Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 23, as shown in fig. 1 to 23, a floor cleaning apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes a cleaning device, a water storage device, and a dust suction device;
the cleaning device comprises a rolling brush 1, a washing component 2, a water retaining shell 3, a compression roller 4, a first brush component, a second brush component 52 and a driving device 6, wherein the rolling brush 1 and the washing component 2 are both arranged in the water retaining shell 3, the rolling brush 1 is a rotatable water-absorbing rolling brush, the washing component 2 is arranged on one side of the rolling brush 1, the washing component 2 comprises a conveying rod shell 22 and a threaded conveying rod 21 which is rotatably arranged in the conveying rod shell 22, the conveying rod shell 22 is provided with a sewage discharge port 221 in the rotating and conveying direction of the threaded conveying rod 21, the conveying rod shell 22 is provided with an opening 222 towards the rolling brush 1 direction, the water retaining shell 3 and the conveying rod shell 22 are arranged in a sealing and matching manner, and the water and dirt can be blocked from overflowing through the sealing and matching of the water retaining shell 3 and the conveying rod shell 22;
the water storage device is provided with a sewage tank 71 and a clean water tank 72, the sewage tank 71 and the clean water tank 72 are both arranged on one side of the washing component 2 far away from the rolling brush 1, the sewage outlet 221 is connected with the sewage tank 71 through a sewage pipe, the clean water tank 72 is connected to the cleaning device through a clean water pipe, the clean water conveyed by the clean water tank 72 can clean the rolling brush 1, a water pump 73 is arranged between the clean water tank 72 and the cleaning device, and the water pump 73 can pump the clean water in the clean water tank 72 into the cleaning device. Of course, the contact tightness of the screw conveyor bar 21 and the roller brush 1 can be adjusted by an adjusting member.

When the press roller 4 is additionally arranged, the position, close to the opening 222, of the conveying rod shell 22 is of a hollow structure, and/or a gap is formed between the upper edge of the opening 222 and the rolling brush 1, and sewage and dirt extruded by the press roller 2 enter the conveying rod shell 22 through the hollow structure or the gap.
As shown in fig. 9-10, a through sewage discharge port 221 is arranged on the conveying rod housing 22 along the rotation conveying direction of the screw conveying rod 21, and after sewage and dirt are conveyed from one end to the other end by the screw conveying rod 21, the sewage and dirt are discharged from the sewage discharge port 221; the end of the conveying rod shell 22 far away from the sewage draining outlet 221 is further provided with a water inlet 223, the sewage draining outlet 221 is arranged at the end of the conveying rod shell 22 or on the side wall of the conveying rod shell 22, and similarly, the water inlet 223 can be also arranged at the end of the conveying rod shell 22 or on the side wall of the conveying rod shell 22.
An opening 222 is formed in one side, facing the roller brush 1, of the conveying rod housing 22, an inclined plate 2222 extends outwards from the lower edge of the opening 222, and the inclined plate 2222 extends towards the bottom of the roller brush 1; the inclined plate 2222 is in contact with or close to the ground, preferably, the inclined plate 2222 is in contact with the ground, the inclined plate 2222 can scoop up sewage and dirt on the ground, and a gap is formed between the inclined plate 2222 and the rolling brush 1, and the sewage and dirt can enter the conveying rod housing 22 through the gap. In an example, the sloping plate 2222 has a length that corresponds to the length of the opening.
Preferably, the length direction of the opening 222 is the same as the length direction of the conveying rod housing 22, and the length of the opening 222 is not less than the length of the rolling brush 1. Of course, the length of the opening 222 being smaller than the length of the roller brush 11 can also be implemented as a non-preferred embodiment. In the example, the length of the opening 222 corresponds to the length of the roller brush 1.
