Preferably, as further shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the driver includes a motor 151 and a belt assembly, the motor 151 inputs a driving force for rolling to the rolling shaft 131 through the belt assembly, the belt assembly includes a first pulley 152 fixedly connected to an output shaft 151a of the motor, and a second pulley 153 fixedly connected to the rolling shaft 131, the belt 153a is simultaneously engaged and driven between the first pulley 152 and the second pulley 153, the driving force of the motor 151 is transmitted to the rolling shaft 131, and the rolling shaft 131 is driven to be in rolling contact with the working surface; in practical application, the transmission ratio can be set by setting the diameter ratio of the first belt pulley 152 and the second belt pulley 153, and it is generally preferable that the diameter of the first belt pulley 152 is smaller than that of the second belt pulley 153, so as to realize the speed reduction output of the motor 151 and the start of the motor 15 with small torque and large rotation speed; the preferable control of the rolling speed range of the cleaning roller 130 can be realized after the transmission ratio output by the transmission belt assembly is within a proper range, in other embodiments of the present application, the transmission ratio can be selected according to the rolling speed requirement of the cleaning roller 130, and the transmission ratio can be used for increasing the speed and also can be used for reducing the speed, which is not particularly limited by the embodiments of the present application; through the research on the relationship between the rolling speed and the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller 130, it is suggested that the rolling speed of the cleaning roller 130 is not lower than 1000rpm, preferably, the rolling speed of the cleaning roller 130 is in the range of 1500-; in order to flexibly adapt to the cleaning requirements of the working surface in various different environments, the rotating speed of the motor 151 can be selectively changed according to the actual conditions of the working surface (such as the humidity of the working surface and the main garbage type on the working surface) during implementation, and a more intelligent cleaning effect can be realized.
The applicant finds that, due to the adoption of the cleaning roller 130 as a core cleaning tool, under the condition of long-time use, the problem of regular maintenance and replacement is existed, preferably, as further shown in fig. 6 and 7, the embodiment also provides a cleaning tool mounting structure convenient for efficient maintenance, wherein one end of the rolling shaft 131 is detachably and drivingly connected with the driver, and the other end is detachably mounted on the mounting shell 110, under the condition of ensuring the driving force input, in the practical use, the user can realize the quick disassembly and assembly maintenance of the cleaning roller 130 through the detachable structure;
in this embodiment, one end of the rolling shaft 131 is detachably and drivingly connected to the second pulley 153, the other end of the rolling shaft is detachably mounted on the mounting housing 110, the mounting shaft 134 is inserted into one end of the rolling shaft 131, the outer end of the mounting shaft 134 is inserted into the limiting member 135, and the limiting gear 135a of the limiting member 135 is in clamping limiting fit with the slot 111 of the mounting housing 110, preferably, the limiting gear 135a of the limiting member 135 is provided with a notch 135b for deformation, when clamping is required, pressure is applied to the notch 135b to reduce the diameter of the limiting gear 135a so that the limiting gear 135a can be smoothly clamped into the slot 111, and when the clamping is required, pressure is continuously applied to the notch 135b to reduce the diameter of the limiting gear 135a so that the limiting gear 135a can be smoothly taken out of the; the mounting shaft 134 and the rolling shaft 131 or the limiting member 135 may be relatively rotatably connected, that is, when the mounting shaft 134 and the rolling shaft 131 are relatively rotatably connected, the mounting shaft 134 and the limiting member 135 are fixedly connected, and when the mounting shaft 134 and the limiting member 135 are relatively rotatably connected, the mounting shaft 134 and the rolling shaft 131 are fixedly inserted and matched, and a specific connection scheme may be selected by a person skilled in the art according to an actual design convention; specifically, in the present embodiment, the mounting shaft 134 is relatively rotatably inserted into the rolling shaft 131, the mounting shaft 134 is fixedly connected to the limiting member 135, and a limiting snap spring 136 is added at an outer end of the mounting shaft 134 to prevent the mounting shaft 134 from moving in the axial direction; a clamping limiting disc 137 is installed at the other end of the rolling shaft 131 in a limiting mode, the outer end portion of the clamping limiting disc 137 is fixedly clamped and connected with a driving connecting shaft 138, the driving connecting shaft 138 is installed on the installation shell 110 in a relatively rotating mode through a bearing 139, and meanwhile a second belt wheel 153 is fixedly pressed on the driving connecting shaft 138 in a pressing mode; particularly preferably, in this embodiment, the clamping limiting disc 137 adopts a conical surface clamping groove limiting surface, and the other end of the rolling shaft 131 is provided with an inverted conical surface clamping groove 131a in limiting clamping connection with the conical surface clamping groove limiting surface; the rolling shaft 131 mounting structure provided by the embodiment does not adopt any threaded locking part, when the cleaning part of the cleaning roller 130 needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, the limiting part 135 positioned at one end of the rolling shaft 131 can be directly taken out from the slot 111 of the mounting shell 110, the clamping limiting disc 137 positioned at the other end of the rolling shaft 131 is taken out from the rolling shaft 131, and then the quick assembly and disassembly are realized, and similarly, when the mounting structure needs to be mounted, the two ends of the rolling shaft 131 are respectively connected with the mounting shell 110 and the clamping limiting disc 137 in an installing manner, and the operation in the whole assembly and disassembly process is convenient and can be efficiently completed.
