially surrounding the cleaning roller, a lower portion of the roller chamber having a dirty air inlet, the lower portion of the cleaning roller defining a front edge of the dirty air inlet; a cleaning liquid dispenser disposed in the roller chamber for dispensing cleaning liquid to the cleaning roller; the dirty liquid transfer box is arranged at the rear side of the cleaning roller, the front part of the dirty liquid transfer box is limited with an opening, the dirty liquid transfer box is in fluid communication with the roller chamber through the opening, an output port in fluid communication with a suction source is arranged on the dirty liquid transfer box, and a chamber capable of temporarily storing a certain amount of dirty liquid and dirt is arranged in the dirty liquid transfer box; a flexible sealing strip disposed on a rear side of the cleaning roller, the flexible sealing strip configured to be in interference fit with a floor surface to be cleaned as the cleaning head moves along the floor surface to be cleaned, the flexible sealing strip defining a rear side edge of the dirty air inlet; and a wiping device comprising at least one wiping strip disposed within the roller chamber and in abutment with the cleaning roller, the at least one wiping strip being configured to remove excess dirty liquid from the cleaning roller wetted by dirty liquid, the at least one wiping strip being located above the opening; the sewage transfer box is detachably arranged in the shell; the shell comprises a separable upper cover, and the separable upper cover is partially covered on the upper part of the sewage transfer box; after the detachable upper cover is detached, the dirty liquid transfer box can move out of the shell, and the at least one scraping strip is fixedly arranged on the detachable upper cover;
at least one cleaning liquid tank for storing cleaning liquid, said at least one cleaning liquid tank being in fluid communication with said cleaning liquid dispenser;
the volume of the dirty liquid recovery box is far greater than that of the dirty liquid transfer box, and the dirty liquid recovery box is communicated with the dirty liquid transfer box; and
the suction source is in fluid communication with the output port, the suction source comprises a suction motor, the dirty air inlet, the opening, the chamber, the output port, the dirty liquid recovery tank and the suction motor are in fluid communication in sequence, and the suction motor is suitable for generating a working air flow flowing from the dirty air inlet to the dirty liquid recovery tank.

The hard floor cleaning machine of claim 1 further comprising an upstanding body having a handle, a lower portion of the upstanding body being rotatably connected to the cleaning head, the dirty liquid recovery tank, the at least one cleaning liquid tank and the suction motor being mounted on the upstanding body, a front portion of the roll chamber having a front through opening exposing a front portion of the cleaning roll.

The hard floor cleaning machine according to claim 1 wherein the top portion of the dirty liquid transfer box is of an open configuration, the front portion of the dirty liquid transfer box includes a front wall located below the opening, a passageway is formed between the front wall and the rear portion of the cleaning roller that communicates the dirty air inlet with the opening, the front wall is gradually sloped from bottom to top and back, and at least one flushing port is provided in the dirty liquid transfer box that is capable of flushing the chamber with cleaning liquid, the at least one flushing port being in fluid communication with the at least one cleaning liquid tank.
