The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are merely for purposes of illustrating and explaining the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.
The present disclosure relates to a cleaning implement for cleaning floors, in particular smooth, flat, small-area floors, such as household and kitchen floors. The cleaning implement of the present disclosure is particularly suitable for cleaning mixed waste that is mixed with dry waste, wet waste, and stickies such as noodles, porridge, tomato paste, and the like.
The dry garbage disclosed by the invention is particularly granular garbage, such as fruit peels, melon seed shells, rice grains, paper sheets and the like.
The wet garbage is liquid garbage, such as water, beverage, etc.
The viscous garbage includes soup, thick soup, porridge, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, etc.
Other trash, such as dust, ground markings, etc., are also the cleaning objects of the present disclosure.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of one embodiment of a cleaning implement of the present disclosure, and FIG. 2 is an exploded view of a cleaning head; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the internal structure of the cleaning head; fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view, fig. 5 is a schematic bottom view, and fig. 6 is a schematic side view of the cleaning head. As shown in connection with fig. 1-6, the cleaning implement of the present disclosure includes a cleaning head and a handle connected. The handle comprises a cleaning rod 301, an extension rod 302, and the cleaning rod 301 and the extension rod 302 are connected by a connecting structure 304. The cleaning bar 301 is connected to the cleaning head by a hinge arrangement 305. An operator drives the cleaning head to move on the ground surface through the handheld part, and various kinds of garbage scattered on the ground surface are cleaned.
The cleaning head of the cleaning tool of the present disclosure includes a housing 500 having cleaning modules mounted at the bottom of the housing and within the housing that separate debris from the floor and within the housing. The wheels 190 are arranged on the bottom surface of the shell, so that the contact between the non-cleaning module and the ground is reduced, and the dragging is more labor-saving.
The cleaning module includes a wiping unit 110 disposed at the bottom of the housing, a pressing unit 120 disposed in parallel with the wiping unit, a dry garbage collecting unit 150 disposed behind the wiping unit for storing dry garbage, a cleaning unit 130 disposed at an inlet of the dry garbage collecting unit 150, a sewage collecting unit 140, and a clean water supplying unit 160.
The sweeping unit 110 includes a roller 111, a shovel bar 112, a roller driving mechanism 113, and a roller transmission mechanism 114. The roller drive mechanism drives the roller 111 to rotate about its axis counterclockwise in fig. 4 through the roller transmission mechanism. The shovel bar 112 is fixed to the housing 500 and has an arc-shaped working surface forming a gap with a uniform distance from the outer circumference of the drum 111.
The roller 111 includes an inner layer of hard glue and a sponge layer wrapped around the outer layer of hard glue. The end of the hard glue may be fixed to the housing 500 by a connector such as a bearing. The roller driving mechanism 113 drives the hard rubber to rotate around the axis thereof through the roller transmission mechanism 114, and drives the sponge layer to rotate, so that the surface of the sponge layer makes circular motion.
When the roller 111 rolls on the ground, the sponge layer is pressed and deformed by the particles of the dry garbage on the ground, and the particles of the dry garbage are wrapped by the sponge layer through deformation, so that the particles of the dry garbage are separated from the ground and rotate together with the roller 111. When turned to the position of the shoveling bars 112, the particles of the dry waste leave the ground, are squeezed by the shoveling bars 112, and continue to rotate with the drum 111. When the shovel bars 112 are rotated to the entrance of the dry garbage collecting unit 150, the sponge layer 111b is deformed due to the loss of the compression of the shovel bars 112, and the dry garbage particles wrapped by the sponge layer are released and are ejected into the dry garbage collecting unit 150.