Preferably, referring to fig. 3 in combination with fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the collecting region 120 includes a collecting box 122 having a collecting cavity 121, the collecting box 122 is clamped in the mounting housing 110, the collecting box 122 is provided with a collecting inlet 123 communicating with the collecting cavity 121, the collecting inlet 123 is disposed around the centrifugal force tangential outlet 140, and the directional and sufficient collecting effect on the garbage can be sufficiently ensured.
In order to facilitate the maintenance and cleaning operation of the collection box 122, in the present embodiment, the collection box 122 includes a collection box base 122a clamped in the mounting housing 110 and a collection box cover 122b having a handle 124, and the collection box base 122a and the collection box cover 122b are connected to form a collection chamber 121; wherein, one side of the collecting box body base 122a is provided with a lower bending inclined plane 122c which is bent towards the lower side of the outer side; the inner surface of one side of the collecting box body cover plate 122b adopts an upper cambered surface 122d extending towards the inner side of the collecting box body cover plate, and the lower bent inclined surface 122c and the upper cambered surface 122d are mutually matched to form a collecting inlet 123, so that the garbage can be prevented from splashing everywhere when being thrown out from a centrifugal force tangent outlet, and the garbage can be accurately conveyed into the collecting cavity 121 of the collecting box body 122; in order to ensure the mounting effect of the collecting cassette base 122a in the mounting housing 110, the mounting housing 110 is provided with a housing bending slope 112 which is in guiding mounting cooperation with the lower bending slope 122 c.
In this embodiment, a structure of the mounting housing 110 is further proposed, which facilitates the mounting layout and the manufacturing, please further refer to fig. 3 and 8, the mounting housing 110 includes an upper mounting housing 110a and a lower mounting housing 110b integrally mounted and connected to form a layout space, the upper mounting housing 110a further engages with the centrifugal guiding mounting housing 110c, the centrifugal guiding mounting housing 110c is in clearance fit with the protection area 130b, and in order to prevent the garbage from forming a non-target centrifugal tangential outlet in the protection area 130b and being thrown out to cause a collection failure, the clearance between the centrifugal guiding mounting housing 110c and the protection area 130b is recommended not to exceed 15mm, and more preferably, recommended not to exceed 10 mm.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the driver of the present embodiment further includes a controller 154 for controlling the motor 151, the controller 154 is electrically connected to a power source, the power source may be a storage battery or an external power source electrically connected through a connection line, the driver further includes a switch for electrically connecting to a switch control, the switch control is a wired control and/or a wireless control, in the present embodiment, the power source is the storage battery 155, and the switch control is a combination of a wired control and a wireless control; more specifically, for convenience of use, the switch for controlling the driver is a pedal switch 156 mounted on the upper mounting housing 110a and controlled by wire, and a remote control switch (not shown) controlled by remote wireless remote control, and the specific electrical connection is common knowledge of those skilled in the art on the basis of the present application, and the embodiment will not be described in detail.