Compression roller 13's theory of operation:

In one embodiment, the first brush assembly is a brush 51, as shown in fig. 13, the brush 51 is rotatably installed in the water blocking housing 3, a plurality of second protrusions 511 are formed on the surface of the brush 51, the second protrusions 511 contact the rolling brush 1, and the second protrusions 511 can scrape off dirt on the rolling brush 1. Of course, both first brush assemblies may be provided. The cleaning device also has a self-cleaning function, and the roller brush can clean sewage and dirt and simultaneously supply water to the roller brush so as to realize the self-cleaning function of the roller brush and be beneficial to better and cleaner ground cleaning. The water replenishing mode of the rolling brush comprises at least one or more of the following modes:
in one embodiment, the conveying rod housing 22 is provided with a water inlet 223, as shown in fig. 9-10, the water inlet 223 is arranged at one end of the conveying rod housing 22 far away from the sewage draining exit 221, the water inlet 223 is connected with the clean water tank 72 through a clean water pipe, and sewage and dirt are conveyed from one end of the water inlet 223 of the conveying rod housing 22 to one end of the sewage draining exit 221 through the rotation of the screw conveying rod 21.
In one embodiment, at least one water replenishing port is arranged on the inner wall of the water retaining shell 3, the water replenishing port faces the roller brush 1, the water replenishing port is connected with a clean water tank 72 through a clean water pipe, and preferably, the water replenishing port is arranged between the washing component 2 and the compression roller.
In one embodiment, a brush housing 53 is sleeved outside the brush 51, as shown in fig. 14, the brush housing 53 is accommodated in the water blocking housing 3, the second protrusion 511 on the brush 51 is spirally arranged on the brush 51, and the brush 51 is rotatably installed in the brush housing 53;
the brush housing 53 has a water inlet 531 and a brush housing water replenishing port 532, the water inlet 531 is provided at one end of the brush housing 53, the brush housing water replenishing port 532 opens toward the roll brush 1, and the water inlet 531 is connected to the clean water tank 72 through a clean water pipe.
In one embodiment, a roll casing 41 is sleeved on the roll 4, as shown in fig. 16-17, a spiral groove is formed on the surface of the roll 4, the spiral groove can convey water from one end to the other end along with the rotation of the roll 4, a roll casing water inlet 411, a roll casing water replenishing port 412 and a roll casing water outlet 413 are formed on the roll casing 41, the roll casing water inlet 411 is located at one end of the roll casing 41, the roll casing water outlet 413 is located at the other end of the roll casing 41, the roll casing water outlet 413 is formed at the bottom of the roll casing 41, the roll casing water replenishing port 412 faces the roller brush 1, and the roll casing water inlet 411 is connected with the clean water tank 72 through a clean water pipe.
One embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the brush 51 has a hollow cavity, at least one water sprinkling opening 512 and at least one brush opening 513, the water sprinkling opening 512 and the brush opening 513 all communicate with the hollow cavity, the hollow cavity length direction is consistent with the brush 51 length direction, the water sprinkling opening 512 is arranged on the brush 51, the brush opening 513 is arranged at one end of the brush 51, and the brush opening 513 is connected with the purified water tank 72 through a purified water pipe.
The water replenishing mode of the rolling brush can be any one of the modes, and can also be a free combination of any two or more of the modes.
In a further embodiment, a drive device 6 is also included; the driving device 6 can drive the rolling brush 1 to rotate;
in one embodiment, the driving device 6 may be connected to the roller brush 1, as shown in fig. 4-5 and 7, the driving device 6 drives the roller brush 1 to rotate, and the screw conveyor 21 is driven to rotate in the opposite direction by the rotation of the roller brush, so that the screw conveyor 21 performs the function of conveying water and dirt. Of course, the drive 6 can also be arranged inside the roller 12 of the roller brush 1.
In one embodiment, the roller brush 1 is connected with one driving device, the screw conveying rod 21 is connected with the other driving device, and the roller brush and the screw conveying rod 21 are driven by the respective driving devices to rotate.
In one embodiment, the roller brush 1 has no direct driving device, and the driving device is directly connected with the screw conveying rod 21, and the screw conveying rod 21 rotates to drive the roller brush 1 to rotate reversely.