The axis of the pressing unit 120 is disposed parallel to the drum 111, and may be fixed to the case 500 through both ends, or fixed to the case 500 through a snap structure. The hardness of the pressing unit 120 is much greater than that of the sponge layer 111 b. The distance between the pressing unit 120 and the axis of the drum 111 is smaller than the sum of the radii thereof, and thus the pressing unit 120 presses the surface of the drum after assembly. A squeezing area B is formed at a position where the squeezing unit 120 faces the drum 111.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the formation of the wringing zone, and as shown in fig. 7, the pressing unit 120 interferes with the roller 111, and presses the sponge layer 111b of the roller at the interference. In the drawing, the drum 111 rotates clockwise, and a squeezing area B is formed below the squeezing unit 120 in the drawing. The water carried on the drum sponge layer 111b flows out after being squeezed and is collected by the sewage collection unit 140. After the roller passes through wet garbage, the sponge layer carries the wet garbage to continue rotating clockwise. On the cylinder, contain sewage from the sponge layer between ground point M (with the position of ground contact) to the extrusion point N (with the position of extrusion unit 120 contact), through the extrusion of extrusion unit 120, sewage leaves the sponge layer at crowded water district B, be collected by sewage collection unit 140, make the water content on the sponge layer through extrusion point N unsaturated, when rotating M point and ground contact once more, can continue to absorb water, and like this, the ponding on absorption ground that burnisher can last, avoid the sponge saturation can not effectively absorb water.
The cleaning tool of the present disclosure further includes a clean water supply unit 160. The purified water supply unit 160 supplies purified water directly or indirectly to the sponge layer 111 b. The purified water enters the interior of the sponge layer, overflows from the sponge layer when being extruded by the extruding unit 120, and peels off the dirt attached to the surface of the sponge layer 111b, thereby cleaning the surface of the roller.
When the roller rolls the viscous garbage on the ground, the viscous garbage adheres to the surface of the sponge layer 111 b. The clean water supplied from the clean water supply unit 160 washes away the viscous garbage layer attached to the surface of the sponge layer 111 b.
In order to maintain a relatively dry state of the squeezed sponge layer, the purified water supply unit 160 sets a purified water outlet at the water squeezing zone. Absorb the water purification at crowded water district sponge layer 111b, become the saturated condition, through the extrusion of crowded water unit 120 again, with sponge layer pinning, from the absorbent wet rubbish on ground and water discharge, liquid exhaust process takes away the thick rubbish on sponge layer 111b surface for sponge layer 111b surface keeps clean. Therefore, the present disclosure can achieve the cleaning of the surface of the roller brush 111 without the operator's manual work or interruption of the cleaning work, and the surface of the roller brush contacting the ground is clean during the pushing of the roller.
The present disclosure also includes a cleaning unit 130. The cleaning unit 130 is disposed above the inlet of the dry garbage collection unit 150. After the roller surface rotates over the upper end of the shovel strip to the inlet of the dry garbage collection unit 150, the solid garbage attached to the surface can not be separated from the sponge layer 111b by means of the elasticity and the self weight of the sponge, the cleaning unit 130 scrapes the solid garbage, and the scraped solid garbage falls under the action of the self weight and falls into the dry garbage collection unit 150. The cleaning unit 130 is particularly suitable for small and easily attached garbage, such as paper sheets. The cleaning unit 130 keeps the surface of the sponge layer 111b free of dry garbage.
The cleaning tool of the present disclosure further includes a water circulation module including the sewage collection unit 140 and the clean water supply unit 160 connected by a pipe. The sewage is extruded from the drum 111, collected to the sewage collecting unit 140 through the pipeline, purified and then fed to the purified water supply unit 160, recycled again, and sprayed to the water extruding region again to clean the roll brush.
The beneficial effect of this disclosure lies in:
when the mop is used for cleaning the ground, the wet outer layer sponge contacts the ground, so that dust on the ground cannot be raised, the effect of a common mop is achieved, and secondary pollution is prevented;
the outer layer sponge is matched with the shovel strip, so that solid garbage can be completely collected;
the cleaning unit separates and collects the solid garbage attached to the outer layer sponge and keeps the surface of the outer layer sponge free of the solid garbage;
the roller absorbs wet ground garbage, when water in the roller is squeezed out, sticky garbage attached to the surface of the roller is peeled and diluted, the part dissolved in the water is brought into the sewage tank, the part not dissolved in the water is peeled from the roller and enters the solid garbage tank, so that the sticky garbage can be treated, and the dry garbage and the wet garbage are separated;
the squeezing unit squeezes out the liquid locked in the outer layer sponge to keep the unsaturated state of the outer layer sponge, so that the cleaning tool can continuously clean the liquid garbage;
the purified water supply unit and the extrusion unit act together, and the roller which is contacted with the ground can be kept in a clean state all the time;
thus, the present disclosure cleans viscous waste, particularly a mixture of various types of waste, and is capable of separating dry and wet waste, keeping the outer sponge surface of the drum clean.