In order to achieve a more compact installation layout structure, please refer to fig. 9 and 10 as well, in this embodiment, the cleaning roller 130 is installed at the front end, the collection box 122 is installed at the middle part, and the motor 151, the storage battery 155 and the controller 154 are respectively installed at the rear end, wherein the motor 151 at the rear end is in transmission connection with one end of the cleaning roller 130 at the front end through a transmission belt assembly, and the shapes of the upper installation shell 110a, the lower installation shell 110b and the centrifugal guide installation shell 110c are all designed adaptively according to the shape of the installation component, and meanwhile, for the convenience of processing and installation of the installation structure, a split installation structure is adopted for part of the installation structure of the upper installation shell 110a or the lower installation shell 110b, for example, the installation connecting plate 110d is fixedly installed on the lower installation shell 110b, and the installation connecting plate 110d can adapt to the layout requirements of various functional structural components (including the motor 151 and the joint rotating part 430) inside the installation shell 110, these are all conventional technical choices that can be made by those skilled in the art according to the functional installation requirements of the present embodiment, and the present embodiment is not described in too much detail for the sake of saving the specification space.
Referring further to fig. 11, preferably, in the present embodiment, the lower mounting shell 110b is mounted with a roller for displacement change of the cleaning tool 10 as a whole on the working surface, and the cleaning roller 130 is higher than the roller with the working surface as a uniform reference surface, the applicant suggests that the height difference is not more than 5mm, and through the whole displacement and bearing effect of the roller on the cleaning tool 10, not only can the abrasion of the cleaning roller 130 and the interference negative influence on the rolling drive caused by the friction contact of the cleaning roller 130 and the working surface be avoided, but also the rolling contact of the cleaning roller 130 on the working surface is not influenced, so as to achieve the cleaning effect; specifically, in the present embodiment, the lower mounting housing 110b is provided with rollers at the front end and the rear end, respectively, which cooperate with each other to form a reliable and stable fulcrum structure for displacement change of the grooming tool 10 on the working surface; particularly preferably, in the present embodiment, the lower mounting case 110b is mounted with a main roller 161 at the rear end and a sub roller 162 at the front end, wherein the main roller 161 includes two main roller units 161a, 161b arranged at intervals, each main roller unit 161a, 161b is rotatably mounted at the rear end of the lower mounting case 110b by a respective main roller mounting shaft, the sub roller 162 includes two sub roller units 162a, 162b arranged at intervals, each sub roller unit 162a, 162b is rotatably mounted in a mounting groove 163a, 163b at the bottom of the front end of the lower mounting case 110b by a respective sub roller mounting shaft, and the outer diameters of the sub roller units 162a, 162b are smaller than the outer diameters of the main roller units 161a, 161b, so as to be beneficial to adapt to the displacement action on the uneven working surface.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, a protective protrusion 170 for assisting cleaning is further fixed at the bottom of the lower mounting housing 110b, and the protective protrusion 170 is in flexible contact with the working surface, so that the bottom of the lower mounting housing 110b is prevented from being in frictional contact with the working surface during the cleaning process; particularly preferably, the protective convex strip 170 is a convex strip mounting part 171 fixedly clamped at the bottom of the lower mounting shell 110b, the plane of the convex strip mounting part 171 does not protrude out of the lower mounting shell 110b, so that rigid friction between the convex strip mounting part 171 and the working surface is avoided, and an auxiliary cleaning brush strip 172 in flexible contact with the working surface is fixedly arranged on the convex strip mounting part 171 by adhering or other ways, and is made of flexible materials, and can be a fiber brush, a sponge brush or other flexible elastic brush strips; more preferably, the applicant suggests that the installation position of the protection rib 170 is arranged below the centrifugal tangential outlet 140 of the cleaning roller, which can further serve as a protection zone 130b, so as to effectively prevent the garbage from being thrown out to form a non-target centrifugal tangential outlet in the process of being conveyed to the centrifugal tangential outlet 140, which results in the omission of garbage collection.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 12, the present embodiment further provides a cleaning all-in-one machine 1 with highly efficient integrated complex function, which includes a cleaning tool for cleaning and a manual operating part 20, the manual operating part 20 is fixedly connected with the cleaning tool or can be relatively and swingably mounted, the cleaning tool is the cleaning tool 10 with highly efficient integrated complex function as described above in the present embodiment, and the cleaning method with highly efficient integrated complex functions as described above in this embodiment, preferably, in other embodiments of the present application, a button switch (not shown) mounted on the manual operation part 20 may be used as a switch for controlling the driver, so as to further meet the operation habits of various operators, and a known connection method may be directly used as the button switch structure and the electrical connection method thereof, which will not be described in detail in this embodiment.