In one embodiment, the rolling brush 1 and the threaded conveying rod 21 are not provided with a driving device, when a user pushes the cleaning device forwards, the rolling brush is driven to rotate, the threaded conveying rod 21 is driven to rotate in the opposite direction through the rotation of the rolling brush, and the threaded conveying rod 21 has a function of conveying water and dirt.
In the case of the above four embodiments of the driving means, in the case of a press roll, and/or further comprising a further driving means, said driving means can be connected to said press roll 4, said driving means driving said press roll 4 in rotation.
In an example, the device further comprises an electric storage component 61, and the electric storage component 61 is electrically connected with the driving device 6.
In the example, further includes a housing 62; the driving device and the electricity storage assembly are arranged on the water retaining shell 3, the length directions of the driving device and the electricity storage assembly are consistent with the length direction of the rolling brush, the cover 62 covers the driving device 6 and the electricity storage assembly 61, and the cover is tightly matched with the top of the water retaining shell 3.
In still another embodiment, the sewage treatment device further comprises a suction device, the suction device is connected with the sewage outlet 221, sewage and dirt on the roller brush enter the conveying rod shell 22 through the opening 222, the sewage and dirt are conveyed to the sewage outlet under the rotation conveying of the threaded conveying rod 21 in the conveying rod shell 22, the sewage and dirt are pumped into the sewage tank 71 under the action of the suction device, the suction device can collect the sewage and dirt into the sewage tank, the sewage and dirt discharge efficiency is improved, and the sewage and dirt are quickly sucked into the sewage tank. In addition, the suction device is also provided with a filter which is capable of filtering dirt to protect the suction device from damage. Of course, the suction device and the dust suction device can be arranged at the same time, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning speed are improved most effectively.
In another embodiment, a cutting assembly 40 is further included, the cutting assembly 40 is detachably installed in the water blocking housing 3 above the position where the screw conveyor bar 21 abuts against the roller brush 1, preferably, the compression roller 4 is installed in the cutting assembly, and fig. 21 to 23 schematically show the cleaning device with the cutting assembly installed. The detailed structure of the cutting assembly is as follows:
as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the cutting assembly 40 is mainly composed of a press roller base 47, a press roller 4, a first cutting member 45, and a second cutting member 46. The roll base 47 is preferably a long structure, and is fixedly installed inside the water blocking housing 3. The length direction of the press roller base 47 coincides with the axial direction of the roll brush 1. The press roller base 47 is provided with an inner cavity, and one side of the press roller base 47 facing the rolling brush 1 is provided with an opening which is communicated with the inner cavity of the press roller base 47. The compression roller 4 is rotatably arranged in the inner cavity. Specifically, a first partition plate and a second partition plate are arranged in the inner cavity at intervals along the axial direction of the compression roller 4, the inner cavity is sequentially divided into a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity by the first partition plate and the second partition plate, and the compression roller 4 is located in the second cavity. The two ends of the compression roller 4 are respectively provided with a rotating shaft structure, the first partition plate and the second partition plate are respectively provided with a notch, and the two rotating shaft structures respectively penetrate through the notches to penetrate through the first partition plate and the second partition plate to enter the first cavity and the third cavity. Bearing parts 491 are respectively sleeved on the rotating shaft structures at the two ends of the press roller 4, and the bearing parts 491 are respectively arranged in the first chamber and the third chamber through bearing seats 49. A guide structure is arranged between the bearing seat 49 and the inner wall of the compression roller base 47 in the length direction, preferably, a guide rib 471 is arranged on the inner wall of the compression roller base 47 in the length direction, one end of the guide rib 471 extends towards the opening direction of the compression roller base 47, a matched guide groove 493 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the guide rib 471, of the bearing seat 49, the bearing seat 49 is guided in a limiting manner through the guide groove 493 and the compression roller base 47, and the bearing seat 49 can only move back and forth in the first chamber or the third chamber along the opening direction of the compression roller base 47.