The components and the combination relationship of the components in the present disclosure are not exclusive, and the following description will be made one by one.
Embodiments of the Drum
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a drum structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 8, the roller includes a hard glue 111c at the axial center and a sponge layer 111b wrapped around and fixed to the circumferential surface of the hard glue.
The density and hardness of the sponge have a direct influence on the water absorption performance and water storage rate (also called water locking). When the density of the sponge is improved to a certain extent, the water absorption performance is reduced, the hardness is improved, and the water storage rate is improved; on the contrary, the sponge density is reduced, the water absorption is improved, the hardness is reduced, and the water storage rate is reduced.
The roller of this embodiment has only one sponge layer, and the sponge layer 111b is made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) foam. The density of the PVA sponge is 0.25-0.5g/cm3Water absorption of 0.5-1.5g/cm3. The Shore A hardness of the PVA sponge is 40-70. The water storage rate of the PVA sponge is 0.2-1.0g/cm3. This disclosed sponge layer because it possesses above-mentioned characteristic, consequently with the ordinary sponge cylinder contrast of current individual layer, has more excellent effect:
the sponge layer has proper water absorption performance and water storage rate and also has proper density and hardness, so that the sponge can deform properly to wrap garbage particles in the mopping process, and most garbage particles can be ejected out by utilizing the elasticity of the sponge layer to be separated from the sponge layer and fall into the dry garbage collection unit without omission when the sponge layer is rotated to be limited by the shovel strips; moreover, when the accumulated water on the ground is treated, the sponge can absorb more water, and less water is remained on the dragged bottom surface.
The single-layer sponge layer disclosed by the utility model has the advantages that the defect that the service life of the roller is influenced due to the fact that the double-layer sponge layer is extruded to separate from the layer can be avoided.
The sponge layer of the present disclosure is generally 3-15mm thick and is deformed enough to wrap up common particulate waste. The household cleaning tool is provided with a sponge layer with the thickness of 5-10mm, and common dry garbage on the household floor can be treated.
The diameter of the roller of the present disclosure can be as small as 15mm at the minimum, and can be as large as 700mm at the maximum.
For example, a sponge layer with the thickness of 3mm is attached to the outside of a solid hard rubber rod with the diameter of 9mm, and the solid hard rubber rod is assembled in the cleaning tool, so that dry garbage with small particle size can be treated, and the solid hard rubber rod is applied to relatively clean places such as convention centers, museums and the like.
The roller with the diameter of 700mm is generally applied outdoors or places with larger dry garbage particles.
On the surface of the drum, there may also be provided a spiral protrusion, which may be referred to as a first spiral protrusion 111f, as shown in fig. 8, and which is a single protrusion extending along one end of the drum to the other end, and in other embodiments, there may be provided two spiral protrusions, which have the same pitch and extend from the opposite side of one end of the drum to the other end of the drum. I.e. the starting ends of the two spiral protrusions are located on the same generatrix of the drum. In other embodiments, the arrangement of the two helical projections may also be different: starting from the same generatrix at both ends of the drum, it extends towards the middle in opposite helical directions. The close position of the two spiral bulges, namely the middle part of the roller, is provided with a straight bulge parallel to the axial direction, and the straight bulge is connected with the two spiral bulges.
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning implement with the roller described above, and FIG. 10 is a side elevational view of FIG. 9; FIG. 11 is a perspective schematic view of an embodiment of a roller; FIG. 12 is a schematic view showing a state where the drum is disassembled; fig. 13 is another view angle diagram of fig. 12. As shown in fig. 8 to 12, one end of the hard rubber includes a connecting shaft, and the other end is hollow cylindrical.
One end of the driving motor 113a is fixed to the cleaning head through a fixing base 113e and a rotation shaft 113c, and the other end thereof is rotatable around the rotation shaft at a certain angle. The hollow end of the hard rubber 111c is sleeved on the motor, the end is propped against the driving motor 113a, and the other end of the hard rubber is fixed on a pressing telescopic device on the cleaning head. The pressing telescopic device 113f comprises a button, a spring, a stop block and other parts, the button is stressed, the compression spring drives the stop block to move away from the position resisting the hard rubber, the end of the hard rubber 111c can be moved out of a roller mounting groove in the cleaning head shell, the other end drives the driving motor 113a in the hard rubber to rotate around the rotating shaft 113c, the shapes of figures 12 and 13 are formed, the roller is pulled out of the motor, and the roller 111 can be taken down. When a button of the telescopic device is pressed, the stop block is retracted, and when the button is released, the stop block is reset. The reverse operation is achieved and the cylinder can be mounted on the cleaning head. Or, press the telescoping device and set up on the cylinder, press the button, the spring drives the dog shrink, pushes out from the sunken department on the dog cleaning head casing for the cylinder breaks away from the constraint of cleaning head, can take out the cylinder easily at this moment.