Preferably, in this application, the spray assembly 30 can be mounted on the mounting housing or the manual operating portion 20 of the cleaning tool 10, or the spray assembly 30 can be mounted directly on the cleaning tool 10 without the manual operating portion 20, the spray assembly 30 includes a storage area 310 for storing water and/or cleaning liquid and a spray mechanism 320, the spray mechanism 320 can selectively spray the water and/or cleaning liquid onto the working surface by a mechanical pump or an electric pump, and in practical applications, an operator can determine whether the water and/or cleaning liquid needs to be sprayed onto the working surface through the spray assembly 30 according to the cleaning needs of the working surface.
It should be noted that the medium stored in the liquid storage area 310 according to the embodiment of the present application may be water, and may also be a cleaning liquid having a cleaning effect, where the water can effectively improve the problem of dust on the working surface during cleaning, and the cleaning liquid can help to clean the working surface with stubborn dirt or dirt, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the manual manipulation part 20 and the cleaning tool 10 are connected in a relatively swingable manner through the joint assembly 40, and the liquid spraying assembly 30 is mounted on the manual manipulation part 20, and the liquid spraying assembly 30 can swing relatively to the cleaning tool 10 through the joint assembly 40 for adjusting the liquid spraying angle, so that the requirement of a user for flexibly adjusting the liquid spraying angle can be greatly met, and the operation is convenient.
Particularly preferably, in the present embodiment, the liquid spraying mechanism 320 can selectively spray water and/or cleaning liquid onto the working surface through a mechanical pump, the mechanical pump can not only simplify the installation structure, but also further reduce the structural cost, and the following scheme is adopted in the preferred embodiment specifically adopted in this embodiment:
in this embodiment, referring to fig. 13, the liquid spraying mechanism 320 includes a pressure piston 321 connected to an external power component, a liquid storage cavity, and a nozzle 323 connected to the liquid storage cavity through a pipeline 320a (usually a hose), the liquid storage area 310 is selectively connected to the liquid storage cavity through the pipeline 320a through a pressure check valve, specifically, in this embodiment, the pressure check valve employs a water sealing sheet (not shown, available on the market directly), wherein the pressure piston 321 selectively injects pressure into the liquid storage cavity under the power of the external power component, so as to selectively enable the liquid storage cavity to suck water into the liquid storage area 310 or spray liquid to an external working surface through the nozzle 323; the liquid storage cavity comprises a liquid storage cavity 322a, a pressure injection port 322b matched with the pressure piston 321 in an installing mode, a water suction port 322c communicated with the liquid storage area 310, a water sealing sheet arranged at the water suction port 322c, and a liquid spraying port 322d communicated with the nozzle 323, wherein the pressure injection port 322b, the water suction port 322c and the liquid spraying port 322d are communicated with each other through the liquid storage cavity 322a, and the nozzle 323 is provided with a plurality of spraying ports for facilitating a spraying effect; further preferably, referring to fig. 14, in the present embodiment, the liquid storage area 310 includes a water storage box 312 having a water outlet 311, a packaging valve 313a is disposed at the water outlet 311, the water storage box 312 is mounted on a water storage box mounting base 315 selectively communicating with the liquid storage cavity through a screw 314 fitting structure, the water storage box mounting base 315 is provided with a valve core 313b for opening the packaging valve 313a, the valve core for opening the packaging valve 313a is a protruding structure, the packaging valve 313a is a water sealing plug (which is directly available from the market and has a structure shown in the figure but is not described in detail in text) pressed by a compression spring, the structure can ensure that the water storage box 315 is always in a communicating state with the liquid storage cavity when the water storage box 312 is inversely mounted on the water storage box mounting base 315, and once the water storage box 315 is taken out, the water sealing plug of the water storage box 315 is no longer subjected to the acting force of the protruding structure, the water outlet 311 of the water storage box 312 is immediately closed, so that the problem of sprinkling when the water storage box 312 is taken out is avoided.