A plurality of elastic members, which are defined as second elastic members 492, are further disposed between the platen roller 4 and the platen roller base 47. The second elastic member 492 may be a spring, or any other member capable of providing an elastic force. In fig. 19 and 20, the second elastic member 492 is exemplified as a spring. The second elastic member 492 is located between the bearing housing 49 and the platen roller base 47. Specifically, a guide column structure 494 is disposed on one side of the bearing seat 49 away from the opening, a through hole 472 is disposed at a position, corresponding to the guide column structure 494, of one side wall of the pressure roller base 47 away from the opening, and one end of the guide column structure 494 is located in the through hole 472. The second elastic members 492 are respectively located at two sides of the guide column structure 494, and one end of the second elastic member 492 is connected to the bearing seat 49, and the other end is connected to a side wall of the pressing roller base 47 away from the opening. In this way, the second elastic member 492 can provide an elastic force to the press roller 4, so that a good pressing force is always maintained between the press roller 4 and the roller brush 1, and a squeezing effect of the press roller 4 on the roller brush 1 is ensured, and the squeezing requirement cannot be met due to thinning of the flexible cleaning layer or sticking of lint of the roller brush 1 after long-time use. Meanwhile, the second elastic component 492 can also enable the dirt to smoothly pass through between the rolling brush 1 and the compression roller 4 when the dirt is relatively large, and further effectively prevent the equipment from being locked.
Further, a stopper member 20 may be provided to prevent the bearing holder 49 from moving excessively in the direction of the opening. A screw is provided on one side of the guide column structure 494, schematically shown in fig. 19 and 20, and the size of the head of the screw is larger than that of the through hole 472 of the pressing roller base 47, so as to realize the movable mounting of the bearing seat 49 in the first chamber or the third chamber.
The first and second shearing members 45 and 46 are preferably elongated toothed plate structures, as shown in fig. 19. The longitudinal direction of the first cutting member 45 and the longitudinal direction of the second cutting member 46 are aligned with the axial direction of the press roll 4, respectively. The first cutting member 45 is positioned obliquely below the roll base 47, the second cutting member 46 is positioned below the first cutting member 45, and the first cutting member 45 and the roll base 47 are fixed in position. The second cutting member 46 is located on the side of the first cutting member 45 away from the platen base 47, and the second cutting member 46 is movable in the axial direction of the platen roller 4 by being driven by the platen roller 4. The first shearing component 45 and the second shearing component 46 are respectively provided with a cutting tooth structure on one side corresponding to the opening, and when the first shearing component 45 and the second shearing component 46 are driven by the rotation of the press roller 4 to move relatively in the axial direction of the press roller 4, a shearing force is formed between the cutting tooth structures of the first shearing component 45 and the second shearing component 46, so that dirt can be sheared.
Specifically, a bottom cover 48 is disposed on a side of the second cutting member 46 away from the first cutting member 45, and the bottom cover 48 is fixedly connected to the platen base 47 by a plurality of fasteners 481 such as screws. A first hole 452 is formed in the first shearing part 45 at a position corresponding to the fastener 481, and the size of the first hole 452 is matched with the size of the fastener 481. The second cutting member 46 is provided with a second hole 462 at a position corresponding to the fastener 481, and the second hole 462 is elongated and has a length direction identical to that of the second cutting member 46. The fastener 481 passes through the hole of the bottom cover 48, the second hole 462 and the first hole 452 in sequence to be fixedly connected with the platen roller base 47, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, that is, the position between the first shearing part 45 and the platen roller base 47, that is, between the first shearing part and the platen roller 4, is fixed, and thus a fixed shear is formed. And the second shearing member 46 can reciprocate between the first shearing member 45 and the bottom cover 48 along the axial direction of the platen roller 4 to form a sliding shear.
The circumferential surface of the pressing roller 4 is provided with a spiral groove 44, and the second shearing part 46 is provided with a pin structure 461 at a position corresponding to the spiral groove 44. A notch 473 is provided in the roll base 47 at a position corresponding to the spiral groove 44, a slide hole 453 is provided in the first cutting member 45 at a position corresponding to the pin structure 461, the longitudinal direction of the slide hole 453 coincides with the axial direction of the roll 4, and the pin structure 461 is inserted into the spiral groove 44 through the slide hole 453 and the notch 473 in this order. Thus, when the platen roller 4 is driven to rotate, the second cutting member 46 is guided by the spiral groove 44 and the pin structure 461, so as to reciprocate between the first cutting member 45 and the bottom cover 48 in the axial direction of the platen roller 4.