The roller of the present disclosure can also be made into a structure with two ends being blocked, and the driving motor is connected with the roller through the connecting piece to drive the roller to rotate. The cleaning tool with the roller driving motor can reduce the thrust of an operator to the cleaning tool, and is suitable for the operator with insufficient strength.
The spiral protrusion on the roller can guide the sewage extruded by the extrusion unit to a designated position, such as a sewage pipe suction nozzle, along the trend of the threads, so that the sewage can be prevented from overflowing to cause secondary pollution to the bottom surface.
Embodiments of the extrusion Unit
The extrusion unit of the present disclosure includes a long strip-shaped object disposed in parallel with and interfering with a drum. The long-strip-shaped object is fixed on the shell of the cleaning head, the roller is interfered, the hardness of the long-strip-shaped object is greater than that of the sponge layer on the surface of the roller, and the sponge layer can be pressed to deform. The extrusion unit may have different physical structures, each having advantages.
The pressing unit shown in fig. 9 includes a fixing base 125 and a bar-shaped protrusion 126. The extrusion unit is fixed on the shell through the fixing seat. When the roller 111 rotates around its axis, the strip-shaped protrusions 126 are not moved, and the sponge layer passing through the strip-shaped protrusions is extruded and deformed, and most of the water locked by the sponge layer is extruded out of the surface of the sponge and flows downward.
The pressing unit may be a pressing roller having a cylindrical shape. Is fixed on the cleaning head by two ends. The surface of the squeeze roll may be smooth or may have spiral protrusions.
Fig. 14 is a schematic structural view showing an embodiment of the squeeze roller, and as shown in fig. 14, the squeeze roller 121 of this embodiment includes a roller body 121a having a cylindrical shape and mounted on the housing of the cleaning head through both ends. The circumferential surface of the roller body 121a is provided with a spiral protrusion, and may be referred to as a second spiral protrusion 121f for the sake of distinction from the spiral protrusion on the roller. The number of the spiral protrusions on the circumferential surface of the extrusion roller is one, and the spiral protrusions extend to the other end along one end of the extrusion roller.
Fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of the press roll. This embodiment is different from the embodiment shown in fig. 14 in that two second spiral protrusions 121f extend from the same generatrix at both ends of the roller body 121a in opposite spiral directions toward the center of the roller body.
In this embodiment, a linear protrusion 121g is disposed at the middle of the roller body 121a and is axially parallel to the roller body 121a, and the linear protrusion 121g may be connected to the two second spiral protrusions 121 f.
In this way, a closed side wall can be formed on the surface of the roller body 121 a.
The side wall of the spiral protrusion can play a role of pushing water, and the sewage squeezed out by the squeezing roller can be pushed to the arranged sewage port.
The squeeze roller shown in fig. 14 is provided with a cleaning head at the side of the sewage port, and the squeeze roller shown in fig. 15 is provided with a cleaning head at the middle of the sewage port.
FIG. 16 is a schematic view of thread water guiding. In fig. 16, the direction of water flow is shown by arrows, the drum 111 rotates clockwise, the squeeze roller 121 rotates counterclockwise, and a squeezed water tank is formed at the corner between the squeeze roller 121 and the drum. The water purification mouth is at the right-hand member of machine, and the mouth that draws water is at the left end of machine, in order to let water flow fast, increases the screw thread in squeeze roll 121 department, and the side of this screw thread can play the effect of pushing away water, makes rivers faster, avoids piling up, and the surface of water risees and spills over the casing.
The sewage port and the water purifying port are respectively positioned in the cleaning tools at two opposite sides of the cleaning head, and a secondary water tank is arranged beside the roller in order to accelerate the flow of water. FIG. 17 is a schematic view of a secondary water tank. The secondary water tank 1410 is angled. The inlet 1411 is slightly higher than the outlet 1412. When the pressing unit 120 presses the water out of the drum 111, the water in the drum flows along the surface of the drum into the water tank, and the water in the water tank flows at a relatively high speed due to a certain inclination angle of the water tank. The efficiency of cleaning the roller is improved.