Further preferably, in the present embodiment, the external power member for providing power to the pressure piston 321 comes from the structure of the manual operation part 20, and the specific embodiment is as follows: referring to fig. 2 and 15 in combination, the manual operating part 20 includes a control housing assembly 210 which is relatively and swingably mounted and connected to the mounting housing 110 of the cleaning tool 10, and particularly, in order to facilitate quick assembly and disassembly, in this embodiment, the control housing assembly 210 includes an upper sleeve 211, a connecting sleeve 212 and a spray assembly mounting part 213 which are communicated with each other and are separately mounted and connected as a whole, wherein the upper sleeve 211 is provided with a pressing handle assembly 220, and further referring to fig. 16, 17 and 18, the pressing handle assembly 220 includes a mounting handle 223 inserted into the upper sleeve 211 and a pressing handle 221 relatively rotatably mounted on the mounting handle 223, and a torsion spring (not shown) is mounted at a rotation fulcrum of the pressing handle 221, and a pressing limit part 221a of the pressing handle 221 is connected with an end of the control link 230 in a limit fit manner, the operating link 230 is sleeved in the upper sleeve rod 211 and extends into the spray assembly mounting part 213 after penetrating and connecting the sleeve rod 212; liquid spraying assembly mounting part 213 is connected with mounting shell 110 of cleaning tool 10 in a relatively swinging way, and water storage box 312 and water storage box mounting base 315 are simultaneously mounted in mounting groove 213a of liquid spraying assembly mounting part 213, so as to facilitate quick disassembly and assembly maintenance of liquid spraying assembly 30; while the liquid ejection mechanism 320 is mounted inside the liquid ejection assembly mounting portion 213, a pressure piston 321 is connected to the lower end portion of the manipulation link 230.
For convenience of manufacturing, installation and appearance, it is preferable that the operating link 230 is a multi-segment link unit type connecting structure (shown in the figure), the pressing handle 221 is relatively rotatably installed on the upper loop bar 211 through the pressing rotating shaft 222, and the end of the pressing handle 221 and the periphery of the pressing rotating shaft 222 can be respectively provided with a protective cover 224a, 224b with a matching shape, which is beneficial to the appearance of the structure.
In the practical use process of the embodiment, when liquid spraying is needed, an upward pressing action is applied to the action of the pressing handle 221 manually, the pressing pressure is transmitted to the operating connecting rod 230, the operating connecting rod 230 receives the pressing force and then drives the pressure piston 321 to move downwards in the liquid storage cavity so as to inject pressure into the liquid storage cavity, under the pressure action of the liquid storage cavity 322a, the water sealing sheet communicated with the liquid storage cavity 322a is closed, so that the communication path between the liquid storage cavity and the liquid storage area 310 is closed, and simultaneously, after a liquid spraying port 322d communicated with the liquid storage cavity 322a receives the pressure, water and/or cleaning liquid is sprayed to an external working surface through a nozzle 323 communicated with the liquid storage cavity; when the pressing action is not applied to the action of the pressing handle 221 manually, the pressing handle 221 resets downwards under the reset acting force of the torsion spring, so that the operating connecting rod 230 and the pressure piston 321 reset, the liquid storage cavity does not receive the injection pressure from the pressure piston 321, the pressure of the water sealing sheet is released, a communication path between the liquid storage cavity and the liquid storage area 310 is opened, the liquid storage cavity absorbs water to the liquid storage area 310 to realize a water storage function, and the water absorption action is stopped until the liquid storage cavity is filled with liquid; therefore, the liquid spraying mechanism 320 provided by the embodiment uses a mechanical pump structure to realize the selective liquid spraying function, and has a compact installation structure, convenient and reliable liquid spraying operation and low cost.