Further, a plurality of elastic members are further disposed between the second cutting member 46 and the bottom cover 48, which are defined as first elastic members 482, and the plurality of first elastic members 482 are distributed along a length direction of the second cutting member 46. The first elastic member 482 is preferably a torsion spring, as shown in fig. 19. One end of the torsion spring is connected to the bottom cover 48, and the other end of the torsion spring is in interference connection with the second cutting member 46, as shown in fig. 22. By providing the first elastic member 482, the second shearing member 46 and the first shearing member 45 can be in a close fit state, and a good shearing effect between the two is ensured.
Further, the tooth ends of the first cutting member 45 and the second cutting member 46 are respectively inclined downward. A scraper structure 451 extends on a side of the first cutting member 45 corresponding to the opening, and the scraper structure 451 is inclined in a direction away from the second cutting member 46, as shown in fig. 20 and 22. The scraper blade structure 451 is inconsistent with the flexible cleaning layer of the rolling brush 1, and can be extruded by the press roller 4 before the rolling brush 1, the dirt on the rolling brush 1 is scraped down to between two shearing parts, so that the shearing and decontamination effects are improved. In order to facilitate the sewage or dirt squeezed by the press roll 4 to smoothly flow into the conveying housing 22, a plurality of dirt flowing holes may be formed between the scraper structure 451 and the main body of the first shearing member 45.
It should be noted that, without conflict, all the technical features of all the above components can be freely combined, and the free combination or simple changes, variations and modifications thereof are all within the protection scope of the present patent.

1. A floor cleaning apparatus comprising cleaning means and water storage means;
the cleaning device comprises a rolling brush (1), a washing component (2) and a water retaining shell (3), wherein the rolling brush (1) and the washing component (2) are installed in the water retaining shell (3), the rolling brush (1) is a rotatable water-absorbing rolling brush, the washing component (2) is arranged on one side of the rolling brush (1), the washing component (2) comprises a conveying rod shell (22) and a threaded conveying rod (21) which is rotatably installed in the conveying rod shell (22), the conveying rod shell (22) is provided with a sewage discharge outlet (221) in the rotating conveying direction of the threaded conveying rod (21), the conveying rod shell (22) is provided with an opening (222) towards the rolling brush (1), the water retaining shell (3) and the conveying rod shell (22) are arranged in a sealing fit mode, and the water and sewage can be blocked by the water retaining shell (3) and the conveying rod shell (22) and overflow;
the water storage device is provided with a sewage tank (71), and the sewage outlet (221) is connected with the sewage tank (71) through a sewage discharge pipe.
2. A floor cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that a suction device is provided, which is provided with a filter inside and which is connected to the sewage drain (221), wherein the suction device is capable of sucking sewage dirt from the sewage drain and the filter is capable of filtering the dirt.
3. A floor cleaning device according to claim 1, further comprising a dust suction device having a dust suction hood (8), the dust suction hood (8) being provided with a dust suction opening (81), a dust suction channel (82) and an access opening (83), the dust suction opening (81) being provided at a front side of the roller brush (1), the dust suction opening (81) and the access opening (83) being communicated through the dust suction channel (82), the dust suction device being configured to suck dirt of a floor through the dust suction opening (81).
4. A floor cleaning device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the suction device further comprises a suction wand (9);
the dust collection rod (9) is detachably mounted on the access port (83), a dust collection cup (91) and a dust collection pump (92) are arranged on the dust collection rod (9), the dust collection cup (91) is communicated with the access port (83) through a dust collection pipeline, and the dust collection pump (92) can suck dirt into the dust collection cup (91) through the dust collection port (81);
the dust hood (8) is detachably arranged above the cleaning device and the water storage device;
the dust suction port (81) is configured to be foldable, collapsible, or detachable.