In addition, the arrangement mode of the second spiral protrusion can also be changed: if the number of the second spiral protrusions is two, the spiral pitches are the same, and the second spiral protrusions extend from the opposite side of one end of the roller body to the other end of the roller body. That is, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 14, one second spiral protrusion is added, and the starting points of the two second spiral protrusions are located on the opposite sides of the circumference of the roller body.
Fig. 18 is a schematic view of the internal structure of the cleaning tool with the squeeze roller of fig. 14 and the cylinder of fig. 8. In this embodiment, the drum 111 is provided with a first spiral protrusion 111f, the pressing roller 121 and a second spiral protrusion 121 f. The thrust to the water is stronger.
The pressing unit interferes with the drum, and the extruded water exists between the pressing unit and the drum to form a water tank. The surface of the roller can be cleaned by spraying clean water on the surface of the roller or injecting the clean water into the water tank. As shown in fig. 19, the pressing roller 121 interferes with the drum 111, and a water tank a is formed above the interference.
The pressing unit is disposed at a position considering a formation position of the water tank. In fig. 19, when the drum 111 rotates clockwise, the pressing roller 121 is disposed at the upper right of the drum, and the water tank is formed at the right half of the drum. In fig. 20, when the drum 111 rotates counterclockwise and the pressing roller 121 is disposed at the upper left, the water tank is formed at the left half.
The present disclosure refers to the extrusion unit being stationary relative to the housing as static extrusion. The static extrusion structure is simple, and the extrusion unit can be directly integrated with the main structure of the machine. The design is more convenient.
The extrusion unit can be fixed and can also rotate.
In one embodiment, blind holes may be provided at both ends of the roll body. The extrusion unit further comprises a bearing, a bearing mounting seat and a connecting short shaft. The bearing is fixed on the shell of the cleaning head through the bearing mounting seat; one end of the connecting short shaft is fixed in the bearing, and the other end of the connecting short shaft is fixed in the blind hole.
Or, the two ends of the roller main body are provided with connecting shafts, and the connecting shafts are fixed in the bearings.
The pressure roller is thereby rotatably fixed to the housing of the cleaning head.
The squeezing roller can be provided with a power mechanism to actively squeeze water, the cost can be saved, and the squeezing roller does not need to be provided with the power mechanism and can rotate by the friction force of the roller.
A first motor can be fixed on the shell of the cleaning head, and the first motor is connected with the squeezing roller and drives the squeezing roller to rotate.
When the drum is also equipped with a drive motor, the drive motor rotates in the opposite direction to the first motor. Therefore, power is saved most, the driving motor and the first motor can be motors within 10W, cleaning of common household cleaning tools can be achieved, and the cleaning tool is noiseless and environment-friendly in skill.
Of course, the driving motor and the first motor may rotate in the same direction. The rotating speed of the first motor and the driving motor can be generally equal to the inverse ratio of the diameters of the squeeze roller and the roller, so that the linear speed of the contact position of the squeeze roller and the roller is the same, and the power is saved most.
When the rotating speed of the first motor is greater than that of the driving motor, the squeezing effect of the squeezing roller is superior to the above situation. But the energy consumption of the first motor is relatively increased.
When the rotating speed of the first motor is lower than that of the driving motor, the squeezing effect of the squeezing roller is superior to that of the squeezing roller which does not rotate.
Embodiments of the cleaning Unit
The cleaning unit of the present disclosure may take a variety of forms.
Roller brush assembly embodiments
The cleaning unit of fig. 16, 18, 19, 20 is a roller brush assembly. As shown, the rolling brush assembly 131 includes a rolling brush shaft 131b, bristles 131 a. The brush 131a is provided on the circumferential surface of the roller brush shaft 131 b. The bristles are shown in a V-shaped arrangement in fig. 16, and in a straight line along the generatrix in fig. 18. The rolling brush component is characterized in that brush hair is planted on a plastic rolling brush shaft, and the rolling brush shaft can be made into a hollow or solid structure and is selected by specific structure implementation. 6-8 groups of brush hairs are evenly arranged on the rolling brush.