Preferably, the present embodiment further provides a preferred joint assembly 40, please refer to fig. 19, 20 and 21, which includes a joint head 410, the joint head 410 is fixedly installed and connected with the hydrojet assembly installation part 213 as a whole, and both sides of the joint head 410 are respectively and relatively rotatably installed on the installation housing 110, the manual manipulation part 20 can swing in the front-back and left-right directions relative to the installation housing 110 through the joint head 410, the installation structure of the joint head 410 is not only simple, but also the angle of the manual manipulation part 20 can be adjusted in real time according to the actual cleaning requirement when the present embodiment is used, so as to increase the convenience of use; in this embodiment, the joint head 410 includes a joint engaging portion 420 and a joint rotating portion 430, wherein the joint engaging portion 420 is engaged with the liquid spraying assembly mounting portion 213 for mounting and matching, and two sides of the joint rotating portion 430 are respectively mounted on the mounting housing 110 for relative rotation, so as to realize the swinging of the manual manipulation portion 20 relative to the cleaning tool 10 in the front and rear directions; the joint engaging portion 420 is rotatably engaged with the joint rotating portion 430, so that the manual manipulating portion 20 swings in the left-right direction with respect to the cleaning tool 10.
Further preferably, in the present embodiment, the joint engaging portion 420 and the liquid spraying assembly mounting portion 213 are engaged and fitted in a slot-and-tooth type engagement (shown in the drawings), please further refer to fig. 22, two sides of the joint rotating portion 430 are respectively and relatively rotatably mounted in a limiting groove formed by the upper mounting shell 110a and the lower mounting shell 110b, and the limiting groove is formed by an upper limiting half groove 431a of the upper mounting shell 110a and a lower limiting half groove 431b of the mounting connection plate 110 d; the joint head 410 further comprises a locking block 440, the joint rotating part 430 is provided with a mounting clamping groove 432 in clamping fit with the locking block 440, the joint clamping part 420 is inserted into the joint rotating part 430, the locking block with the locking member 440 is mounted and locked in the up-down direction, and the locking block 440 does not generate any limiting force on the circumferential rotation of the joint clamping part 420 in the joint rotating part 430; in order to ensure that the joint clamping portions 420 can rotate relatively in the joint rotating portions 430, meanwhile, the end portions of the joint clamping portions 420 are provided with the rotating sliding grooves 421, the joint rotating portions 430 are provided with the rotating sliding tables 433, the rotating sliding grooves 421 can rotate relatively on the rotating sliding tables 433, and the angle ranges of the rotating sliding grooves 421 can be specifically set according to the requirement of the swing amplitude in the left and right direction actually required by the manual operation portion 20, the applicant suggests that the rotating angle ranges of the rotating sliding grooves 421 should not exceed 90 °; of course, in other embodiments, it is possible to select to provide a rotating sliding table at the end of the joint clamping portion 420, and to provide a rotating sliding chute corresponding to the rotating sliding table at the joint rotating portion 430, which all belong to the variation examples that can be made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the embodiments of the present application, and all belong to the practical scope of the present application.
Further preferably, in the present embodiment, the mounting case 110 is mounted with a lower rotation limiting portion and an upper rotation limiting portion for controlling the range of the rotation range of the joint rotation portion 430, thereby effectively controlling the swing range of the manual manipulation portion 20 in the front and rear directions; the upper mounting shell 110a is provided with a lower rotation limiting part for controlling the swing amplitude range of the manual operation part 20, the lower rotation limiting part adopts a lower limiting ring 451 integrally connected with the upper mounting shell 110a, the lower limiting ring 451 is not only used for lower rotation limiting of the joint rotation part 430, but also has a good bearing function on the manual operation part 20, and in order to further ensure the bearing effect, the mounting connection plate 110d is provided with a reinforcing limiting ring 451a locked and reinforced with the lower limiting ring 451;
referring to fig. 23 in combination with fig. 12, the joint rotation portion 430 is provided with a joint limiting protrusion 452, and the upper rotation limiting portion adopts an elastic limiting block assembly 460; the elastic limiting block assembly 460 includes a mounting block 461 fixedly mounted on the mounting connection plate 110d, a mounting limiting protrusion 462 selectively and limitedly engaged with the joint limiting protrusion 452 is disposed at the upper end of the mounting block 461, and a compression spring 463 is sleeved on the periphery of the mounting block 461, wherein in actual use, the joint limiting protrusion 452 selectively and limitedly engages with the mounting limiting protrusion 462 through the rotation of the joint rotation portion 430, so as to limit the upward swing angle of the manual operation portion 20.