The roller brush can be driven by a motor: the roller brush shaft 131b is connected to a third driving motor through a coupling. The rotation of the rolling brush is realized.
Wherein the diameter of the bristle 131a is generally selected to be 0.1mm nylon wool. The length of the bristles 131a is determined according to a specific structure. The bristles 131a of the roll brush assembly 131 contact the surface of the drum 111. The micro-contact, typically an interference of between 0.5 and 1mm, is done so that the bristles can gently flap solid waste such as fly ash on the roller brush. If interfere too much can increase the damping of cylinder, also can throw out the water on cylinder sponge layer moreover, then in the brush track advances rubbish box through the round brush, make the excessive humidity of rubbish box.
The structural arrangement of the rolling brush and the roller can be in various forms, and mainly aims to realize the functions.
The brush roll assembly can be used in all types of cleaning implements mentioned in this disclosure.
Straight row brush embodiment
The cleaning unit shown in fig. 21 is an in-line brush 132. The straight row of brushes 132 is fixed to the housing of the cleaning head. The operation of the cleaning tool shown in fig. 21 is as follows: after the rollers 111 crush the waste, the wet or sticky waste to the ground is absorbed by the unsaturated sponge layer of the rollers. And (3) deforming the sponge layer of the solid garbage roller, wrapping the sponge layer, and rolling up the sponge layer. After passing through the track of the shovel strip 112 and reaching the highest point of the shovel strip, the solid garbage falls into the garbage box 141 at the bottom under the action of the rebounding and gravity of the sponge layer without relative extrusion. The upper end of the garbage box 141 is provided with a straight row of brush bristles, the length of the straight row of brush bristles 132 is the same as that of the roller 111, the brush bristles are uniformly arranged, and the brush bristles are used for sweeping fine garbage such as fluff, floating ash and the like adhered to the roller. The refuse is prevented from entering the sink as much as possible. The structure saves space, reduces cost and can also achieve good cleaning effect.
The straight row brush can be used in all types of cleaning implements mentioned in this disclosure.
Wiper strip assembly embodiments
Under more circumstances to stickness rubbish occasion, if use rolling brush or in line brush when cleaning the cylinder, stickness object can glue on the brush, and the clearance machine can be more difficult at last. Therefore, the sticky wet garbage on the roller can be scraped into the garbage can by adopting the scraping strip and scraper structure, the specific embodiment is as shown in fig. 23, fig. 3 and fig. 9, and the cleaning unit is a scraping strip component 133.
As shown in connection with fig. 23, 3 and 9, the wiper strip assembly 133 includes an elongated wiper strip holder 133c for securing to the cleaning head. The bar holder 133c is provided with a substantially herringbone friction portion 133a and a drainage portion 133 b. For convenience of understanding, in the coordinates of fig. 23, the X direction is referred to as the longitudinal direction, the Y direction is referred to as the width direction, and the Z direction is referred to as the height direction.
The bar assembly 133 is formed by the bar holder extending in a width direction. The drainage parts 133b are located at both ends of the wiper strip holder and extend substantially in the height direction of the wiper strip holder.
In the cleaning tool shown in fig. 9, the cleaning tool includes a roller 111, and a motor 113a that drives the roller, a shovel bar 112, and a trash box 141.
Wherein the outer sponge layer of absorbing by the cylinder, the inlayer is supported by the ebonite, and ebonite both ends or center set up drive power and can make the cylinder rotatory.
Wherein a scraping bar bracket 133c is fixed at a position close to the roller 111 above the garbage box 141. The bar unit 133 is in close contact with the roller 111, and the end of the friction part interferes with the surface of the roller by 0-0.5-1 mm. The friction part 133a may peel off floating ash and sticky garbage remaining on the drum 111 from the drum to drop the same into the garbage box 141. The drainage part 133b is attached to the roller 111 and pre-pressed 0.5-3mm towards the center of the roller, and the drainage part 133b is used for sealing water to prevent the water in the water tank from flowing into the garbage box from two ends of the scraping strip due to the fact that the water tank for cleaning the roller is designed above.
As shown in fig. 23, the edge of the friction portion 133a has a tooth shape, which can better peel off the floating ash and sticky garbage adhered to the drum from the drum.
A plurality of aligning blocks are provided at positions of the bar holder 133c facing away from the friction part 133a and the drainage part 133 b.
